Was told by several locals this place was over priced. After having an awful experience at Elways we tried Flame. It was amazing. The customer service experience from arrival until departure was outstanding. Great waiter, wonderful support team. Very impressive. And the food, the filets were outstanding, which is what you expect from a high end steakhouse!!! By far the best we have had in the Vail Valley. The ahi tuna flatbread was excellent as well. I did not find it over priced at all. Exceptional food and a great experience. Well worth the money!!!

wonderful lamb chops cooked to perfection (rare-med rare) adequate wine selection. breakfast is okay, but pricey for what you get. we enjoyed in room dining after an exhaustive day on the slopes and were pleasantly surprised at the quality, temperature and again, steaks cooked to perfection even after making their way up to our room in the hot box. the chef should reconsider the sauces served...quality beef, lamb etc doesnt need a sauce!

Love the atmosphere, as a chef in training it really showed me a different way of eating. The staffed remembered who we were the next time we went, which was around 6 months later. Their steaks were aged wonderfully and had a great flavor. This is definitely a upscale restaurant and dont expect it to be cheap. Though, in my option it is worth it. I would recommend for any special occasion!

Excellent Resturant at the Four Season Resort in Vail, Co. The best steak if have every had. I had an 18oz New York Strip with, scollops, green bean and my wife had an 8oz filet with a salad, and Mac and cheeze. Top it off with the best chocolate soufflé I have had. Very expensive be excellent for a celebration meal. Service was excellent. This should be a 6 Starr or better Restaurant.

Good restaurant nicely appointed with a decent selection of various cuts. We started off at some virgin ginger drinks and they quite honestly were not the best. However the Australian lamb chops and 8 ounce fillets were spot on and filled the void. We also ordered a side of lobster mac & cheese, brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, salad and of course theyre excellent chocolate soufflé.

Impeccable service, exquisite steaks, and the smoked gouda and dill mac and cheese is to die for. Ive dined at all the most popular restaurants in vail and this place beats all of them in my opinion. The chef truly is a master.

Absolutely to die for. Hands down the best restaurant and steak house I have ever eaten at in my life. To Die for mashed potatoes with bacon and goat cheese. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and the six sauces made my day.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a Four Seasons Resort. Food inedible; order wrong; drafty table. Youd think they could cook an ok steak for $40. Just awful.
