I went to this place twice yesterday and today and I must say that my last experience today I will never ever go back to this location. I went yesterday and thought the waitress was not the best but not the worst. The food was great though expensive I was expecting that price. My daughter and I liked it so much that we went back today and that was the worst mistake. From the moment we walked in there were three girls at the hostess stand but nobody said anything to greet me or anything. One girl who later turned out to be my server literally rolled her eyes and said oh my God and walked away. I was told to sit myself despite the sign saying please wait to be seated. There were two booths that were empty but dirty and I told them I didnt mind waiting while it Was cleAned because my daughter couldnt sit at the high table. Fast forward and the whole meal was a disaster. I was brought a hot sweet tea with no ice. My daughter had a sweet tea with ice and other patrons had ice but somehow when I mentioned I wanted some ice the girl still looked at me like I had 3 heads. SPOILER ALERT I NEVER got the ice lol. Appetizers took awhile and the gumbo did not have the rice in it and she actually lied and said it sunk to the bottom lol so I stirred it and showed her there was no rice and since I was there yesterday I knew that there was supposed to be a scoop of rice in the center. Said she would be back and never showed up. Never got the Ive either. She actually took the long way to visit her other tables and avoid any interaction with me lol After being there for an hour with no drink and no interaction with her I finally decided to ask for the manager. It was so bad that the table beside me asked if the service was always that bad. Even my daughter asked why she wouldnt talk to us smh The manager was nice and comped it even Though we never got to eat out crab boil. In short the service suuuuuuuucked but the food was good I just would expect terrible service in return.

Thank you King Crab! Last night I took my wife to King Crab to get her some seafood and I could watch the UFC 202 fight’s! Off the bat when you walk in you get great friendly service from the staff and they get you seated and situated ASAP. I got the burger with fries and potato salad and my wife got the jambalaya and we ordered some Cajun wings which also came with fries and potato salad. First off the portions were HUGE! The amount of food we got and what we paid for felt criminal (normally I would complain if I get a few fries with my burger but D@*N I got a lot of fries and awesome potato salad) The Cajun wings were on point! Awesome Cajun spice rub and they throw in the ranch along with your order (at no extra charge) and they also came with a lot of fries and potato salad. My burger was huge and delicious, I could only finish half of it and I had a lot of leftovers. My wife really enjoyed her jambalaya and she got to sample their oysters rockefeller and Cajun spiced shrimp which she loved! Especially the oysters (her word’s “I’ve eaten oysters all over the word from Mexico to France and those were the best, they didn’t have an earthy after taste”) Another thing I enjoyed about the place was when my drink got low they were quick with the refills and our waitress always kept checking up on us making sure we were taken care of. Now the second reason we went there was for the UFC fights! They had them on every single TV they had in the place unlike some other restaurants where it’s only on the main TV and they don’t charge an entry fee to watch the fights! If you are going to eat dinner at the restaurant that is your ticket in to watch the fights! All in all I give this place a perfect 10! My bill for all the food was under $40 and the service from the staff was on point. If you want awesome surf and turf you have to hit up King Crab. Thank you to the whole staff for great date/fight night with my wife!

Well this is the first time I have done this. Im writing this review as an employee but not being biased about the food. First off I just want to say Thank You to all of you that have left reviews. I have read every single one of them and appreciate your feed back. With that being said, we work very hard to provide you with the freshest seafood possible so sometimes we may run out. We want you to enjoy the FRESHEST seafood so we order more often to provide that for you. I think it is really neat what they are trying to do here and I respect it. Also, I really enjoyed my experience with the hot and fresh seafood. My favorite appetizers are out Fried Calamari and our Gator Nuggets! I love being able to get a couple Choose 3 Combos and sharing with the family. And our home made Apple Cobbler.... YUM!!! I think it is a different experience and to be able to eat with your hands, well I LOVE that. I want to invite you all to come in and experience what we have going on here at King Crab and those of you that have already joined us, I would like to invite you to join us again soon! Thank you for all your posts and reviews!

Not good at all ......staff are great but already trying angry crab in phoenix and crackin crab in new mexico this was a waste..it takes two hours for our round trip drive and we should of just stayed home. Not only did it take forever but they were out of snow crab so we ordered king crab and it was just Lil bits and pieces I tried to eat what I could but just ended up throwing it away. And out of all the crab joints weve been to its by far more expensive!!!!! We tried it a year ago and the same experience!!! I hope they start taking more pride in there food and prep.....coke,Dr pepper was flat and the tea was old even the salt shaker was empty REALLY lol.....so two hours of driving and 150.00 wasted.....but saved by Bahama bucks on the way home...I wish them the best but I cant throw hard earned money away...all around a waste

The service was awful, took an hour to get our food and it came cold, the restaurant was half empty so there was no reason for it to take so long. My wife got the crawfish etouffee and it was oily and had all the shells still in it. My crab boil was cold and the crabs were so small that you couldnt get any meat out of them and when we told the owner about the crab they said it was because they were not in season. The only good thing about this place was the "Trifecta" sauce on the boil which tasted great on the corn, but thats it! I definitely dont recommend this restaurant and the prices are way too high, go to red lobster youll get better food quicker and still warm.
