Mooyah burger touts itself as a family burger experience, attempting to pass its quality, decor and prices as slightly above fast food. That $10/head price-point is a sweet spot in a burgeoning niche of fast food places, where "combos" no longer exist and you assemble a meal and sides in a fast-paced low-impact family delicatessen experience. The good: Sweet potato fries, wide selection of beverages and shakes. The meh: Decent selection of burger toppings, they kept the place VERY clean despite it being quite busy. The ugly: Terrible customer service (see below, we had a manager-non-resolution), burgers a bit greasy, 8-10 minute wait for the food after waiting in line to order. Mooyahs burgers average $4-5 for the basic burger and condiments, plus $1 per "special" add-on, $3 for fries, and $2 for a soda or $4 for a shake. They have several order stations set up along the entry line to expedite the ordering experience a-la Which Wich, which works. We walked in with a coupon from a mailer that allowed for "2 free burgers" if we liked the location on facebook and texted some marketing code. The cashier pointed to a homemade sign saying "only one coupon" and told us we couldnt get 2 burgers with our coupon, only one. I showed him the "two free burgers" and he called his manager over, Natalie, who wouldnt make eye contact with us, refused to answer our questions, and told him "I dont care what the coupon says, only one free burger per person". We started off the visit on the wrong foot. The three of us ordered, got our free burger, and waited. The place was packed, we probably waited 8-10 minutes to get our food. Not so fast. In the meantime, we discovered that neither restroom has a child changing table. So much for "family". I ended up changing a diaper on the floor of the mens room, which was passably clean. The food: our burgers were all quite greasy, but good. They offer a decently wide selection of add-on ingredients. The regular fries were overcooked (she wouldnt eat them, and my pregnant wife can put fries away), but the sweet potato fries were cooked to perfection. They were delicious, however they came out cold. We had a mint chocolate chip shake that was delicious, but they initially made a chocolate shake despite the receipt. Resolution on that one took a mere trip to the counter, the busy shake lady was quick to whip up a new one. Overall our visit wasnt spectacular, had we spent less than $10 a head it would have been more worthwhile; I wont completely write this place off due to its simple proximity (there isnt much in that area of Mansfield yet), but I would definitely choose Five Guys or even Pappas Burger over Mooyah. The six-month-old location has definitely not worked out all the kinks in its operation yet, but the not-so-fledgling store (and chain) could use some tweaking. The two unforgivables were of course Natalie (the managers) flippant and rude attitude, and the lack of changing tables in either restroom (there was plenty of room on the wall). If youre stuck in the neighborhood and craving a burger, Mooyah might be your best bet, but only if youre unwilling to travel ten minutes down the road. Well skip it for awhile, hopefully time can work out a few of the kinks.

In my personal opinion, these are the best burgers in Mansfield. Ive eaten here several times and the burgers, chicken, fries and shakes have all been consistently delicious. The employees here provide outstanding customer service.. Ive seen them put up with some crap that not many would while keeping their cool and a smile on their face all the while. This is an awesome burger joint.

To J mat, we all know youre just some salty In-N-Out employee thats trying to drive more business your way. But it wont work. We are loyal Mooyah patrons. They have Devine burgers, and the fries are oh-so plentiful. You could feed a family or one giant person with how many fries they give you. And holy Mooyah, the burgers are HUGE as well. Amazing. MOOYAH! #mooyah4life

I have had a great experience here until tonight-- they got my order wrong by giving me the wrong kind of bun. They fixed it for me, but when I got it back the patty and cheese were all torn up to the point where it was not appetizing or edible. I got a refund, but they did not offer to make another burger. Upsetting! This place is usually fantastic!

Good food at a good price. A nice break from the chain burger joints. If you remember khakis on little rd. (an arlington favorite for decades) the burgers here are very familiar. So are the fresh cut fries. You can load up your burger with everything imagineable, all fresh. Clean dining room, and relaxed atmosphere. No reason to go anywhere else.

Great place to stop in and grab a burger, fries and a shake. They always have sports on one of the 3 TVs. Overall my family always enjoys dinner out at Mooyah. They also have a great customer loyalty program to earn free food, which adds up fast.

Overpriced burgers that lack taste. This establishment was filthy in the dinning area, the employees didnt have a clue what they were doing, and messed up all five orders. Just go the extra few miles to in and out or another burger joint.

The burgers are pretty good. I have had the Jr burger and the black bean burger. The black bean burger wasnt the best I ever had but the burger was pretty good. I really like their fries. This place is definitely worth a try.

My first time and last at least with the burgers. Shakes are good but the burgers are so expensive and they arent all that. The chicken club was ok, but I prefer the burgers from Hunkys.

For my first time here I must say I really enjoyed the food. Milkshake was great and so was my burger. A little more pricey than the average burger place but still amazing food.

The Avocado black bean burger along with the sweet potato fries or regular fries is the best. You get more for your money. They have excellent customer service.

I picked up an order for a friend and the service was great. They offer a discount for veterans and they remembered my name when I picked up my order.

Nice place to grab a burger. Their also one of the few places that offer turkey burgers. Prices are a bit steep though.
