Allot of fat in the chicken. Couldnt enjoy my tacos, just threw it away. Also the tomatoes and onions in the pico de gallo were soft and not fresh, as well as the guacamole, it wasnt fresh, looked and tasted like it had been exposed for a while, and they just stirred it up once it started turning brown. This was bad. Some chipotle locations take the extra step to take the fat off the chicken, not this one though. Also, the chicken had a nasty burned flavor like its been cooked on the grill or what theyre using to cook it on, but they havent cleaned the grill in a while. It had a nasty old burned taste even though they had just cooked it. Bad. I do not want chipotle after eating here, and I used to love chipotle.

Finally a Chipotle that reminds me of the first time I ever tasted their food so many years ago great Job, talked to one of the managers and he explained how they take extra notice on their avocados and the size and adjust the salt so the guacamole is not salty and how they take caution on just how much seasoning and chard they give the chicken...from 5 to 2 stars, sadly I have noticed a change the food taste is going downhill use to be my favorite Chipotle but unfortunately this has been my 3rd time in a row that the food is way over seasoned and rice undercooked now back to the search of another favorite spot maybe Ill go check out Pollo Tropical I hear they have a chicken bowl...

Love the organic options which is the ONLY reason I visit, when I eat out. But seriously, the protein amounts are epically ridiculous. If your diet is high in fats, high in carbs, low in protein (which is opposite of what your diet should be), this is the perfect meal / place for you. I mean, u can order extra protein, but to get 50g of it, you end up paying $18 for a burrito or bowl. Crazy!!!

Not sure why this place has a low rating. Every time Ive visited its been a good experience. Food is fresh and the line moves quickly. Great after a shopping run at grapevine mills mall. They sometimes dont charge extra if you ask for double meat or guacamole bit that depends on the staff. Their tea is not the sweetest but good.

First time visiting this restaurant and absolutely fell in love with it. The staff are amazingly awesome. The restaurant was very clean with hand sanitation stands through out. I took pictures but for some reason they are not in my photos.

Rude wait staff and burnt food. Not worth it. My wife asked for her food to be replaced and got a bunch of wise comments. (I tasted it and it was overwhelming with a burnt flavor.) inedible. Love this chain but avoid this location.

Traveling from Ohio and I must say this is one of the better Chipotles that Ive visited. Each time I come the staff is very friendly and the food is what you would expect at a Chipotle restaurant.

I love Chipotle and this location never seems to be very busy when I go. Everything tastes just as good as normal, but shorter wait times make this a great spot for fast casual burritos.
