First time going there. We were visiting my little brother thats recently new to Big Spring. Anywho, Pizza Inn doesnt have a wide variety of pizza, desserts, or even salad toppings. Peaches but no cottage cheese, the buffet trays are hard to reach as they are further back than the front ones, and youre not allowed to go around buffet to grab the pizza slicer handle. Our waitress was ok. Pretty much kept up w out refills. The pizza however, was for the most part dried out, had really salty sauce, cut unevenly, buffet area was not kept clean. It has different food particles everywhere. Two of our cups had old food on the inside and when we told the waitress she gave us 2 To go cups and said "here these are waaay cleaner than those other ones"

from the number of customers and the rush it seems like one of the few good eating places in this small town. on the whole a good place as far as food is concerned. my only grouse is for a vegetarian , veg, lacto, ovarian the choices are very limited the salad bar was quite good but all i could have in the pizzas was cheese pizza which was f good. please think of some veg delights I did not know they had a delivery service too I will try it the next time and see what they have to offer

Had to get our own drinks after waiting ten minutes when we got there. My wife ordered a pizza. And she never got it before we left. So my wife ended up not eating. No cleaning. Plates. They started using filmsy paper plates. Because none were clean. They need more help or close down. One poor guy that was a cook. Was busting his butt waiting tables. Cleaning etc. In two to three different sections Get more help or close Always a wait here. Because of the short staff

Before I order here, I called pizza hut, it was a Saturday evening, pizza hut told me for delivery it was going to be a two hour wait. No way. So I called pizza inn. They had everything I wanted and they told me 45mins for delivery. But they came in 30mins! Pizza was delicious, covered in toppings and still hot. Also ordered breadsticks which look like a small cheese pizza (but wasnt) it was good and hot. And soda was very cold. Great service and fast.

This was one of the best If not the best restruant we went to our while stay. The salad bar was always getting stocked. The pizza were made before our eyes everything was so good. The service was beyond excellent our server was a girl named Valerie she sure dis know what she was doing very fun family place

Came after a day at the lake and some exploring. We dont have a Pizza Inn in Midland/Odessa and when we visited to the one in Carlsbad we fell in love. This location is very clean, friendly staff, and fairly quiet. I recommend to all who pass through and looking to have a great family meal.

Great pizza. I eat there at least once everytime I visit. It does get crowded but, that is cuz its good. Fyi, I do not give 5 stars unless it is super fine dining so, its obviously a great place to eat. Highly recommend.

Always friendly staff. Wide variety of choices for pizza combinations and you can request any pizza combination to be made while eating from the buffet. Very reasonably priced.

Pizza Inn is our go to place. Its always clean, salad bar is always fresh and so good. The staff are the best around. Valerie is the best waitress in Big Spring I think.
