The best pizza, hands down. We have eaten at alot of pizza places all over the USA, but Comfort Pizza is still the best. We crave the pizza and always make the drive from San Antonio to Comfort just to come up for the pizza. The owner is always there and is so kind and knows exactly what we want and how we like it. Great customer service and amazing pizza make for a great experience everytime. Lots of specialty pizzas, or pick any toppings you like. I suggest the California club, but all are great. They also serve beer, wine and even ice cream. If you havent been here your life is incomplete. :)

Good pizza in that was very unique. We had the Ivan the great pizza. It was $18. It includes tomato sauce, pepperoni, prosciutto, mushrooms, mozzarella and provolone. The service very friendly and helpful. They have a good choice of beers and the server had great beer advice. I had my first Trappist monk beer $7 and it was really good. Would definitely come here again. The only complaint is the meat couldve had a little bit more spice to it.

My son recently held his rehearsal dinner there with 80 people. They actually closed for for the night so we could have the place to ourselves. The experience was wonderful. We had ordered 30 pizzas and they came out of the oven a few at a time, so we always had hot pizzas. The guys were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this place to host an event or just to go for the amazing pizza.

This isnt a restaurant but a members only club (and were not members). No pizzas on Saturday in August at 6pm. Thought you were open til 10? Would have liked to have tried a pizza (do they exist?). Unfortunately wont be back to Comfort anytime soon. Too bad their website (dont have one) is missing the info on how to order a pizza and by when so you can actually get one. Because walking up to the front counter doesnt work.

Very unique drink selection for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. No indoor seating, only outdoor seating. Pizza selection and uniqueness is great. To better serve all customers, not just ones who travel, they should consider posting more publicly that pizza availability is limited during posted hours and reserving a pizza ahead of time is your best option to be able to try their unique selections.

Stopped, at Comfort Pizza looking for a cold drink and came across Black Cheery soda, and Prickly Pear Cactus soda, taste just like it did in the 60s, hmm good. As we dranked our sodas we were seduced by wood cooked pizza aroma, and decided to asked only for the pizza bread, too which the staff more was more the happy cook. The pizza bread is what we ARMY guys call flat bread, delicious.

Hands down the best pizza I ever had. Had the Primo and California Club, you can taste each ingredient they put on the pie and the crust is perfect from that fire wood grillin. They have beer, coffee and really good prickly pear juice/lemonade. If I lived in Texas Id probably be going often. highly recommended if your close to comfort, Texas. nice small cozy town.

Great pizza. Didnt expect a place like this in Comfort. Tried the California Club pizza and it was delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the pizza really was as good looking as it tasted. Hope to go back sometime for some more. Well worth the drive from Kerrville.

This pizza is AMAZING! These guys did it right. The brick oven they built is awesome and it makes incredible pizzas! I am driving over an hour to go eat there tomorrow. My girlfriend has been after me to take her back to Comfort for the pizza!! You MUST try it!

Pizza is just plain awesome. Were from out of town and we were only here for a few days but luckily decided to try this place. Make sure to reserve your Pizza because its so popular they often run out. Will definitely eat here again when were back in town.

So delish! We consider ourselves pizza connoisseurs & we are soooo glad we found this place! Great selection of local beers & wines also. Enjoyed sitting outdoors enjoying the beautiful weather & the Ivan the Great pizza we ordered. No leftovers that day!

Amazing. Best pizza Ive ever had in my life, hands down. The wait was a little long, but youre warned when you order and its totally worth it. If youre in Comfort, you have to stop here. If youre not, make the trip. Your taste buds will thank you.

It might take awhile to order or get your food if there is a line, but its worth the wait. Its not your traditional pizza. The menu is crafty and the house pies are deliciously different. Keep up the good work!

. Outside dining only but covered in cool umbrellas it was very comfortable. Owner/operator was a very nice young man. We will definitely be eating there again on our short stay.

Not much humor in the gentleman that waited on us but the pizza was good... the salad was fair could have had more Greek dressing. They expedited the order extremely quickly.

Awesome wood fired pizzas and very cool outdoor dining area only 1 mile from I-10...hand tossed....owner/chef knows what hes doing...cant wait to come back.
