Ive been through the drive thru before, however I decided to go inside today. I noticed that the young man who was handling the food didnt have on gloves but the unsanitary part of the visit was that a male manager was talking on the phone and walked over and took a bun off of the grill then he went through a door and when he returned he was scratching his head then went back over to the grill and placed a patty on the grill. No gloves or hand washing involved. So I asked the lady manager are they aware that the employees arent wear any gloves and that the manager scratched his head and handled the food and she had an uncaring response, so I was like Ill just be sure to do a survey and review. This location agrees with being unsanitary.

We came in and the lady in front of us requested a large amount of water because her radiator over heated. The young man behind the counter Rod told her they had an old oil jug and he would rinse it out for her. She said yes, so he proceeded to wash it out. He then brought her the jug, she complained that it felt greasy. So Rod took it to the back and washed it again. He brought her the jug of water for the second time and she declined to take it. She requested two large cups to fill and then asked Rod if the water was filtered. SMH!!!! He kindly replied yes maam. I want to say Rod is AWESOME! He handled the crazy lady so well. Make sure Rod gets a raise! L♡HE THIS WHATABURGER!!!!

The crew was less than friendly. Im sitting in line at like 1 in the morning and some female and male had the nerve to start talking absolute s**** through the ordering box!!! Calling me all kinds of names and throwing me all kinds of nasty and disrespectful phrases. They were in all kinds of a nasty mood and decided to take it out on me and my little sister I had in the car. Thats not my problem. What kind of restaurant are you ruining? Run by a bunch of ignorant and illiterate CHILDREN?! Ha okay. Ill remember that. Ill also let people know ;)

Whataburger food quality and taste is never an issue for me at any location. My only complaint about a Whataburger is the one I have with this location. This is by far the slowest Whataburger I have every been to. I would say in average Ive spent 20-30 minutes almost every time. This is also the only location that Ive left the drive thru after Ive ordered because we were at a stand still for so long. I have resorted to going up the street to the other location to get food even though this location is a stones throw away from my house.

Employees should take better care not to mix in unwanted/incorrect ingredients.... I have been vegetarian for over 11 years, so biting into a potato burrito with stray bits of ground sausage was rather unpleasant. Luckily for whataburger, Im not allergic and cant sue, but I am disgusted and felt I should share my experience. If the hardest part of your day is correctly putting together a burrito and you cant even manage that, perhaps you should just give up on life and go home.

Slowest whataburger on Earth. Been waiting for 20 mins now. They focus on drive through too much and if you are a customer inside you wait at least 15 minutes. Always the same way. Is this a fast food restaurant or what? Aaaand yes order came wrong. Extra waiting time. 30 mins wait + cold fries. Avoid this place. 3rd update : requested to see general manager after waited 39mins in total no one came. Reporting this location first thing in the morning.

Food is great, service is great, the environment is clean and they work hard to keep it that way. Being whataburger food comes out a little slow especially on busy nights, however, it is totally worth the weight and Id consider the prices to be competitive for the amount good food you get. Love coming here with my friends every so often, its a very peaceful calming place to be. If your gonna go to whataburger, this is the best Ive been to so far.

Had a bad experience at this location with some undercooked chicken. I did get a refund and even got a call from the area manager assuring me they are sorry and it wont happen again, but Ill get getting my Whataburger form different locations from now on. Only reason this isnt a 1 star review is I do believe the management is taking the issue seriously and will hopefully make sure it never happens again.

Texas is known for its burgers. Whataburger uses the best beef and has a nice staff. However this particular restaurant is extremely well clean and well kept. The food is great and the restaurant itself is decorated nicely to fit the aroma of the local shopping markets. A definite must see for a passerby, and a regular stopping place for my appetite.

As a Texan Ive been to multiple Whataburgers at all times of day. Ive never been to a location this slow and uncoordinated. It took over 30 minutes to get a patty melt and a taquito. They had several people in line getting angry and they still couldnt get it together. This is just embarrassing...

Absolute slowest whataburger Ive ever been to...stood inside for 15 minutes and no one would take my order so I went thru the drive thru and waited 30 minutes there instead. 2 other cars. The manager was incompetent not the employees.

This location is very busy and it might be due to the proximity of a shopping mall. Unfortunately I had a bad experience here because my food was made wrong twice. It was fresh when I finally got what I ordered

Other than my favorite foods in this store, there is fishing scene painting on the roof which is so cool. I was there yesterday, they brought me Jr sandwich by mistake, JENA FIXED IT, thank you Jena

Always a favorite for the family... Fast service, and great quality always make this a nice visit. This particular Bass Pro Shop location is themed towards the outdoorsman. Great location!
