Save yourself the wasted trip and go to Olive Garden or somewhere else. We looked it up and read the reviews, most were good some were eh. We didnt really mind the darkness because the candle so was kind of cool. But The glasses are all sitting tops up in the back before pulled off to fill, not sure how long they sit before use. And I dont recommended water, its pretty crappy tap water. We asked if the pizza or ravioli would be better, the waitress, who wasnt really into the customers. Just to the point and kinda rude at times. Recommended pizza, so we got a pizza, and for $11 I couldve got 2 hot n ready for little Casears which wouldve had more flavor and been better. Then I also ordered a fettuccine Alfredo, which was "served with bread" by bread, they mean a hot dog bun covered in plain oil with no flavor. But really, a hot dog bun?! The pasta reminds me of a dry brisket. Where the person trys to cover it with so much sauce to hide how bad it really is. I couldve filled a full measuring cup of the sauce after all my food was gone. My wife then got the rest of her pizza to go, even though it wasnt good. And the waitress took forever to get to us and then also had just came out of the bahroom and when putting her food away pulled it allnoff the plate bare handed piece by piece. Overall a waste of time and money. Meals arent cheap and its not like you get a whole lot for your money either. Normally I can find something decent in everywhere I go, even through the bad. But this was just awful and the worst experience Ive ever had. Ourfood took about 30 minutes when theres only 6 people inside. 8 almost had to wave the waitress down everytime I wanted her attention because they never came by the tables to just check on you. But like I said, overall a waste of time and money and will never be returning, and wouldnt recommend anybody else waste theirs either.

This place is the shadiest place I have ever been too. I was dissatisfied with the plate I ordered which was the Jerusalem chicken I guess its a plate for acquired taste but I offered to still pay the price of the plate but if I could get something else off the menu. When they came out with the second plate it literally tasted like they just removed the chicken and shrimp from the first plate and moved it to the new plate and added a different sauce because when I tasted it, I could still taste the other sauce so when the manager came over to ask me about the plate I attempted to explain my issue with the plate before I could finish she snatched the plate off the table with a nasty attitude and sent the waitress back who told us the owner was ready for us to go that we were unwanted. As I was speaking to the waitress The owner walked over and rudely asked if theres something I needed to say I told her that her attitude and the way she carried herself was completely disgusting and poor customer service and that no one should be treated that way when we walked to the front desk the woman with acne scars all over her face threatened my Pregnant friend and told her she was lucky she was on the clock our server SARAH was great Laura stayed professional and polite but everyone else was very ill mannered!! If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! Would never ever go back Im in the military service and No One deserved to be treated like this for not liking the taste of food.

I was really hoping this place would be good, but my experience here was pretty disappointing. I thought the decor was pretty nice and the service wasnt bad, however, the prices and food was terrible. I ordered the mozzarella and tomato appetizer for about $12 and it was served with saltine crackers. The house wine, although cheap, was pretty sad. Lastly, the pizza I ordered was pretty overcooked and the ingredients tasted like everything came out of a package or can. That normally wouldnt be issue for me, but for the price, I expected something better. A member in our party ordered fettuccini with clams and white sauce and I am in no way exaggerating, it tasted like a day old cigarette. There wasnt really a sauce to it either, everything was kinda just swimming around on his plate. Next time I want Italian food in El Paso I think Ill just go to Olive Garden, where sadly the food and prices are better.

Wow! How did this place ever get rated 4 stars?! Id eat at Olive Garden before ever thinking of eating there again or referring it to anyone! First of all the waitress was horrible. Never paid attention to our table or anything. Mind you this was a Thursday and only one other table had customers. Food was over priced like crazy and horrible. I had the cheese manicotti and was not impressed at all. The appetizer was caprici or as listed on the menu (tomato and cheese). For desert I had the cannoli. I swear that was from Albertsons out of the frozen food section. Lastly I had wine.......which they have listed as house wine. For me I would call it watered down box wine at best! Please dont go here. If youve never had Italian food than you might be excited for an adventure. But if youve ever had anything above Mac and Cheese youll be upset once you leave. Youve been warned.

I dont know how this place got great reviews?! My family and I finally decided to try it when my in-laws came to visit. Big mistake! First, it was too dark inside! I felt like I were in a cave! Second, the menu was less than impressive, I mean spaghetti 10 different ways?! I decided to order a pizza (half mushroom/half pepperoni). To my disappointment, they used canned mushrooms!! The service...was just okay, nothing to brag about! I had to ask for a refill on my tea! And, finally, the price...it was definitely overpriced for the quality of the food! I lived in Italy for a few years, so I do know what Italian food looks and tastes like, and this place misses the mark by a mile! If you have never eaten "real" Italian food, you may like this place. But, anyone who has been to Italy will be very disappointed with this place!

The service and atmosphere were good, but the food was not. The pizzas were way over priced and lacked quality ingredients (I.e. the mushroom pizza had canned sliced mushrooms and what tasted like cheap canned sauce; couldve bought a better one from Papa Johns, or even a pizza kit from Walmart). Pasta was pretty watery and tasteless, and served with what looked like a toasted hot dog bun. The fresh mozzarella and tomato appetizer was served with pesto and black olives, but saltine crackers instead of bread. The candlelit tables were pretty, and the place was okay to try, but overall it was unimpressive, overpriced, and we will not be going back a second time.

This is authentic Italian in the same way Taco Bell is authentic Mexican cousine. Papa Johns has better pizza and that says a lot. The food was all overpriced and very mediocre. My seafood pasta we tasteless and had a watery excuse for sauce. Did I mention it was served with a toasted hotdog bun? The pizza clearly had no homemade ingredients. Thats pitiful. They have a pizzaria sign outside and they dont use homemade sauce. At least the service was pleasant. Not authentic, overpriced and mediocre. Would not eat here again if I lived next door.
