The food was great, but everything else sucked. My boyfriend and I ordered our meals and an appetizer. The waiter asked if we wanted our appetizer first and we said yes. 20 minutes we were still waiting and saw him standing around flirting. Someone else brought out our meals and we asked about the appetizer. We canceled it and then the waiter came back and apologized said he would bring it out since it was already on our ticket. We said no and then the manager offered us dessert and said he would come back. We were too full for dessert and we were still charged full price for our meal and the manager never came back. The table next to us had a mess up as well and were offered to have part of their bill on the house. I do not recommend this place and will not return due to lack of professionalism. If you do end up going despite the comments, make sure you dont get Rollin.

I took my wife here to celebrate her birthday early, our server "Mike" was attentive and has a great understanding of what "customer service" means. I do not believe my glass was empty for more than a minute before he brought us refills. The food was cooked to perfection I got the Surf & Turf burger, beef patty was cooked to order "rare". My wife got the Porcini Crusted Halibut. She stated it was the best fish she had ever had, the skin was not left on the fish which made it easier to enjoy. The staff was courteous and friendly, other servers asked us how our night was and if we were enjoying our food. Most places the servers wont even smile at you if you are not at their table. To Mike and the wonderful staff behind the scenes, thank you for making our night enjoyable. We will be back.

The orange chicken tasted like they didnt cook off the hard liquor (bourbon?) They cooked it in. Sauce was very bitter. Surprised how bad it was. Menu is huge, so I suppose I should expect items to be inconsistent in quality. The spicy rice with the orange chicken was decent. Waitress took my orange chicken off the bill since I didnt eat much of it and didnt want anything else. The staff and service were good, pleasant and quick, or I would have given it one star. The food is very overpriced for the quality (most menu items are $15-$20). Ive had better food come out of a frozen microwave packet, which is saying something.

We have been to this location many times and always enjoyed it, which is why we took my mother and father in law last night. Our server Ryan ruined the meal for us. His snarky attitude pervaded all our interactions, and he was plain rude to both my mother in law and to me. I waited tables for 10 years and I would never dream of being so condescending to customers. A manager visit would have been nice, but by the time we were finally done and he managed to get the check to us, we were too far behind schedule for the evening to request to talk to someone. What a shame... Youve lost some previously happy and loyal customers.

Theres something for everyone! Their menu has everything from fantastic burgers to pseudo-sushi (The way they serve it is strange - A disc of rice, a disc of cucumber chunks, one of crab, and topped off by roe and avocado, and some garnish) Service is always friendly. Ive never been to any other location, but Ive visited this one at least six or seven times. The experience is constant: Amazing. Although the prices are a bit high, its absolutely worth it for the food and service.

Came here for a happy hour with my coworkers. One of my coworkers ordered some nachos, a "sushi," and some cabbage wraps. Food was pretty mediocre. The nachos were good, but definitely a lot of food. Also got a little sick of it after a while. The sushi wasnt my favorite and they made it very different from the traditional sushi. The cabbage wraps were my favorite out of the three. Happy hours prices are pretty good! Nice to just go and hang out.

We come here for beer... And the food is good. But the service here is terrible. Ive never had good service here. As a matter of fact, the management has been involved time and time again. They are quick to respond via Twitter, but the service is just bad. But hey, when they run an Untappd badge, we dont have a choice! They do have a pretty good happy hour, but this is the only location in the Valley that doesnt offer reverse happy hour.

A friend and I had lunch there today 4/27/17. What a mistake...I had the sliders, which was a burger cut in quarters, no taste at all. My friend had tacos with this cheese coating on the outside, it was awful. The server was very good and brought tacos without the cheese. The server is the only reason for two stars. They used to have a Hawaiian burger that was great, but someone decided not to carry good things. I wont be back.

The Desert Ridge location is loud, dark, and annoying. The lobster mac and cheese was dry, cold, and had a strange fishy taste. Could not eat. Manager took off the meal but offered no other compensation to the guest who now had to sit and watch everyone else eat. Chicken breast in chicken sandwich has no flavor. Other food is just OK, poorly prepared, and comes out cold, not justifying the expensive prices. Will never return.

Great place to eat! However I ordered my steak at a medium and it came out closer to rare I also asked if the filet was nicely trimmed the server assured me it would be but it was not. Also the servers rested the water pitcher on our water glasses thats a big no no in the food industry, it is a great way to spread illness. Hopefully a few small improvements will make this place a true 5 star restaurant!!

Stopped in the other night after doing some shopping. Server was great and on top of everything. My mom always orders the chicken tenders and sweet potato fries and they never disappoint. I ordered a caesar salad to start and the Four Cheese Pizza. Salad dressing was really good, not too fishy and pizza was excellent. I can always count on Yard House to deliver a good meal!

I have been to this location several times. Although its a bit pricey, the food and drinks are always amazing. I would much rather pay the extra and always have great food. Also the service is always very personal and helpful. It is a very young and fun atmosphere and reminds me of how Planet Hollywood and Hard Rock used to feel. I always leave feeling very satisfied!

“ Excellent steakhouse!” I enjoyed a relaxing dinner with my husband at Steak 44 and had a wonderful evening. The meal started with a yummy skillet of bread seasoned with butter, salt and herbs. I ordered a petit filet and BLT wedge salad which were both perfectly prepared. My husband had the bone in filet with asparagus and crispy hasselback potatoes. Both steaks...
