HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! FOOD TASTED OLD!!! My husband and I walked in and there was hardly anybody dining. It took 10 min for someone to acknowledge that we were waiting to be seated. Finally, we were seated and didnt get waited on for another 15 min just to get our drink order in. Our waitress was rude and acted as if she was bothered that we were there! We ordered snow crab legs and coconut shrimp. It took long for the food to come out. When our food finally came out, it tasted old and had no flavor. We literally had to beg her for butter!! She didnt warn us that the plate was scorching hot, and my husband burned his hand! I had to ask for an ice bag. She never came around to check on us either. I became fed up and confronted the manager, and he was just as rude as her! He didnt even care my husband burned his hand. This restaurant makes The Woodlands look bad!!! Omg, worst restaurant experience. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

6pm on a Tuesday, more wait staff than customers. . . we left after being ignored at the table for more than 10 minutes. Manager and other employees standing around chatting with each other. Apparently my wife and I were invisible. Restaurant 101: greet your customer immediately, take their drink order. Act like you know theyre paying your salary. Cant say anything about the food at Red Lobster, but the service and food across the street at Papadeaux is great! We had lobster, crabs, several drinks. If Red Lobster is reading this (and I sincerely doubt it) we were the couple in the white Lexus who told you where to shove it as we drove away.

Ive been to this location a few times and I have never had an real issue with them! We went around 2:45 ish and the lunch special ended at 3. When our server Brenda came over she had no problems going ahead and taking our order so that we could get the lunch deal. Our waitress was super friendly making sure we had everything we needed. The bread was constantly coming and fresh! The managers even came by to check and make sure everything was okay every 10 minutes or so. My family and I went in hungry and came out full and happy! Will be returning!

We had not eaten there in a long time and I was disappointed with my meal; however, my sister was pleased with her. She had the grilled shrimp and I had the fried breaded shrimp which were very small, but tasted okay For me, the slaw was too tangy and the baked potato too dry. The desert was good. We shared an apple tart which was heated just right with ice cream. We both commented that we liked it because it was sweet, but not too sweet. We had a good waitress. I would go back, but make a different selection

The hostess are always welcoming and they sit you properly, Ive been to this location twice and everything went perfect. The second time I went I had a family member who is handicap and they made comfortable table so she can sit and enjoy as she deserved. The food was amazing, I ordered a NY steak with lobster Tail and it was worth the price 30$... the steak was medium rare as I requested and the tail was soft and tasty. The waitress was really nice and friendly

MaKenna was very nice. She promptly brought the menu, drinks and took our order. Nice broad smile. Lobster fest special was delicious, right temperature and the butter sauce added the right touch to the lobster tails. Cooked to perfection, lobster, shrimp and side of green beans with mushrooms. Do not forget to try their cocktails. Had the Island Lobster Punch, great rum, not too sweet ordered with little ice. Will return to satisfy the crave. Soon, very soon.

Well where do I start? The food is great! Service isnt! My hubby and I are still here. 1. Sat down took 10 minutes for our server to arrive to get order. 2. Normally in the past the server brings out the bread after the drinks. We had to ask for bread. Brought appetizer with no plates. 3. Received drinks with no straws by a different server. 4. Had to ask for drink refills. I can continue but I wont. Food was good service horrible. Think twice before going!

I think that this is one of the better Red Lobster restaurant. They have the same menu as any other Red Lobster restaurant so nothing new there. I think the combination of the friendly wait staff and a quick kitchen makes for a good meal here. Ive never had a bad meal here. The service and the food are always quite good. If you are looking for a Red Lobster this is a great restaurant to try.

A fight broke out while my family and I were there. A couple of women were violently screaming and cursing at a waiter. Their daughters were being comforted by the service. Then they called their husbands and then the whole restaurant ran in fear. The police arrived. The service was professional and tried their best to keep everyone calm. But never going here again.

This was our first time eating here we got in right away. Our waitress Melissa did an Awesome job. We got our food in a timely manner the food was good I had the Lobster lover dream very delicious. The staff was very courteous I will definitely be back to this location. Come here and see for yourself you wont be disappointed.

Terribly disappointed by their signature lobster. It was like chewing rubber. I couldnt even speak. I was that disillusioned. I was on the brink of tears. I was so angry I couldnt even ask for money back. My husband went to the manager, but I couldnt speak. Ive had wonderful lobster, but not at this restaurant.

I got food poisoning here. Not sure what it was from specifically, but I drank sweet tea and ate from the choose your trio. I ordered lobster cavatelli, crab cakes, and grilled parmesan shrimp. Food was ok and the server Britanny was nice but I wont be coming back unless I want food poisoning again.

waitress KAROL was by far the WORST waiter I have ever had in my life, acted slightly as if she was prejudice. everything we asked of her being our "waitress" was a problem, got mad and threw dishes down. will be calling corporate on her and will NEVER be back to this location!!!!

This was our first time at this location, I can say that the food was delicious, our waitress Monica was very friendly and professional. The manager Jennifer came by to our table to check on us. So for this excellent customer service I will give them 5 stars. Well deserved! :)☺

The food was amazing but the waitress was quite forgetful of us, she seemed to be more attending to the surrounding customers instead. The manager was very attending and helpful something was missing on one of our platters and she brought out a new and fresh plate.

Average quality food and good service. Had to wait to be seated by waitress, as hosted was absent. Quick service, had drinks out quick. Ordered stuffed flounder, good but not extraordinary. Stuffing was so-so. Salad was good. Free biscuits were great.

Staff was good, even though we showed up 30 minutes before closing and didnt leave till 30 minutes after closing. Stuffed mushrooms were great, lobster was good, skewered shrimp was yummy, fried crawfish was great, and of course the biscuits are yummy.
