Love this spot, OC has been around for a while. Ive been coming here since i had to use the crayons now its my weekly spot, sometimes nightly with different groups of friends. I enjoy the great and delicious menu, the chefs have always been on point here. The pizza is delicious with great options. The staff tho is the best part, your team here is such a family, you can tell everyone enjoys working here and theres a OC Aura of them. Great down to earth people that are here to ensure everyone that walks in has a top notch experience which is why i return day after day to knock out my Beer tours and keep bringing new folks to try you out and sign up. Your rewards program is amazing btw dont ever change it just make it stronger and more rewarding if all. Im giving you all the stars i could find, hats off to the management team to the chefs, to the greeter, servers and bartenders!

A lot of beer choices. Went there twice over one weekend while visiting family in hospital. First visit we told server we wanted to share a bunch of apps. Didnt bring share plates or silverware to divide it up. Thank God were all family and didnt care about double dipping. There was no mention of a "reward card". Foid was ok, nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about either. Second visit 2 of us sat at bar and had a better experience. Got the "reward card" that wouldve gave us a free app this time if it would have been mentioned last time. Again, just ordered a couple thing to share. Food was exactly the same, different items, but nothing special. The hottest wings on the menu my 2yr old daughter wouldve ate... even the bartender said that theyre not "hot" hot wings. Wouldve been 4 stars had the first server just been better.

First the good then the bad. The good news is that this place has become my after work late night place to go. The servers are really nice, food comes out quickly, and the water tastes very good which says a lot about their integrity. Their pizza is awesome. One of the best crusts you could ask for on a pizza. Never had a bad experience their. Although the first time we went, they dropped our pizza which I didnt even think could ever happen. Despite this they got a new pizza out quick and offered dessert on the house and were extremely apologetic. Next the bad: I asked for their dough recipe and they denied that to me. I will keep asking until they finally give in and let me have the recipe but when they told me no, I took the pen that you use to sign the receipt. If you are reading this Old Chicago, give me the recipe or the pen gets it.....

Felt a lot like Applebees with different menu selections. We ordered a bacon burger with fries, and a vegetarian burger with onion rings. Everything was fine except for the bacon burger which we had ordered well done. The thing still had a pulse and was as red in the middle as the day it was cut from the cows behind. Our first waitress was a dream come true, but then evening staff tagged in and it was all down hill from there. More looks than service. That might fly at Hooters, but thats not what I hoped for here. 3 stars for average to poor food (cant eat raw meat, it just feels weird), average atmosphere, and average staff.

Horrible service. Called ahead and they told us they had the channel and game we wanted. When we showed up they said theyd turn the game on for us. We insisted the turn the game on prior to ordering, they guaranteed they could put the game on and took our orders and served us prior to telling us they didnt have the channel and wouldnt be able to show the game. We asked to leave and they demanded we pay for our order despite us saying we didnt want to order until they put the game on nor touching the drinks they served. Manger also insisted. What happened to respecting the customer? This place is shady.

I really liked it there My friend and I used to go there after work on fridays to chill and take the edge off from all the stress we gained throughout the day. We would order our personalized pizzas she would get green olives on hers I would get pepperoni and our traditional Platinum Buds. It was fun cause we just talked about everything wed get off at 11:00 Happy Hour and chilled till close.We havent done this in so long since our schedules changed but the environment is Great and I would recomend it here to anybody and the food is Yummy& You might just get to scope out some hotties!! Lol..

Went there tonight with my mother who is fasting and only eats vegan on Wednesdays and Fridays. Met this amazing server- her name is Melissa- who went above and beyond and worked with her chef to make something happen. Mom was hungry and needed to take her medication so in the meantime Melissa brought french fries out for her. She was extremely attentive and caring. This is my fifth trip to Old Chicago and I have never been disappointed. Their draft beer selection is amazing also.

Great sports bar and family restaurant! My parents took me here all the time when I was younger, and now I go with my friends to the sports bar to watch big games! They have a great beer selection, and amazing food! Plan on spending about $15 a person for a meal, and definitely worth it! The calzones are always great, and Ive never had better nachos! The service is fantastic, weve only had a bad waitress once (and she was fired not long ago). Overall a great place!

A disappointing experience all around. Unattentive server left me sitting for 15 minutes without service. who said he was busy with another customer. Because of this we missed happy hour by "six minutes", he said. He refused to honor happy hour prices even for one round. Appetizers were mediocre. Drinks mediocre as well. I give it one star because the atmosphere was good...but that was it.

The food here is very good and reasonable. I ordered an individual pizza and wasnt to crazy about it, but the platter was awesome. I ate my platter and helped myself to my guests platter too. My son is a very picky eater, but loved the buffalo wings. He was full. The bill was priced right, and I like the atmosphere. I will definitely be back for more!

Out of wings and burgers? Got a calzone but cancelled because I didnt want to settle. Forced to take it because it was already in the oven. I didnt even get to eat it because they didnt bring me silverware. Waitress service sucked. After I was told wings and burgers were out another table got wings and a guy at the bar got a burger.

We got the spaghetti pie. Soooo, good! Both, chicken and caprese. My son got the large kids mac and cheese. He said it was a little dry and not enough cheesy-ness. He was right though. Oh and for the appetizer pizza rolls were so good we needed more sauce because they were kinda big. Our waitress was attentive and sweet.

My wife and I really love Old Chicago on North Campbell Ave. The wait staff are always friendly and never hesitate to bring us samples of their latest beers on tap. The food is delicious and they accommodate our diet restrictions with no problems at all. Its the place we go where every body knows our name!
