4th or 5th time Ive been to this JITB was today. I had to leave a review because now, every time Ive been there, something has been bad. Today I asked for curly fries, the girl didnt hear me I guess, and rang up regular fries. Like an idiot, I didnt check my receipt, and I went back up to the counter to say I had ordered curly fries, so the manager wanted to charge me extra, even though the cashier heard me wrong... I just walked away and I wont eat there again. Every other time I had been there either the order was wrong, there were things on my burgers that I didnt want, the food was extremely cold (including this time for that), or people just being rude. I hope the one nice manager I met there one time reads this and gets their crap together, or they will continue to lose business with their low ratings.

The last time i went there, one of the late night employees gave me a munchie meal that had cold food in it and had a bite off of the taco. Then tried to keep my money when I returned the meal untouched. Telling me that I had to come back in the morning. There was a time when I loved the service at this Jack in the box, but its been declining for a while now and that was the last straw. I will never go back there again.

The food tasted alright, but I got a burrito, and had to re-wrap it so it all didnt fall into my lap. When I go through the drive thru, most of the staff is not friendly( I say most because theres really only one person Ive seen that is pleseant) and they practically throw the food out the window at me or get impatient when I try to put my card back in my wallet. I only go to this one because it is the closest to me

5/7/16 10:25 pm. Pulled up to the window asked for tacos. Was still decided what else to get. The girl taking orders was extremely impatient and asked what else. We added another item. She replied "is that all?" We told her no and she replied with "well order whenever your ready" in the most disrespectful tone. We told her to cancel the order and went somewhere else. Unnecessary attitude.

I eat at the 4949 N. Oracle Rd, Tucson location often. I have found cockroaches in their food today. It makes sense because their service has gone downhill over the past year and the store has become dirty over the last couple of months. Disgusting.

Their tacos are always stale.. every time i go im the only one in the drive thru..if its slow they have more than ENOUGH time to make your tacos FRESH". Im never going back.. so much for having high hopes for this place.

Every time I have gone there, the curly fries are raw. Like, they are hard and cold. The only time the fries were okay was when I ordered regular fries. This is the only Jack in the Box where I have had that problem.

Inexperienced and slow employees who tend to forget things in your order. Make sure you check your food before you leave. Store has been remodeled recently in the past few years though so its pretty clean inside.

I like their food. I admit it - Im addicted to the tacos. Best tasting burgers in fastfoodville. Take home on my last visit was prepared quickly and tasted great. Ahhhhh - tacos.
