Personally, everyone rating this place 1 star, youre freaking crazy. They were super busy, its a Friday night around 9:30-10pm. I was seated within a minute, Had a waitress taking my drink order and back within 2 minutes. Didnt get any alcohol, Had my server and another one help me decide on the jalapeño pork chops and let me say, although a very slight bit dry (not bad), the flavor and the meat were absolutely Delicious! The mac and queso...ya you heard me right...no more bland Mac and cheese...was original and greatly different...Im surprised no one else has ever done this! Lol. Within 15 minutes of walking in, I had my plate of food and was enjoying it from the first bite to the last! Maybe its a hit or miss thing with those people that have complained with 1 stars, but I have been EXTREMELY Happy with Red Neck Heaven and will definitely be coming back very soon! I will say "Red Neck Heaven" by any means is not what I expected. I will say this about it. I thought it would be more of a rougher style red neck bar like where I grew up in the midwest, and to a point, the theme is like that, but in a more refined way. My single phrase to describe it is this: Red Neck Heaven is a refined red neck style bar and restaurant with an atmosphere that brings the red neck lifestyle to the forefront with fun and laughter making the atmosphere, personalities and attitudes a wonderful place that anyone can enjoy!

I notice the waitress 5 star review below how fun it is to work there and party. How about working sweetheart and less party. I only rate a one star because zero isnt available. Waitresses absolutely had serious attitudes that you should be privileged to be served by them. Ive crawled over better to get some sleep. If you like rode hard put away wet tatted up skanks with attitude. Youll love it. I ordered turkey with Bacon and cheese. My friend ordered meatloaf. After 30 minutes I was told mine was ready but waiting for the meatloaf. 20 minutes under a heatlamp later I got it. Disgusting. So was the meatloaf. And I was treated like a jerk for saying something even though I was starved and ate it anyway. Fries cold. Servers are more interested in dancing around like trash and serving shots than actually working. Think Roadhouse before Patrick Swayze. They are in serious need of management. Get the kitchen figured out and put out edible food. Get the staff in line and serve customers. Two words: John Toffer.

I was there for a few hours and had no problems. The waitress had no problems keeping up with the the tab and the drinks I am staying at the hotel next door and came back a couple hours later and had a completely different group of bartenders and my bill was 10$ off. The waitress/bartender says that that they dont necessarily keep them updated ( i thought that is why they asked for you credit card). I would tell you if you go here to MAKE sure you check your bill. I dont trust the people here now. Trust is something you have to earn; they did but then they lost it. AGAIN look at your bill and see if they over charged you. I will give them one more chance and see. However I have been to better places with out these problems!

Food was not right, orders were off, food did not taste good at all. Took too long, the chicken wings were sent back, they were RAW in the middle, no one ever uttered a word to us until check out we had to remind the server that they were sent back and never returned so we were not paying for them. Service was glacial. The sever seemed to be no where, several times all the servers would go hang out in the kitchen area. Went with folks that had been to other locations and they said that everything was better at the other places that they had been. Was not enjoyable at all. Maybe because it is a newer location.... Be a very long time before we go back, if at all. Too many other places that want customers!

The food is decent but, lets face it, no one goes to Redneck Heaven for the food. They go for the, um, "scenery." My experience with the same has been mixed. Ive had very attractive, very cordial ladies as my waitress. And Ive had "Im having a bad year and should never have taken this job" impatient, inattentive, borderline rude ones as well. If you find your appetite curbed by lots of ink (tattoos), find somewhere else to go. That said, Ive been there a couple of times, and Ill go back again. The one item that stands out is the peanut butter and chocolate pie, which I think they have some other name for. Very rich, but its hard to go wrong with those two things mixed together in a pie crust!

WOW. Read several bad reviews. My wife and I were about to drive off, then decided, what the heck. We are here. Am thirsty. Dont need food, just a cold drink. If service is bad, who cares! We agreed , a beer and move on. Am. We were greated with a warm, beautiful smile, escorted to our table. The response time by our waiter was normal, the difference was that someone came over to adv. Our waiter will be with us in a minute. Our beer was cold. Our server was friendly, we decided to eat. In short, we dont regret it. Food was great. But the service made it awesome. CHRISTINA, is AWESOME, A plus several waiters came over to check on us, Talk about service. This place has it!

if I could give a 0 I would!!!! A black waitress named "tj" or "tiera" is a liar do not be fooled by her she tried to give us a complimentary drinks for free because she was late for two hours !!! When it was time to pay for the check she completely lied to my face she said if she would like for me to get her manager to come over and give me the drinks for free I still believe that she shouldve kept her word!!! it was unnecessary for me to have to wait for her manager to make it right for me and my friend!!! after those words came out of her mouth she thought that I was going to get completely wasted and forget what she had promised us those 2 hour drinks free!!

This place was by far, one of the worst experiences my wife and I have ever had! Our server was terrible! She ignored us the whole time we were there, never filled our drinks not one time, and then we couldnt even find her to get our check! We had to find a manager to get our check and they didnt even try to make things right, even after we told the Manger how horrible our experience has been! Dont bring the wife and kids here! You wont get very good service, because the women working, are like vultures with the old men! If you have a female at your table, the women will stear well away from you! Everything about this place was poor, including the food!

I wish I could give this place less than a one star. Everything is awful. The waitresses wear as little as humanly possible. Or waitress was about 40 pounds and a couple kids too big for the tiny bikini she was wearing and really needed to do some southern landscaping before wearing a near thong. The service is non-existent. I took our sis glasses to the bar to get refills since the waitress was busy with her iPhone. The food was overcooked and loaded with MSG. It was cheap quality bar food that was easy over priced. Stay far away from this place unless you are into skanky women and bad food. It truly is a place for rednecks.
