Very nice decor and atmosphere, not too loud...servers were extremely polite and on the spot. Food was great, especially the candied butternut squash bisque. My steak was too rare for me but thats really my fault - I tend to order just under what I actually want, because most restaurants overcook. But you never know when this gamble will not pay off and the restaurant will actually cook to the temp you asked :) So I dont blame them for that. And otherwise the whole meal was great. They even ran out after I left to catch me because I forgot my leftovers. Would definitely recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised since this was tucked away in a strip mall, but the warm and detailed interior quickly made me forget about that. Our server was top-notch, and the food selections were varied for Italian. And the beer list was out of this world! I expected a few choices; Via Toscana more than caters to the local beer scene. IPAs, Belgians, Sours, .... on and on. There are a number of separated rooms; great for parties and events. And plenty of parking, unlike the downtown areas... The food was hot and quite good. We had a great time and highly recommend it!

Very nice decor and atmosphere. The wait wasnt too bad on a Friday night even though the place was pretty full around 7pm. They have a coat check. The free bread is soft and delicious. Nice wine list. The Zuppa Ribollita was hearty. We had the Lasagne Bolognese and Scampi Toscana for dinner and both were delicious and good portions. They also have a gluten free menu. Our server was friendly and prompt and they have a separate water person they keeps you filled up. They have some TVs there but so not to intrude and the bar and bathrooms were very nice. Can feel the love here.

The food was better than you would expect on an airplane . . . In coach. The homemade raviolli was thick and the sauce too salty. And while it is named on the bill as "$11 raviolli", they tried to carge us $12 for it. The chicken Marsala was overdone with a presentation I would expect on a better than average flight. The olive oil for the over spiced bread was old. However, the Spanish house wine was a bargain. All in all it was a bad, overpriced meal. They need a chef. For the money there are many superior restaurants in the area.

Ive been going to this place for the past 18 years, even back when it was a pizza by the slice place under a different name. Its evolved into Via Toscana, which frankly, is a good thing. My parents go to Via every couple weeks, and I make it a point to go whenever Im back in town. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a bit of old world charm, and the food keeps pace. I now live in a foodie town on the west coast, and I still miss the great tastes at Via.

Found this restaurant through opentable and made a reservation for 5:45pm. Found out there was a few minutes left in happy hour so we decided to catch the end of it. Restaurant decided to cancel my opentable reservation. I presume so they didnt have to pay them, even though I only found them through OpenTable. Food was good but the only thing I would recommend on happy hour would be the tomato fennel soup of the day.

A hidden gem! Very delicious Italian food tuck in a commercial plaza. Once you enter the restaurant youll forget you are in in that commercial plaza. The calamari was good, the cioppino was delicious ( I havent have one with pasta, but this one had angel hair pasta in it and it was delicious), the bacon wrapped rabbit was okay as it was a little dry, the desserts were also good. Overall, a great Italian place!

This restaurant was a really lovely surprise period I had read in other reviews about the process of looking at the outside of the restaurant and then being surprised when you went in but you cant really understand unless youre there. The inside of this restaurant is incredibly beautiful and the food matches. We were really impressed all the way around and will definitely be back.

This is a great place to eat! For dinner last night, the ambiance was very pleasant and QUIET enough for good conversation, even though the restaurant was fairly full. All four of us enjoyed our dishes, and there were vegetarian options. The service was attentive, the drink and wine list quite varied. Even wine choices under $10. We will be back.

Decent food, but the service was subpar. Im finished eating and have asked for a check and the table is still full of dirty plates. Not fine dining if you dont have serious service standards. One of my favorite places and yet the service was worse than it has ever been. Ill be back to try this when theres a server who cares on the job.

Went here for an engagement celebration dinner and they were so considerate in their accomodations! They made personalized menus for my fiance and I. Not to mention the 5 course Valentines day dinner was delicious. Hopefully I have a chance to experience them on a normal night for a dinner for two.

This place seemed okay on the outside but inside was very beautiful! The food was somewhere between okay and good. Not the greatest Italian food I ever had but defiantly worth a try! Service was good but they were pretty busy so it took awhile till our food was ready. Great place!

We took advantage of a Groupon for a four-course dinner for two, and were not at all disappointed. The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere romantic. It was well worth the drive from Loveland, especially with the great deal we got on the Groupon!

The wine list here is the best I have found in the area. They have an incredible selection at great prices. Their food is well prepared, and served beautifully as well. Via Toscana is a great place to celebrate a special occasion.

Im with others on saying its definitely not what you expect when you first arrive, but goodness, what a hidden gem this place is. Everything is so fresh! Our waitress Helena was amazing, too.

A strip mall isnt where you expect upscale Italian (with prices to match), but the food is special-occasion good, and the decor & service do the place justice in a way the exterior does not.

We had an excellent experience! Using a Groupon we expected good, but my steak was HUGE. Definite value. Might be pricey without Groupon but will definitely be back!

We had the Groupon here and it was great! The waiter was wonderful. The wine selection is extensive. The desserts were perfection. The polenta was not the best.

Nice place, I like the ambiance and the food. Our server was personable and fast. Nice place to bring your girlfriend. I highly recommend.
