This restaurant is very close to my home so I thought I would give it a try... first visit I was in and out, no complaints. ( The food met my standards as far as being good) so second visit...I called in my order however, there was still a wait once I arrived to pickup my order. The cashier / owner was VERY stand offish and engaged in very inappropriate conversation with another customer which I found to be offensive. They spoke very poorly in terms of the neighborhood in which the restaurant is located stating that Duncanville, Texas had become scary at night based on the large number of minorities in the area. The customer advised the cashier he knew how to get the the minority youth in check he proceeded to make a handgun gesture followed by Pow-Pow! The cashier seemingly agreed. We are all entitled to a matter of a opinion as a woman of color I wont spend another dime in this establishment I felt unimportant / unacknowledged and I wont pay to be talked around as if Im not present.

love the burgers but at time owner or the older man that works the front is par-snippity, and rude on the phone,,,couple times would rush me but took awhile not listening to what I already asked for in my order. I love the food but the service with tone and demeanor needs to be better...much better....good quality food but mcdonalds at least give a smile and much more courteous service. I prefer to invest my money in quality but not an attitude at all..if you got the chops to deal with the attitude then this the place for you

Best burgers in the Duncanville/Cedar Hill/Desoto area! Ive been eating here for over 20 years being a duncanville native. The owner and his wife are here daily and they use the best ingredients! The Chipotle Burger is my absolute favorite but the catfish is fresh and amazing! Not to mention a full ice cream selection! And the prices are cheaper than most fast food joints. You must try this place if youre looking for something new and amazing.

The burgers are good. The place is nice. The staff is nice. Things arent amazing or anything but everything is great. Theres one thing that I dont like.!! It has Coca-Cola signs everywhere but dont have Coca-Cola as a drink option. Aint that just something... I would suggest to try it out and see what you think. I wouldnt recommend trying out any place if I had a bad experience or something tasted bad.

Complete garbage got sick I ordered once cheese burger meal with a cookies n cream shake . Dont know if it was the milk or the burger was made by after the guy touched money and then my food! Still thought he would wash his hands , he was sarcastic and fake making faces thought I wouldn't see I will let this be known. It use to be an OKAY place now NEVER AGAIN

I stopped here to get some burgers and fries. The atmosphere is great inside. It has a throwback oldies diner feel to it. The staff is friendly and very polite to everyone that comes in. The food was ok, nothing special. But the prices are pretty good. Its a great place to come and bring your family for a bite to eat!

Vert friendly counter man. Significantly lower pricing than what was expected. Wait time was wonderful. Place was clean and well kept. Food smelled and tasted great. Loved the lemonade. And they took order over the phone by card. Will definitely returm and refer.

This is a great place for burgers and catfish and a Philly cheese steak. Small, the cashier is the server, and they give you a glass of ice to fill your own drink, but the food is hot and cooked just like home. Extra napkins on the table, youll need them.

No lies, best burger Ive had in a loooooong while. Theyre not lying when they say charburger, you dont find them like this anymore. Also, its worth pointing out that the bacon on my burger was great quality perfectly cooked bacon. YOU MUST TRY THIS BURGER.

The old grey haired man at the counter was VERY rude. Been coming here on and off for 20 years. Never will come back. I am a nice and very understanding person but even the guests around us were astonished at the way he talked to a group of women.

We got the 4 Burgers 4 Fries deal - 3 of em. Literally ate the burger in less than 30 seconds, my wife looked at me like i had lost my damn mind. It was absolutely AMAZING. GREAT VALUE GREAT FLAVOR.
