HORRIBLE FOOD not just this location all locations!! Whataburger has really started sucking McDonalds is better than this!! The meat patties are small I swear they keep shrinking!! I loved Whataburger once upon a time but in the past 3 months Ive really started hating it no matter what Whataburger I go to its all the same tastes horrible. The manager did fix my order when it was wrong but still it goes back to the frozen tasteless meat patty horrible & then the lettuce is piled on NOONE wants that much lettuce. When you order a bacon burger you better add extra bacon they give you 3 tiny pieces! I really wish Whataburger would get it together bigger better meat patties less veggies (we only want a sprinkle of lettuce ) & more bacon on it!! I feel bad for the workers its not their fault the company has really gone downhill

DONT EAT HERE!!! Worst experience with the managers. Before leaving with our order we asked if everything was in our bags. We arrived home and notice that a bob sandwich was missing. We called and spoke with Nicole and she said she would fix it with a refund and replace the sandwich. Went back to the store Nicole never came out and they gave me the sandwich with no refund. Grabbed the sandwich ran back home to try to finish eating breakfast with the family. Once home I noticed that a big chunk of the meat is missing as if someone bit it. So I went back to the store to speak with the manager. Jared stated that he made the sandwich and there was nothing wrong with it. Some of the cooks in the back where smiling and smirking as if it were a joke. Im never coming back!!!

Avoid this location! This is the third time in a month that my order has an issue. I used the drive thru. When I got home my double meat burger was missing chunks of meat like it was bitten. I called and the manager said they split the meat to see if it is cooked. She made excuses and said to come back to remake my order so now I have to waste my time and gas to go back. After I told her it looked like bites she said "you better bring your receipt because how do I know you even came to this location" and then hung up! I never leave reviews but this is too much! Why would you treat an unsatisfied customer this way?

Man, to be honest, was perfect! UPDATE: Its a busy Sunday morning rush - near cut off for serving breakfast. I waited in drive thru, for the normal 20 minutes, cause its made fresh. Drive home & its wrong food. The manager was so great at handling the goof up. This has happened so many times at other places, and I always feel like Im putting them out by asking for it to be replaced. She actually replaced food, apologized, and made me feel compensated for my time/drive back. Great customer service!!

Polite staff that never gets my order wrong , whenever Im in the mood for a delicious Burger that I cant cook at home I go here. Literally the best burger from a chain in Denton County. Their breakfast is great comma and I have nothing to say but good things about the rest of the menu. The manager is amazing and so is the staff. Thank you for making my life better by having a convenient way to get food that I wouldnt be able to get anywhere else.

Wow after glancing through some of the reviews Im surprised to say the employee working the window this evening was quite rude, and snappy. I guess everyone has a bad day. Love the food, but have had better, more polite service at other locations.Ill give this location another try and will change my rating if I experience the great service I see others commenting on.

Just had a great lunch and the new employee, Dawson, made the experience even better. He took food out with a smile and showed that he loved his job. I appreciate this Whataburger for giving folks with Down Syndrome jobs and letting them shine. He is an asset to your company along with the friendly staff who were helping and encouraging him.

I Ordered a #1 with no cheese, a Dr Pepper and fries. I then asked for ketchup. When I got to the window they gave me coke. My burger had cheese on it and I got one ketchup. This is the 5th time now my order has been wrong in two months. Service is good, but what does that count for when you do not get what you pay for. 0 starts if I could!

So pissed!!!! First off u dont repeat my order back so its wrong!!!! Then I go to eat it and its a burnt old burger... edges all hard!!!! Then when u call all brad said is u can come in at a later date to get it replaced!!! NOOOOO make it right the first time.... its called doing ur job right!!!!

I just went to the Hickory creek store and was treated rudely and told that I would have to pay for sauce for a 20 piece chicken strip order. I go to whataburger regularly, weekly sometimes more frequently but will not go back until customer service improves. Try at your own risk.

My order was wrong and the fries were hard! I live around the corner but it was late, Im not driving back. So, I called to speak with someone she was rude and hung up on me. This is the first time that whataburger has truly let me down in customer service! Dissatisfied

I love Watsburgers food. Only reason for 3 stars is that the drive thru take 10 minutes on average. They have 2 lanes but Ive never seen them use the second one, even with the line around the building. The manager needs to address this situation.

Got two hamburgers cut in half something slimy and cold and clearer was in the center of the Buns on both. Disgusting it wasnt anything that was supposed to be there never eat that location again.

Every time I eat at this whataburger I order a patty melt. I enjoy my food the most when Dalton Park cooks it. If I was the manager Id give him a raise for outstanding work in the kitchen!
