Pésimo servicio de la mesera que nos tocó, muy ruda al tomar la orden, al traernos las bebidas, nos aventó los popotes de una manera muy grosera. Su nombre es Laura y al momento de atendernos traía una jersey de los halcones cv de Atlanta con el apellido Young. No vuelvo a venir. Muy grosera.

It used to be a nice place. My chicken was burnt and my wifes pancakes were crumbly. I was also surprised to see the new staff. All the waitresses had exaggerated chola make up with face tattoos or piercings. A cook was covered in tattoos including a "13" across his a neck. Very shady crowd. It reminded me of one of those movies where the real staff is being held hostage some where.

Picked up carry out ...ham was rubbery and looked old. Pancakes were chewy and stale...bland eggs and home fries . Total waste of ten bucks . Luckily im headed out of town cause id go back for a refund . I do not recomend this ihop 2 anyone . I wish it were something for less than a start

Went after hitting the town and I must say service and atmosphere were excellent. :) management is very friendly coming to check on us and talk like we were family. Had a server by the name of Sarah with the most gorgeous smile and personality. an over all Great experience.

Worst IHOP in El Paso.... They screwed up my order over the phone and lied about it when I came back up to get my correct order. Save your time and money and go to the one on gateway East and get better customer service.
