First the good then the really, really bad. GOOD: the food is tasty as always and the salsa bar allows you to put it all together nicely. REALLY REALLY BAD: we walked in and there was no waiting to place our order. Sadly, we waited to place our order for over 5 minutes without so much as a greeting or an acknowledgement that our presence had been noticed. When the lady made her way towards us, she simply stood in from of the register and stared at us whilst raising her eyebrows as in asking what we wanted to order using only her condescending body language. At this point single word has yet to be exchanged between customer and employee. She made it impossible to address her by name since her sweater covered her name tag. The best way I can identify her is by her drive through head set uniform accessory. Regretfully, her horrendous service left a sour taste in our mouths and will have us thinking of visiting other establishments prior to returning to this one.

We ordered 1 burrito and apperantely it is rocket science because Samantha our drive through server asked me "what do you mean bean burrito?" If you dont know what a bean burrito is then you dont need to be working at a MEXICAN restaurant. Also if you dont have the attitude for it then you dont need to be at a place where customer service is the reason why you even get a paycheck. Also the manager and the rest of the staff need to get their act together if you see someone at your drive through window for 10 min the least you could do is acknowledge them, if you cant take the order then let someone know if a customer is at the window, I work in customer service and I only expect to be treated how I treat the rest of my customers.

I was the only non-Latino in the place which tells you that this place brings in the locals. I had the Chicken Adobado and the Shrimp tacos the first night then two nights later I had the Chicken adobado during my business trip to El Paso. Food was amazing. Salsa bar was great allowing you to make your taco the way you want it with a good variety of options. Service was great as well. Will definately make this a regular place when I go back to El Paso. Chips at the front counter all you can eat. Perfect non sit down place with great food at a resonable prices.

Been coming to this place for a little over a year. Always got good food. Today I came and purchased a pretty big order to go and asked if I could have a cup, Styrofoam mind you, to take some condiments. The cashier said no, I even offered to pay and she said no, so I told her to cancel my order, she called her assistant manager and initiated the process when I told him its dumb for them to lose business over 2 Styrofoam cups. End of story, I got my 2 cups and went on my way. Id suggest working on customer service..

Taco tote was a nice find. the place is huge I mean huge. noisy with families children and people enjoying food. the taco bar excuse me the salsa bar is incredible. lots of sauces lots of vegetables very nice. the chips at the front counter are a bit clunky, barely adequate. I had carne asada taco plate. 8 little tortillas and enough meat and vegetables to make eight little tacos. And all that for eight bucks. I would like to try more items on their menu, as the crowd was huge and the people were very happy, so was I

Usually happy with tacotote pack- fajitas. This time i asked for baked potatoe with barbacoa. Potatoe was very good but the barbacoa disappointed me for the second time. The kitchen has to know that they are spooning in nothing but gristle and sinew. Horrible! AND they are ok with charging me money i cant afford to waste. My order was take home so i didnt find out until i got home. Im interested to find out if they make good on a "make up" order. I will get back to you on that.

Really nice premises but the service and staff could be a little better. There were two ladies conversing in front of the cups and straws and they didnt even move when I said excuse me! It happened twice when I was trying to get food. Also the quesadilla was a congealed cheese with meat taco, not made well. I love Taco Tote but this was my least favorite experience.

Rarely does it disappoint. Everything from the fresh, homemade corn tortillas to the flavorful sirloin and the charro beans is tasty. Good variety of salsas to choose from also. The dining area is usually pretty clean and plenty of room to sit and eat comfortably. A little pricey but i still feel like i get a good value by dining here.

I like this chain in el paso! Big portions and real food! A few suggestions... sirloin has been fatty the last few times Ive used it as a meat on nachos or tacos, English speaking skills are hit and miss, and I wish they had the electronic fountain drink dispensers like they used to. Other than that, thumbs up. 4 stars

Went to order through drive thru and no one answered. Then went to window and none of the employees went to window to say if open or if best to go inside. Business hours state open at 10 am, and I was there at 10:10am and still no service. This is not the first time with issues with drive thru.

Horrible, its Flippin finals week and my wife and I both have food poisoning because of this filth. On top of getting posoned my order was wrong too. They also didnt like that I ordered in English. It also took 20 min to convince them im not immigration and that they can come back.

Came here last Sunday the food was delicious we asked how many people will feed the family deal and they said from 4-5 persons and after its gone you are still left with hunger we are a family of 4 and they only give you 5 tortillas for all of you be sure and ask for extra

The steak quesadilla was delicious and juicy, the perfect balance of cheese, tortilla, and meat. The rice and beans were also very good. Everyone in my group was extremely satisfied, including the 2 who have no use for Mexican food. All in all, it was a great experience.

Es Ta Carote The food is excellent, but the price is high. Service is always good and the restaurant is typically clean. We go there for lunch regularly when we want a break from the typical fast food or Tex-Mex. Id rate 5 stars if each taco wasnt $4- $5.

Food was great but cashier was RUDE!! No welcome, no ty, no social skills!!! didnt smile or looked at our faces when taking our orders.. She seemed to be in a bad mood instead...HER NAME IS VANESSA and she should be washing dishes instead.
