Visiting my mom from out of town and this is one of her fav bfast places and she has been raving about it since I came into town yesterday, so it was a given this is where we were having brunch this morning. We had stopped in just before noon and there was a line out the door, so we decided to come back. When we came back around 1pm, it was half empty, so the brunch rush seemed to have passed. I had eyed the menu prior to coming in so I ordered the popeye add avocado with homefries (and a side of the Jim Beam BBQ sauce to dip my potatoes in since I am not a ketchup fan). I saw that they had potato pancakes with applesauce and sour cream (I loooooove me some latkes, when they are done right) so I ordered a side just because I couldnt not! I also ordered some coffee. First off, I was disappointed in the coffee. It was very weak and almost watery with little flavor. My mom said they must have had a different pot today because her and my stepdad could swear by the coffee. So Ill give them a one-off, but seriously, I am a coffee fiend and I couldnt even make it through a cup of what they were pouring. Second, it took almost 30mins for our food to come out...I dont know if thats normal (like I said, it wasnt barely over half full inside and we were at the counter), but my mom said that the food usually comes out faster than that, so again, maybe it was a one-off. The popeye was ok, and I liked that they were able to sub egg whites (for $.99 upcharge), but it wasnt an omelette, it was a scramble with spinach, bacon, and cheese. It wasnt bad, but it wasnt great. Now where I took real issue was the potato situation. Neither the homefries nor the potato pancakes were good. The home fries were too soft and oily and they were only edible thanks to the Jim Beam BBQ. The potato pancakes were not the classic potato pancakes (latkes) I am used to. They were basically flattened think hasbrown pancakes and I had to send them back to be cooked further because they were so soft and soggy (anyone who has had real potato pancake latkes know they are thick and crispy and that is what makes they sooooo delicious). Even the applesauce and sour cream could not save them, I only ate one of the two on the plate. I so wanted to like this place and love it because my mom and stepdad had hyped it up and it is absolutely adorable and the staff are so friendly, but as far as the meal I experienced today, I was disappointed and will not be returning for breakfast. I saw they had a reuben on the menu, so I may return to see if they fare better with their lunch offering.

If youre new to Tucson Arizona and you like a good American place to eat then this is the place to go hours arent great considering theyre only open for breakfast and sometimes lunch and rarely dinner however if you do manage to get in there what is quite crowded is some of the best food in all of Tucson Arizona especially if you like that American Diner style also its a fun place to bring the kids because they have a pinball machine that they have restored so your kids can put a quarter in there like they used to back in the day and its overall it is a very nice place to go includes outdoor seating with misters even in the summer so that if it gets hot that you know you wont get overheated and in the winter it has heaters in the outdoor seating so you wont get cold overall its a very nice place to go I would expect if you have a family of 3 to 5 that you couldnt expect to pay around $60 so prepare for a hefty bill

I was looking forward to trying a new place and seen the good reviews. First time today and the service was horrible. We waited for food while people who sat after us got service right away... I even asked our waiter to check if our ticket got lost and his response was I just bring the food out. While everyone was getting served besides us. I was patient and waited another 15 minutes then finally asked for the manager. She checked and said there was a mixup with tickets. I understand that happens but our waiter should have been more proactive. Ill never go again. We had people come after us get served and leave before we got our food. It wasnt that great.

Bisbee Breakfast Club exceeded its reputation for great coffee. As a coffee drinker myself, I absolutely love their House blend. According to the server who helped my girlfriend and I, they have a gentleman who is a coffee expert. He comes in, roasts, grinds, and makes their coffee. Very appealing if youre a coffee drinker like myself. In addition, the environment of the restaurant is almost like a cafe/diner, yet with an outdoor patio, made a great place for me to take my girlfriend on a breakfast date. I definitely recommend if youre a breakfast and coffee person!

Food is decent. 25 minute wait to get in, fine. Its a busy restaurant at 11:15am. I get it. We get our name called and get seated. As were sitting theres the waitress "what can I get you guys to drink"... Whats your name again?? After we order, 30 minutes till we get our food. Someone else brings out the food. Our waiter never delivered my toast... After I asked for it. Very well deserving of no tip for lack of easy customer service aka your job. Tell me what I did wrong vs what you did right. Have a nice day.

Weve been to the Ina location many times and weve never left disappointed. The food in most cases was just what we ordered. Today we had biscuits and gravy that was not hot...and the server immediately replaced it with perfect b&g. We watched her discard the original rather than heating it in a microwave which occurs in some restaurants. This is a busy location which usually has a wait at breakfast. Weve always had friendly service with frequent coffee refills. Well go back!

OVERPRICED?????? TOO LOUD??????? If you want cheap food mc donalds has a dollar menu! I eat here every weekend its 10 bucks a plate not bad for fresh homemade food(I included my drink in that too 12 bucks with tip) too loud???? Its a restaurant ....not a library some people talk and enjoy there visit here. No taste ????? You are just plain wrong great food great price. For you real Tucson people you will really enjoy your visit.........hope to see ya there!!!

My boyfriend and I went for breakfast this morning about 10 am and were told it would be a 20 minute wait. Twenty minutes came and went. We noticed larger groups of three or more that arrived after we did were being seated. My boyfriend overheard one of the hostesses ask the other whether they had any two tops available. Rather than seat us at a larger table, they made us wait longer than those that arrived after we did. We left after waiting 30 minutes.

Way overpriced!!!! Food acceptable but not worth what they are charging. Also the noise level is horrendous. Tile in the floor in a big warehouse looking place and no carpet on the floor makes it so loud after the first five minutes you are sitting with a headache. Service was fair but no one came to check on us and had to flag down waitress to get our ticket. So, we tried it! Will not be back and cannot recommend anyone even try one time.
