My family and I come in here all the time and for good reason, the food is great, the environment is great, and the staff is great by far my favorite burger place in town. The place really shined last time we came in the place was pact full of people but was still able to cut the line down quickly and the staff was also in a great mood, Ive worked in the restaurant business I know how stressful things can get on a busy night. While in line I asked the bartender Jeff about some drinks and what I should try on the menu he was amazing and really helpful with not just me but with everyone sitting at the bar, Jeff and the other bartender were also great entertainment with their many jokes and gags which was making everyone at the bar have a good time, when we sat down we had a short wait on our food even though so many people were there (these cooks in the back know how to get fresh food out quickly which is amazing) and the server who brought it out who said his name was Gabe was super helpful and entertaining as well we asked him dozens of questions and he never got irritated with them and then got me and my wife hooked on dipping our fries in the #9 secret sauce, if you havent tried that you need to its an amazing combination. And while we were eating we had an extremely nice Asian woman (though I didnt get her name) who brought me my beers and helped clean up when we needed it, and the manager Jared was also a very nice person to talk to and Im glad I got to meet him. The experience is amazing here we love it so much, and the management does a great job of teaching these kids how to work most places with a teenage staff are very immature and arrogant but the kids here are a reflection of the great managers Matt and Jared. My family and I will continue to come to this restaurant as long as it stands it truly is an extraordinary restaurant!

Unfortunately we did not get to try the food. From the first step in the door the Young Female Hostess greeted us from 10 feet away, she kept talking as she walked towards us assuming we could hear what she was saying. As she pushed the menus in our face she repeated herself explaining the ordering process. We were kept standing in the door with people walking in and out, as a common curtesy we decided to move out of the way, apparently in the WRONG direction. The Hostess told us we could not go over "there", that we could NOT sit, and we needed to order from her, then she turned around to walk away saying to us "you need to come over here.... OR NOT" She laughed and smirked as if we were idiots and did not understand. We had never set foot in the brand new restaurant and being foodies, we were anxious to give the new "burger bar" a go. However due to the lack of maturity we will never try this place if thats how one can expect to be treated from the moment you walk in the door. Its a shame that this is acceptable in todays world of customer service. I have a hard time believing that this was her one and only encounter of treating people with no respect.

It isnt very often that I go to a place that get me really and truly excited about food. This is a major exception! The staff here was very friendly and the manager is doing an excellent job of being present for the guests and attentive to all areas of the restaurant. Food is to die for! Definitely recommend the chorizo queso, as even the chips are hard to put down. BURGER BURGER BURGER what a fantastically done burger! I opted for onions rings (perfectly breaded and cooked) with the complimentary Mississippi Comeback sauce (which will absolutely incentivise me to return). Beer selection is good with plenty of drafts for all palettes. The worms & dirt hand-crafted shake was a nice and fun way to end the meal. The most incredible part of this place lies in the details. Every place you look you will catch some piece of uniqueness that took plenty of forethought. These guys know what they are doing. I know this location just opened, but if they keep up this excellent performance I know they are in for a long and prosperous future.

The interior decor is nice. They have a large mirror on one wall that reflects the light coming in through the windows, allowing for a well-illuminated dining area. You order at the counter, fill your own drinks, find a table and wait for your food to be delivered, which is similar to how other local burger joints operate. They had my burger out to my table in 10 minutes or less on a Friday evening. The fries are pretty similar to the ones you can get at Smashburger... well-seasoned but not too much. I ordered the Lockhart Legend burger, which has Applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, large fried onion rings, dill pickles, and a house-made Dr Pepper BBQ sauce. The burger patty was thick and juicy, the bun was soft but didnt fall apart, and the BBQ sauce made for a deliciously messy dining experience. Dont worry about the mess, because there are paper towel rolls at every table. Good food, reasonable prices, and fairly quick service... give it a try!

I had a customer at my place of work recommend this place. I absolutely love it! I ordered the ET Drunk Dial and it hits the spot with a peanut butter and chocolate vodka taste! For my burger I ordered the Inferno Scorpion burger. Now I have an extremely high spicy tolerance so I wasnt expecting much. The first couple of bites into the burger and I didnt feel much kick but a solid after burn that lasted a few minutes. Eventually I got to the middle of it and DAMN it burned like fire! Luckily it came with an ice cream chaser to cool off. Im definitely coming here again. Also, shout out to our server Ryan for awesome customer service and the foor greeter Madison! I didn’t catch his name but the manager on staff was a super cool guy and made us feel like family!

This is my faaaaaaaaaaaavorite burger place ever! ***MUST TRY: YOURE MY BOY BLUE (with blue cheese and the aboslute best carmelized balsamic onions that will literally melt in your mouth, plus deliciously flavorful arugula) GREEK CHICKEN (feta cheese and homemade taziki sauce on this yummy, soft flat bread) or if youre feeling adventurous, try the Scorpion burger for a little spice!! *Also, try the sweet potato waffle fries with the homemade jalapeno ranch, their ranch is to die for!!! The Kid-Mac Burger seems to be a popular one among my friends! The atmosphere is really cool in here and they have a really good happy hour (love the mango patron rita!). TRY THEM ALL - you will not be disappointed!

The burgers are not weird. Ive given up on this place. They try to make things appear upper end, but the burger meat is never cooked properly. Standard delivery is a greyish well done and if you dare order medium-rare you get this burger seems like its been boiled or steamed. In fact the well-done burger is also this way. Its like they cover them on the grill or dont even grill them at all. Whether you get well done or under there are never any grill marks or fry marks. Maybe the just batch broil them. In any case, not a lot of taste in the meat and the mouthfeel is just wrong for a piece of meat ground or otherwise. Been there 5 times because my kids like the fries, but Im not going back.
