Wow, what a find in Watertown! This building doesnt look like much from the outside because its located in a strip mall, but is spacious and professional on the inside. We got there about 6:30 and it was fairly packed but we were seated almost immediately. I loved the decor of the place as well. The booths have really cool art and its decorated appropriately. It feels "authentic" the minute you walk in. When there, they even had table side happy birthday singing. ☺️ First of all, the menu is detailed and amazing. It took up 3 full pages with a wide variety of dishes, drinks and even deserts. The chips (and Ive only experienced this once before...) were warm from just being made. The salsa was flavorful but not too spicy. We both had the seafood chimichangas with margaritas on the rocks. The meal came to us very quickly. The margaritas were delicious! Perfectly made. The chimichangas were absolutely delicious and perfect with a lot of flavor. The guacamole that came with it was really, really good. Im so happy we chose this place. If youre in the area and have a craving for authentic Mexican food, dont pass this place up!

They may have the Best mexican food in watertown. But the service is not so great on take out. I ordered nedium chips and salsa, guadalajara Carne asada tacos and shredded beef rolled tacos. I got LG salsa and chips, the tacos were right but the rolled tacos were chicken. Of course I didnt know till I got home. I had to tell them chips and salsa 4 times and they kept repeating coleslaw. They repeated back to me shredded beef tacos but still gave me chicken. When you pay that much for a meal it needs to be right. I wont go back since this is the third time I have gotten the wrong food. Also they havent updated their online prices and the take out menu I got a couple months ago was not right either. so I thought I was paying about 15 dollars less. This is upsetting enough then getting the wrong food 45.00 later. What a drag

Being from Texas, I know good mexican food when I taste it, and this is far from good. My daughter got a beef burrito, and the beef smelled like it came out of a dog food can. I had a chili Colorado burrito, and while the beef was "okay", the sauce tasted like canned tomato sauce with a lot of rosemary. The salsa was quite odd as well. Had a very sweet taste and instead of using red or white onions in it, they used green onions. I guess the only plus here, is that they have Shiner Bock on tap and in bottles. Thats good, if you can stomach their food.

El peor servico , la receptionista nos tiro los cubiertos en la mes y dijo sintense ahi , se equivocaron en mi orden y en lugar de dejarme el plato para seguir comiemdo se lo llevaron y me dejaron sin comer . Lo juro no buelvo a ningun restaurant guadalajara

I ordered some chicken plate with rice onions mushrooms and chicken black olives tomato. It was mostly onion and it looked horrible. Im the type of person who doesnt judge a book by its cover. In this case I shouldve it was freaking disgusting. Waiter didnt come to table except to bring plates. No refills offered. Disgusting I will not return. Ate 3 bites thats it. Only reason giving 1 star was white queso was amazing.

My friend and I have been to "authentic" mexican places and this place was right on top with the best of them. The salsa with the chips and salsa was delicious with chunky veggies. I ordered the shrimp enchalada and the red sauce was unbelievably scrumptious. Not so spicy to make me cry and with a savory blend of spices that every bite was as good as the first!

They have pretty decent Mexican food, I always have their chimichangas and burritos. Their service is really quick it only took about 5 minutes for our food . And the price is very reasonable for what you get. They always have very friendly staff that is always coming by to check to make sure you got what you need and your drinks are full.

I love this restaurant and the food is to die for, but the service is terrible. I call in to-go orders from time to time and the girls who take my order are nothing short of rude and always forget stuff. I really wish they could get quality employees, it totally ruins the experience.

I have been to the location in Spearfish and had amazing service and food. When I traveled to Watertown, I was excited to try that location out. I should have went somewhere else. Food was not very good and the service sucked. Will not be going back to this location.

Looking for a fun, easy family snack or quick way to entertain family/friends....at home?? Fresh warm chips, fresh made salsa, pico and guacamole....TO GO is the best treat in town! Takes about 10min, I usually call ahead and they have it waiting...youll love it!!!

Ive eaten at Mexican restaurants all over the place, including on the border of Mexico for 2 years in Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. Guadalajaras is authentic, delicious, and a great value. I eat here every time I visit home.

I was disappointed they did not have tortilla soap. I ended up just getting the a quesadilla with rice and beans. Sounds simple but the meal was excellent! I’ve had some bland rice and beans and these were far from it!!

Best Sonora Mexican food in the Upper Midwest that I have found. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is off-the-charts delicious. If youre looking for good Mexican food go here.

We had carne tacos al pastor. It was SO good! Amazing flavor with chopped marinated pork & pineapple chunks and lots of fresh cilantro served on small corn tortillas. I would definitely order this again.
