Its a pretty limited menu. If you dont eat beef I think the grilled cheese or the fries are about all you can get aside from beverages. That said, I still love this place. Its made fresh when you order so sometimes the wait can be a little long, especially when its busy. The longest Ive waited has been 12 minutes but that was because I had the misfortune of coming in right after a little league team. If youre not an In N Out "veteran" Id suggest looking for their "not so secret" secret menu on their website. Otherwise youll only see the basics of burgers and cheeseburgers on the in-store menu. The only problem with ordering something not on the menu is that you dont know the price before they ring it up. I always get the double double (2 patties with 2 slices of cheese) made animal style (cooked in mustard with grilled onions, special sauce, pickles and the usual lettuce and tomatoes) with the burger done protein style (instead of a bun theyll wrap it up in iceberg lettuce slices. Great if you cant eat wheat.). There is no neat way of eating here. So unless youre totally comfortable with having your date see you with a face full of sauce, Id go someplace else for a date. But everyone there will look the same way so its not the end of the world. Workers are always cheerful and helpful. Like to a Twilight Zone level of niceness with energy I havent had since my early twenties. Thats not a minus, its just a little surprising to encounter when theyll actual bring your order to your table for you. They are also very patient and helpful when youre new to the ordering process.

It was the first time I had been to this restaurant and all my friends said it was a great fast food place. Maybe it was just the location, or other things but it wasnt great at all. I asked for a Double Double with fries and a shake. The wait time wasnt bad, it was pretty quick actually even though the place was packed; the food was the issue. The burger had a very thick slice of onion on it, the entire circle, not diced at all. It was pretty bland too. The fries werent hot and fell into 3 groups. Bland, stale or soggy. The salt packet (singular) was very small. The shake wasnt very cold and was quite liquidy. The upsides were I got a hat and the customer service was very nice. Never mind about the hat, I came back to my seat and my hat was gone

I waited 15 years for In-N-Out Burger to come to Texas. I really dont care if the people around here dont appreciate the fine hamberger and fries they have, I do. I havent had a great burger and fries since I left California until they got here. It was the absolutely best day when they opened and we drove 70 miles to the first Texas place. Now they are much closer to us, but we wish there was one in Cedar Hill or Waxahachie, or better yet, Midlothian. Texas does not have a great burger with totally fresh meat and potatoes at such a great price. Thanks In-N-Out.

The best customer service I have had at a fast food establishment. The drive through line was long, about 6 cars long and I was expecting to be there for at least 20 minutes so I parked in the drive through but to my surprise the line moved very quickly, the staff was very nice and professional and seemed genuinely happy people. They had me in and out in no time with EXCELLENT customer service, plus the food was great!!! Would recommend stopping by:)

This is my first time at In-N-Out and I didnt like it. I heard so many good things about it but disliked it. First of all, they got my order wrong. As they forgot a complete meal and my meal was wrong. The burger was not good and the fries were cold. The 7up dispenser had Pepsi in it. So in at all I didnt enjoy it. I hope its just this In-N-Out and others are better.

Being a California native, this place is a home away from home for me. Its a little ways away from my house, but worth the drive every time. Burgers are always served fresh (Ask for whole grilled onions to really make your burger taste awesome) Fries are always served hot too. They keep the tables, floors and restrooms very clean. I love In-n-out!

Best customer service !!! I believe Mariana was the one who helped me . She was so sweet and nice ! Best visit here in a while ! My son told me last night " I wanna go back , I wanna go back " and we sure will be coming back !! Loved the burgers and fries especially the shakes ! Outstanding spot ! Keep it up !!

Food was fresh and hot. Delicious! Friendly staff. Order was perfect. I asked for salt and they put the packets on TOP of my actual burger instead of just in the bottom of the bag. Being somewhat of a germaphobe this grossed me out. I plan to go back and just ask for the packets in my hand.

Im not going to lie i came to see what the big deal was about the food.....i was dissappointed... The fries have no taste..the meat was questionable....i mean i didnt like it...wont be coming back at least not by choice.......i would only get a shake that was awesome

There was a lot of hype built up so i went in expecting it to be phenomenal. My boyfriend thought it was excellent but I thought it was decent but i wouldnt choose it first again. The meat was a bit weird. Super clean and very friendly service.

Great service and always fast! They always repeat your order back and then repeat it again at the pay window. Food is delicious. You can order your burgers (or grilled cheese) cut in half for little ones. Try the fries animal style.

Honestly i never heard of in n out until it came to Lancaster. I tried it for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I have to say Im in love. Their shakes r stupendous. I like how the fries taste baked n their burgers r delicious.

The burgers are cooked right after you order them, exactly as you ask. If you want to try to lower your carbs, order your burger "protein style" and theyll wrap your patties, cheese, and onions in lettuce instead of buns.

Even while fully staffed, all of the employees seemed lost. It took 20 minutes for a drive thru order of one burger even though I was one of 3 customers there. I love In-N-Out but avoid this location if possible.

I hear its good in California. I wasnt impressed by the food at all seemed very boring. Everyone I have talked to from California says the ones in Texas are not as good so maybe dont waste your time here.

We love In n Out so much, we always include it in any trip we make to the Dallas area (2 hrs from our home). Even if we have to go extra out of our way. Truly yummy burgers. Animal style is my favorite.
