Stay away from this horrible place. I ordered for delivery and the meal came without the 7up I bought. I ordered a second time the next day thinking it was just a mistake, and it happened again. Today, I called the manager which also said he is the owner, and told him what happened very calmy and respectfully. He looked up the order and said the drinks were there and that I was lying! I couldnt believe he said that! I told him no, the drinks have not been in the bags both times. He became hostile / rude and told me to stop ordering because he doesnt like delivering to grand prairie anyways, and to never call him again and hung the phone up. It was a shocking experience that you can still be treated like that by someone in the customer service industry,. He had a thick accent and is obviously unfamiliar with American customer service. He should never own a business like this. Do not order from here. Positive reviews are people who got the correct order and didnt have to call and ask about missing items. EDIT: I called back and the first delivery guy answered, I asked about who the owner is and told him what happened. He gave excuses that some people claim missing items to get free stuff and the manager was suspicious. I said he cant treat everyone like that and just assume everyone is a big liar. He asked if I wanted to order. I said no, I am sorry ____ i cannot order from here again after being treated like that, but I would like the owners name. He also hung up abruptly. This is the most screwed up place I have ever dealt with and I hope they go out of business belly up.

Poor customer service. No phone edicate what so ever. (Ran by foreigners) they even changed their name because of all the poor reviews. Ive eaten here a few times because its the only place open late. Their food is overpriced and its ok at best. Nothing on the menu tastes great...Everytime I felt as if they could care less about my call and I was a pain because I wanted to place an order. I also asked if they could call when they arrived because there were people sleeping and they seemed put off that I had made a special request. (They ended up running up the stairs and knocking anyways) Also they lie about the oz of their steaks. They give you 12 oz steakes and say they are 16oz. Eta is usually 2 hours Because they refuse to hire another driver. On top of all that they copy your entire credit card....they seem like shady people and I dont trust them as recently ive had my bank information stolen and had to shut my card off. Will never order from them again.

The guy that answers the phone is definitely a little soup nazi-ish. We did pickup and payed with cash. He was clearly concerned that we wouldnt show up. Once we showed, he became much more friendly. The food was pretty good. The wings are dry spiced, not traditional wet buffalo style. More like plain grilled wings. Not what I was expecting, but very delicious. The T-bone was thin cut (which is fine). But, had I known that, I would have ordered it medium-rare (I ordered medium. Which was dry being thin cut). It had a nice flavor, though. My baked potato was cooked perfectly. The Philly cheesesteak doesnt have enough meat, IMO. But, it tasted pretty good. The chicken quesadilla was plain, but tasted good with guac and pico. Overall, the wings were the standout item. Ill try it again.

Will never go back here!!! We have ordered several times here, the first two times it was alright but the last two have been pretty horrible. The delivery guy always makes us walk down the street so he can find us, and it has been the same guy. Food is WAYYY overpriced. We spent almost 50$ tonight and did not enjoy any of it, and only ordered three things. I found a hair in my food and was just upset with the total quality of all of it, so called to talk to them for some resolution ( only because we spent 45$, we never do this), and literally was just explaining and the guy screamed at me to NEVER call back here and hung up on me. HORIBLE customer service, sub-par food, and a HORIBLE experience at a high cost.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They do not read the instructions when you order online! We ordered a mushroom burger and asked for no pickles, tomatoes or lettuce as well as do not put the burger on a bun due to my husbands allergies. Guess what! THEY PUT IT ON A BUN!! When I called and spoke to the manager, he said "just throw it away". Really? Its an ALLERGY.....the meat has already been on the bun and because of the cheese, the bread stuck to some of it and then the rest of the cheese stuck to the bun. I tried very nicely speaking with the manager and he was extremely RUDE. I told him the I did not think I would be ordering from them again and he said "Thats fine, whatever" and hung up on me!!!

The good reviews have to be employees. Horrible, at least I know now so I wont ever order from there again. I got a BLT, the bacon was turkey bacon and it did NOT say that on their menu. Glad I dont hate turkey bacon, bit would have preferred pork bacon. My sister got a sampler for 11.00... Had 8 small pieces of food on it. One chicken tender, cut in half, two cheese sticks, two potato skins with cut up chicken on them?, and 2 jalepeno poppers. She said it was so terrible. Everything is clearly frozen and put in a fryer. Expensive(I paid almost $10 for a turkey bacon blt. If you want a frozen burger youd be better off going to burger king it certainly would taste better.

I had placed an order for delivery but had to cancel because of a family emergency and had to leave the home immediately. I called them back and told them I had to cancel and before I could explain why, the guy on the phone started cussing me out. I have never had anybody in my entire life treat me this way as a customer. I was in shock after he hung up on me. This place is very unprofessional and I am glad we didnt waste our money on these people. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You are better off eating some where else where the people actually care about their customers.

Ive ordered from Steak One a few times. Ive been impressed that the food was restaurant quality and its delivered. I had the rib-eye the last few times and didnt even need A1 or anything. Today I ordered a burger. I liked the smoke flavor, but I have to say, Im more impressed with the steak. Order took about an hour to get delivered to me. I made a call and was told all orders had gone out and the lady confirmed mine. Funny though, it arrived a few minutes after I hung up. the guy apologized for the delay. All in all, Ill be ordering from there again.
