Go to the one on the West Side. I love Olive Garden but the service at this one (and honestly the one at Cielo Vista) is absolutely horrible. Dining-in and Take-Out Orders take FOREVER! The establishment is just clearly poorly managed. I got it we live in a highly populated city but that should be no excuse for poor customer service. So I recently went to Romanos Macaroni Grill and it was WAY BETTER THAN OLIVE GARDEN. So my true issues with this Olive Garden: -unmonitored To-Go Parking -inaccurate timing for To-Go Orders (I ordered a chicken caesar salad and breadsticks, on the phone I was told 15min, so I got there in 23min, then I was told to sit at the bar because it would be 20-30 more minutes --- unacceptable) -Dining-In and To-Go portions differ even though the prices do not differ (trust me I did the leg work) -Drinks are watered down -Some of the servers try to tell you their life story **Once We were seated by the kitchen door and could hear the servers complain about their customers **Kids were running around like it was Chuck E Cheese (**Gripes with the experience not necessarily the management) Weve been like 5 times are we will NOT go again :)

Oh how do I love Olive Garden for their yummy soups and breadsticks! This place was the bizzness today and the wait times were a little craaay. We decided to skip the long wait and sit at the bar instead. We sat and looked around as there were two bartenders tending the bar. One of them looked over at us and nicely handed us the menus and took our drink orders. We placed our entree orders and ordered our two soups. (zuppa tuscana and chicken gnocchi) Our soups came out fast and the breadsticks were hot, buttery, and crispy, yumm! Our entrees arrived soon after and my plate was delish. I decided to go for the new chicken margherita and I was glad that I did. Two pieces of chicken breast topped with mozarella and cherry tomatoes with a side of crispy zucchini, for the price of $14. The zucchini was ok but was definitely lacking flavor. The hubs wasnt too impressed with his dish since it was $14 for a really small piece of lasagna and nothing special.. The service was great and the guys at the bar did a very good job making sure we were taken care of! Im glad we sat at the bar! $40 for drinks and food, not bad.

I used to like going here, despite the long wait time on Sundays but no more. They have started using these computerized stations at their tables. WATCH YOUR KIDS WITH THIS!!! IF NOT YOU WILL BE CHARGED $2.99 BECAUSE YOUR CHILD PRESSED THE GAME BUTTON. You have been warned! So they tricked me buy using my kid for $2.99, not ok at all! Next the portion sizes are smaller and the prices higher. They have accomplished this by changing their plates to smaller ones (like I wouldnt notice). Did you like the after dinner mints? Too bad those are just about gone too. You have to now ask for some then have your server look at you like you just demanded their paycheck! When all you did was overpay for a your meal and was expecting the chocolate mints like they always give, until now. Will not be going back! Good luck if you do

I was a one person table today for lunch. It was outstanding. Food was hot, portions were gigantic for one, the price was perfect and the waiter (Jonathan) was polite and friendly and happy to assist. No, you arent going to find a little piece of Italy at Olive Garden, but for a chain restaurant serving Americanized Italian, this is a great place to go in El Paso. Every Olive Garden Ive been to was less than impressive. Not necessarily bad, but it wasnt surprising when I heard they were in financial difficulty. After visiting this restaurant, I can only assume that they are keeping the entire business afloat. Ill be back, tonight if I can be. Seriously. Go here!

Im from Chicago, so I know Italian and I know the Olive Garden. This is not true Italian, but, its very good food. For as busy as they were, our food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was outstanding, even the compared to the ones in Chicago. The only issue I had, was really with their "signature bread sticks", they came about the same time I was done with my soup, were crunchy, not soft, and no flavor. Then again, who can complain about something thats complimentary with your food. As far as Italian goes, they have their own concept, but the food is still a must need on a Friday night after a long week.

Been here multiple times and every time is a good experience. Staff is friendly and your waiter is always wanting to make sure you have everything you need. It is a nice quiet place at times and full of noise and life other times. I have never had a problem talking with whomever I am with at the time though. It is also a great place for dates and even a pre homecoming dance spot. The food is always good, you know what you are getting at Olive Garden. Weekends can be busy so be prepared to wait for a table if you are going at that time. All around great place.

Waiters were very attentive to my needs, was sat down at a table with the sun directly on my face tried to slide to the other side of booth no good; the waiter saw me holding my hand up and came over and taped up a few menus to block the sun for me. However they did sit me a very heavyset man in a small booth in the bar area where it was warm and wasnt very comfortable. The service however before and during our meal was fantastic, prompt, and polite. I only gave 4 due to poor seating performance and poor climate control.

Had to wait 25 minutes for the lunch rush. Once seated, the hostess took our drink orders and received them really quickly. The table next to us apparently knew the waiter because they were served quicker than we were and were attended to more often than we were. I had to wait for my drink ro refilled a few times. I didnt get the refill on my bread either. I left the waiter a tip either way, but I really didnt want to. Hopefully next time Ill have a different waiter or perhaps someone he knows wont be seated next to me.

Server was very patient though would dissapear for longer than usual intervals. Not everyones meal arrived at the same time. We were told that they would check on the remaining meal and no one ever came back with info. I had made eye contact and motions signaling I needed help but all servers and hostess walked away. I was forced to get up from the table and actually yell at one of the servers in order to get any help. After the plate was brought out, ten minutes later. Over all the service was spotty at best.

I would just like to highly recommend this restaurant for everyone to be able to have a great experience. I was very satisfied and my server was so wonderful. Request Vivian if you do go because she will give you the best service. Not once did our drinks go empty, and all the food came out with a timely manner, also it was all so delicious and hot when it came to the table. The manager David is quite charming as well and great with customer service. We will definitely be returning for the great hospitality.
