Good Pizza...Horrible Service! It has been years since i ordered Pizza Hut, i typically get Dominos but decided to switch it up this time. I ordered two large pizzas that came to just over $20 (or at least it was supposed to). The First thing that happened was that they gave me an estimated delivery of 55 min. I waited for 90 minutes before calling the store and asking for an update. they told me the reason it wasnt delivered was because they were out of pan crust pizza, but no one bothered to call and tell me. they switched my order to hand tossed and said they would take $15 off, meaning my bill should have been $5. once the pizza finally came it has been 2 hours since i placed the order. The order was correct but the receipt said i owed $30. I told the delivery woman that was wrong and explained the situation. She called the store to get it straightened out which took another 20 min at my door. in the end there was so much miss-communication that i just accepted $15 off the $30 bill. The thing that made me mad more than anything was that both people i talked to about the issue never even apologized for the inconvenience. I will not be using this location again.

Hello, I am from Ireland, and I came to texas for a visit and holiday and visited the Alamo to watch a game, and because I dont have the pizza hut in my own country. I decided to be curious and invite my family and friend to come along I guess for the experience of the food. there were a few stores near pizza hut but I decided against and went for pizza hut instead and the service especially the waitress I believe named Miranda was best service I have had in America polite bubbly girl tho she was cleaning and serving at the same time I always got a smile. She couldnt have attented to me any better than what she did Miranda, she is a jem and I would certainly love to have the same company and waitress if I even come across another pizza hut Miranda well done and thank you very much you left a great impression of how a fast-food restaurant should certainly be.and enjoyed by all. Food it was good and plenty but if only Carlsberg done waitress service like this.

Dont order delivery from the Pizza Hut in Converse. You will always end up waiting longer than they tell you. The management is super apathetic there. They dont want to hear your complaints and will just throw a few dollars off your order at you to make you leave them alone. They dont care at all. The attitude of the employees has got worse over the years since the GM, Steve took over. The company that owns this particular franchise HATES military personnel and refuses to give any of our hard working, sacrificing military any sort of a discount and they are right down FM 78 from Randolph Air Force Base. Its owned by Jack Richmond who used to be in the military himself. So why wont he give out military discounts in a city with so much military personnel? My point is this is a poorly run, disgustingly greedy franchise run by people who pretend to care, but really dont. You can get a much better delivery experience from Papa Johns or Dominoes than this Pizza Hut.

I ordered from this Pizza hut years ago and when my pizza got here, it was mashed to the box...I tried to get it replaced or refunded and the general manager would not do it...instead he told me I could pay for another one...I stopped ordering from there until I heard about the pizza sliders. I have ordered them 3 times and never gotten them. The first time, I ordered with a CC online so they had my money..they called me and said they didnt have anymore sliders so I needed to order something else because a refund would take up to 30 days. The pizza I got that time was crappy... I tried 2 other times to order the sliders without a CC and both those times was told they didnt have any...HA!!! Im done with Pizza Hut. I hope your company rots in hell and goes down in flames.

Recently I had a "better-than-average" experience at Pizza Hut in Converse. It was late Friday night when I called in an order (10 minutes before closing) for customer pick up so I knew the crew was probably ready to call it a day. The person that took the order over the phone was very friendly and accommodating and assured me that taking this last order was no problem. When I got there I saw a professional looking manager and crew. I got and paid for my pizza, which btw was hot and delicious, and left without my credit card. The manager called me before I got too far and personally ran out in the rain to my car so I wouldnt have to get wet and handed me my credit card with a smile and a thank you. Yeah, these kids deserve a pat on the back.

Would rate zero if we could. We ordered online at 920pm on a Saturday night, never received our order. Called several times with no answer. My husband finally went up there at 1140pm and called from the outside and watched all the employees walk away from the phone. He went inside to find out what happened. They told him they were out of everything and called everyone. We never received a call. When he asked for the manager they said he was on the phone and couldnt come out to speak to him??? All of the employees including delivery drivers were just sitting around. Well calling the district manager but who knows if they will even care given previous reviews... this is a shame to the Pizza Hut name.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my food online without a problem, the estimated time for arrival was 45 mins. It was already late so I said okay, two hours later my food was still not at my door. I called over 10 times all nine was a busy signal, on the tenth time I was able to get ahold of someone. They said that my food was still there and didnt give me an estimated time it would be sent out. I just said to refund my order, obviously this happens a lot there cause the lady just blew it off like a everyday thing. A complete waste of my time.

I dont even want to give this location any sort of star. The first time I picked up a pizza at this location, the register staff, a young woman to be exact was extremely rude. We have even tried to order pizza from this location and not just once, weve given them SEVERAL tries. Our pizza is not cooked to our liking, even after us asking and telling them to cook it for longer or in bad condition. By that I mean as if the pizza was thrown around before being delivered. Theres only been one occasion when our pizza and service was good.

On the phone and online, it doesnt matter. As long as I live near this location I will not order Pizza Hut again. Dear Pizza hut managers, if the person on the phone has absolutely no product knowledge, they shouldnt be answering the phone. Oh, and keep product stocked up especially for the weekend. Aaaand..... over an hour after my online order was confirmed you are going to call me and say yall are just going to put the pizza in the oven and "Will have it to me ASAP. This is not an isolated occurrence.
