This chick file is awesome they were packed inside and outside. We went inside and while waiting in line the manager came out apologizing because some of the registers were down and she gave everyone a card for free biscuit sandwich. We werent waiting very long and we ordered and sat down and our food was delivered in about 5 mins. While eating I was facing the registers and watch the workers. They were very calm and polite and everyone of them were working. Kudos for a job well done and to management being there helping and being calm. I havent been to a fast food place were they were slammed and employees cussing and standing around. And managers yelling at them. Its nice to see that a place that didnt panic and loose alot of customers. Job well done.

The food was great as usual! I love Chick-fil-a, and the employees are always awesome! My experience with this particular location wasnt the greatest for two reasons. The first was because of how many people were physically in Chick-fil-a. Theres no way the "maximum" number of people allowed in the establishment wasnt reached. People were standing right over me while I tried to enjoy my meal. Lastly, I think its irritating that some Chick-fil-a give military discounts and other dont. I wish there was one set standard. Either have every Chick-fil-a give a discount, or dont give a discount at any of them.

Twice Ive visited this store and I will NOT be going there again. Last week I ordered a chick-fil-A deluxe and the bread was hard the lettuce was spoiled and the meat was well over cooked. I took it back and the manager took a picture of it and replaced it. He himself was out done by it. Then today I went there for breakfast and ordered two bagels sandwiches. Stood there for 15 minutes. Think they forgot about me, as others were served that came after I placed my order. I just left, its not work making a seen.

So its Chick fil A...The thing I like is I know I will get the same quality and perfection everywhere I go. This place was hopin for 2pm on a Saturday...no empty seats at all. Took 8 mins too get a milkshake and chicken sandwich...most off that time waiting on the shake. Time wasnt the issue, so much as the seemingly difficult task of making a shake...weird is all. Anyway, id still go back....no one does chicken better....

This is my first time ever experiencing Chick-fil-A. This particular location had the NICEST cashier Ive ever met at a fast food place. She was excited that we were Chick-fil-A virgins and when I asked about which sauce she would recommend I try, she said ALL of them! And then gave us one of each. It was really fun. I dont think the chicken is really stellar though...pretty standard.

At first I was disappointed because my order was incorrect and when asking the guy at the counter what I wanted he kept trying to correct me on what I ordered. However if it wasnt for the assistant manager coming by training an employee and checking on my service and acknowledging my incorrect order I would have rated this low. Good follow up supe.

My order wasnt complete when I picked it up at the driver thru window so I was asked to park near the window so someone could bring my item within five minutes. Ten minutes later, I had to go into the restaurant to get my item. The manager informed me that although my order remained on their order screen, theyd forgotten about it.

Decent food. Not veteran friendly. Last year had some discounts for vets, but not this restaurant, said they werent participating. I go to the restaurant because its close to the house, but its rare that i go now because theres plenty of nearby restaurants to eat at (canes, taco bell, arbys, wendys, etc)

Chick fil a is awesome which is why this review is tough. The service from the to go line needs quality control. They forget the most random items everytime I go to this one or they get it wrong all together. Love the food...just disappointed at the quality of the items I receive.

A terrific chicken sandwich, plain and simple. And surprisingly good customer service for a so-called fast food restaurant. Chick-fil-as attention to detail and their focus on (almost surprisingly) a single food item ensures that they do it right... and they do.

The people who work at this location work extremely hard. The service in the drive through here is better than some sit-down restaurants. Everything is clean inside and people walk by occasionally to see if you need more condiments. My kids love this place.

Come here all the time to eat, food is always great. Today though, saw a nice lady in a wheel chair come in and order her food. Two of the Chik Fil A staff went out of their way to help this lady to her table and get her situated. Loved seeing that!

Ive never had food poisoning before until I ate here on Saturday 8/19/2017. Something tasted different about their chicken nuggets and a few hours later it was all coming back up. Two days later I am still sick. Clean up your act people.

Often times there is a long line in the drive thru but it goes quick because they have tablets for taking orders and payment on and they frequently man the drive thru with 4 or more employees to process orders in a timely fashion.
