I love this place. Awesome food! I used to get their bison burger because as we all know bison is lean meat and Im trying to control my weight. Lol Anyway their bison burger is a bit pricey at 12.99 for the 1/3rd pound burger alone, so I was looking for another good option. Thats when I found out their regular beef is 80/20! Thats really lean for a burger joint! Awesome selection for fountain drinks, condiments bar, awesome views, always very clean and the climate control is always on point! Love this place!

A couple months ago they served a raw turkey patty (still mushy) to both my wife and myself. This was very dangerous (salmonella poisoning potential). I told the manager, and he took away the bad turkey burgers. He returned with a couple charred offerings (overcooked). It was a very bad visit. I have been thinking about it off and on since then since I knew I needed to write them a bad review. Here it is. I feel better. Its not like the manager really offered us any other compensation (he did not).

I had the absolute worst experience. Steve, the manager literally called me a liar to my face after calling in and saying the order I received was incorrect. My burger was wrong and I was missing items. He said that he packed my order personally and there was no way that I didnt receive my full order. He called me a liar repeatedly. I am a restaurant manager myself and I would NEVER speak to a customer the way he spoke to me. I plan to go to corporate with my complaint. Absolutely unbelievable.

Fuddruckers is more than just hamburgers and fries. It has a variety of fresh prepared sandwiches from other proteins as well (Salmon is my favorite when Im wanting something different). Food is always great, staff friendly, and while not as speedy as some places, the lack of speed shows in quality. The staff treats the food like its their own meal. Condiment bar is always kept stocked and fresh, awaiting you to load up your burger the way you want it.

Waited 20 minutes for our food which wasnt too bad. Went to get a drink and there was no ice in either machine. Asked someone to fill those up and waited. Went to get ketchup and nacho cheese sause. They were both empty. Waited once again for someone to fill those up. Very frustrating when you spend money for your family to eat and have to ask them to do their jobs so you can simply eat and drink.

Weve been coming to this Fuddruckers for YEARS! And they have remained consistent throughout. Delicious burgers, fries, and chicken sandwiches - combined with fresh breads and cookies! You know... for the kids. The best thing ever is that you get all the free nacho cheese you want to dip your fries in! If youre adventurous, try the jalapeno cheese. Mmmmmmm......

I hadnt had a burger in such a long time, so we decided to stop by. My husband ordered the chicken burger, and both of our sandwiches were really good! The atmosphere was great. They provide the toppings on the side, so you dress the burger just the way you like it. Their soda machine looks like its from the future and has more options than Ive ever seen.

Its a good burger place. And when you get it on a good day, its fantastic. You apply your own toppings so take that into account if you read a bad review. A lot of people have ZERO culinary clue as to how to prepare something tasty. Someone who orders a burger well done with ketchup shouldnt be able to voice their opinion.

This place has good burgers with many meat and style options. They allow you to complete the burgers by offering self serve condiments. They also offer a few side options like fries, onion rings etc. The overall quality is nice but in my opinion they are a little pricey compared to other similar establishments.

I ordered the grilled chicken w/ pineapple and BBQ sauce. Very good, chicken was cooked well. Food came out in a timely fashion as well, and lunch rush did not make the restaurant noise annoying. Only complaint is fries were a little over done. Just being picky there though.

Good burgers. Horrible chicken. Aside from the sour attitude of the cashier it was freezing in there. They actually close at 9:30! Everything was broken down including the milkshake machine. Being dessert it should be broken down last. The bussers were very nice.

Quality beef makes are the difference. Build your own burger or choose from their specialties. Baked fresh buns and a toppings bar makes for a burger exactly how you like it. If you are not in the mood for a burger try the all beef chili dog, its delicious!

Extremely hit or miss on every level. One day you can get good service and bad food, another bad food and great service, some days bad service with bad food. Never will you get good service and food on the same day. Needs new management and staff.

I go here just to order a Half pound cheese burger. I realized one of the reasons why I like to go here is they have melted cheese as options for french fries. Just typing this review makes me hungry for Fuddruckers!

Kobe burgers were a little dry, but the fixings bar and fries were fresh and tasty. Crowded at my weekend lunch and noisy, but staff quick to clean tables and move the masses quickly.
