Today I went through the drive thru, and the girl who took our order not only was touching her face but went and picked up our food to put in the bag. I order a double cheese burger, after looking at my burger it had only one slice of cheese. The girl at the window wouldnt even talk to me, she called a "manger" over. This "manger" was not in any uniform, had no hat on to cover her hair, and asked the cook what came on the burger, because she didnt know. So apparently if you order a "double cheese" burger it only comes with one slice of cheese and two meats. The "manger" started getting loud with me, after I asked if I could speak, because she wouldnt let me talk. I will never go there again. EVER. No one was wearing gloves, they where touching money and food, not in uniform, and nothing covering their lose hair. I am disgusted.

incident my daughter and I went we ordered the family meal for $9.99 when we got home we had 2 small fries, 1 small whopper and 5 chicken nuggets when I called they insinuated we ate the other food on the way home. Today is the last straw The sign says the #11 is $5.49 the server wanted to charge me $5.59 when I said what the sign stated she said every register rings $5.59 + tax and insisted on charging me $6.05 the manager intervened and told her to charge $5.49 and she started mouthing the manager "the sign says $5.49 the register is right" I said the dime looked just as good in my pocket as the owner of the Burger King she said " its not your dime" I have been sick since I ate there today... I am posting this at 3:06am

I did not like the service I received today. I had a coupon for a bacon double cheeseburger, but what I received did not look like what was on the coupon picture and I questioned the lady at the counter, she did not seem to know what a bacon double cheese burger was so she asked the other lady making the actual burgers. i told her that i wanted a burger with all the veggies she said that i had to pay an extra 5.89 dollars for this. i believe this is false advertising for one and the people working there are very new at the job. i believe management needs to give better training and some kind of guidance when a customer has a problem with their order.

Before I give all of the negatives, I did have one trip where there was a young black guy that went above and beyond to ensure that my order was correct, and he was nice to my daughter and fixed her crown for her. Other than that, the food is usually bland and I cant recall ever getting fresh fries from here. And the time I ordered a hot dog for my daughter, it looked more like a jerky dog. I called in to let them know and never even got a response. That happened to be the last time I will spend money with this establishment.

Employees coming from car (he locked his keys in the car) and lobby (he was leaning over the counter when I walked in and is the one who prepared my nuggets) and not washing hands. I notified the manager. She said nothing to me when I told. She turned away from me with her hands on her hips. I do not know if she even told the employees to wash their hands. Ahe could have at least told me she would adress it. I seemed to be getting on her nerves rather than the employees I was complaining about.

Just went through the drive thru line. 1st they hand me a bag so full of food it rips apart when it is handed to me. So all the condiments in the bag go all over the drive. And now that I am back to work my order is completely wrong. These are the people demanding $15.00 per hour. Are you kidding me????? The employees have 0 common sense, $15.00 per hour would only make them feel more entitled. And it could not cure anything.

Very nice installations but the service in there was horrible I pull in the parking lot at 9:45 And the lobby was already closed forcing me to take the drive thru they take over 10 min to have my food ready and when finally came in I was very upset so I decided to force them to throw the food away at the end I lose my time but the store loose the money,. This was very bad experience and I hope they do something about this ..
