Everything was excellent --- the food, wine, decor, service, open windows --- with one exception. I ordered the super yummy roasted vegetable ravioli with pesto (instead of butter sauce) and another in my party swapped out one type of past for another. The waiter was quick and happy to do so, but then each of those swaps incurred a $3 charge on the bill. we should have been informed about this unfair and unnecessary charge.

One of my favorite restaurants in Vail. An excellent representation of classic Italian food. The prosciutto and melon is delicious and the gnocchi bolognese is not to be missed. Excellent Italian wine selection with a few domestic options as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. In traditional European style they do pack quite a few people in on busy nights so be prepared for close quarters.

Incredible pasta, excellent service. I had the Ravioli Funghi, it was just the right amount of truffle without overwhelming; my fiancé enjoyed the Tagliatelle ai Piselli, the lemon pasta was incredible. Our waiter ensured our water and wine glasses stayed full with hardly a word, leaving us to a romantic, uninterrupted dinner. The food was perfection and I highly recommend Campo De Fiori.

The ABSOLUTE best, authentic Italian food Ive had in the state of Colorado! Im 100% Italian and lived in Rome for 4 years and after my first bite of my penne caprese I felt like I was back in Rome. Phenomenal food, wait staff, and menu. Living in Denver now and wish there was still one here. Love, love, love!!!!! Thank you Campo Di Fiori for the amazing food experience! =)

Campo de Fiori is an excellent italian restaurant located in the heart of Vail Village. I had Caciucco, which was elegant in its simplicity. Just a broth with seafood, it tasted excellent. My wife had the seafood of the day (Swordfish) and salad, both of which were quite good. Their complimentary bread and olive oil were although delicious. I really enjoyed this place.

Excellent food and service. Been here a couple times and one of our favorite spots in Vail. Some nice wine options, homemade pasta, along with the freshest mozzarella caprese I have ever had. Overall menu had good options of meat and seafood dishes. A neat restaurant on the second floor with an open kitchen and balcony housing a few tables outside.

Our table of 10 was served 3 courses in less than 2 hours. A major accomplishment in this resort town. Food was the best we ate in our 4 nights here. Everyone enjoyed their pasta, fish and desserts. We will be back soon.

We totally cheated by going during the Super Bowl. Usually reservations are required and hard to get. Superb Italian food and excellent service even when theyre hopping.

Compo de Fiori is centrally located in Vail village. The food and service are excellent. The restaurant is very cozy and intimate. Definitely a must try.
