I placed my order online through their website which was really easy, but it didnt give me an ETA at checkout so I gave them a call. I attempted my call several times, but never got through to a person only the music and then eventually an error message before being disconnected. Troubled I called another location to assure that the Flowing Wells location was still in business as I found them through the internet. He assured me they were and transferred me only to be disconnected again. I finally got through 30 minutes later and got an ETA. I knew they were busy as it was raining and a Friday night so I was prepared to wait. On to the food... We ordered a half bacon/onion and half pepperoni pizza, 12 wings and some bread sticks. Let me tell you as the other reviewers have, order the bread sticks. They are sort of like a garlic knot or only not knotted and covered in a garlic/parm sauce. The pizza was nice and thin, but super greasy. The box was almost soaked through under the pizza, but other than that it was decently tasty. Lastly the wings were bland and if I were them I would offer the wings in the same sauce the breadsticks are in. Then they would be just like a mild butter sauce wing from NY. Id give them a try again if only for the breadsticks.

Horrible customer service. I recieved my pizza the cheese was all over the box. I called them to let them know and they put me on"hold" i heard the entire converstaion . they were pissed off and currsing me out calling me names not knowing that i heard the entire convo. He then got on the phone and asked me what happen i told him that i heard everything and thats unprofessional of them that im taking back the pizza. He had nothing to. When i arrived at the store they took my pizza and said they will remake it. I asked for a refund and they told me NO. Unbelievable i was like fine whatever remake it so i went outside and kne of their employees yells at me "are you gonna stay and wait for your pizza" very rude. I have never experienced this bad of customer service ever!!!!! We are nevwr going back here

This place won "the best of" Tucson for Pizza. But ... Their service is EXCEPTIONALLY AWEFUL!!! The owner is a nice guy and works hard and does a good job. If he only knew how much business and goodwill his emplyees are costing him hed be shocked. The pizza probably IS the best in Tucson, but it is NOT worth the aggravation to get it. They have messed up my order many times and Ive had to wait over an hour two different times and was lied to by the staff on both of those occasions (the hour wait was NOT due to busyness, but incompetence) After the second mishap we have never gone back. There many other fine pizza places in Tucson that provide an overall better experience. We DO NOT recommend doing business with Chariot Pizza.

I have ordered from here often and generally it is pretty good. The only bad thing is the wait is usually really long, but that just means they get a lot of business. The last time I ordered a couple days ago I was disappointed though. I waited an hour, which was fine, but when I got the pizza it was already cold, everything stuck together, and I had to rewarm in the microwave. I called to let them know and all the guy on the phone said is that "Ill let them know what happened." I never received a call back or an apology or anything, which I expected, even though I dont expect any free food, I just wanted to feel like a valued customer, which now I dont. I probably wont order from them again.

I have been to Chariot multiple times and have received exceptional service, but that wasnt the case when I went in 10/21/16. I went on my lunch with 3 friends and it literally took 40 minutes to get our food. The waitresses didnt even acknowledge that it was taking long and got irritated when we asked how long it would be. On top of that a guy walked out from the back with a cigarette in his mouth. It seriously made us question how it clean he was when making the food. It was overall a bad experience which was surprising because I always had nothing but good to say about this place. Hopefully theyll address the issues and make the changes needed.

I ordered food online for my wifes birthday and after waiting an hour and a half we called and they said they just got our order even after we already got an email confirmation an hour and half before that said it would be 45 - 60 minutes. They then told us it would be another 2 hours until we got our food. The dummy at chariots told us it was eat streets fault I called eatstreets to cancel the order and they said chariot already confirmed the order at the original time, and that it was dummies fault. This place is a freaking joke thanks for ruining my wifes birthday. For real Chariot this location has a moron for a manager.

I dont usually comment on-line, however such a bad experience I couldnt not voice my opinion. I called for delivery with a coupon I received in the mail and told that the coupon wasnt good for another 12 days, took over an hour for delivery when I was told 35-45 mins and I live maybe 6 mins away, the pizza was barely warm and the dough was undercooked and gooey. I will never order from them again and I highly discourage anyone from doing so. I dont know where the best pizza in Tucson label came from, but certainly not the case!

I moved and was looking for a new pizza place close to my new house. Figured I would try this out. Holy crap. Best decision ever. Pizza great. Breadsticks are unique and amazing. Club sandwich is tasty too. Gyros. I was in fat-kid heaven. Ive tapered off since then. I lived in my new place a month and had already ordered almost 5-6 times trying everything on the menu. Probably gained 5lbs too but it was worth it. Pay in cash and no delivery fee.

They were late again for the 3rd time in a row, but the best excuse yet was today they ran out of pepperoni, really, then it sat for 10 min after 1hour and 30 min waiting. Then I had to call them and here why, if your gonna lie at least come up with a better excuse then we ran out of pepperoni. Kyle you need a better excuse. I will never order from there again. I was a very loyal customer.

I became familiar with Chariot Pizza through their other location (east). The Flowing Wells location services my home and this is the location from which I normally order my food. I havent worked through the entire menu, but I have probably sampled 1/3 of the recipes. Chariot Pizza is by far my favorite pizzeria and Italian food delivery service in Tucson.

I grew up right down the street from here and eating this pizza almost everyday after school with my dad. Its been a while since Ive been there but the last time I was it was just as kickass as always. Best pizza and best breadsticks in all of Tucson...I really miss this place and encourage anyone wanting a great slice to go on over and try it.
