I am beyond livid. We never eat at Taco bell yet i wanted a chicken club chalupa. I hadnt had one since the summer. Nope she said i dont know what you are talking about, so i place a simple order, they tell me to come around and wait. 10 mins later i see two of the employees pointing and laughing so i decide to get out of the car. Ask wheres my order and now the girl at the window is looking all dumbfounded. Guy who was helping out from another store apologized but the other two girls didnt budge. He made my entire order. AND IT WAS STILL WRONG when i opened it at home. How can i give no stars!!!!!

By far the worst Taco Bell I have had the displeasure of experiencing IN MY LIFE! The hard tacos were softer than the soft tacos that we ordered. The tacos were soggy and stuck to the wrapper like they have been sitting on the counter from a previous "mistake" order. Ordered a Mexican pizza and the person who packed the bag placed it in the bottom with everything else on top. It looked like it was in someones back pocket and all smashed up. The only upside is that I didnt order anything else besides hot sauce. Good thing that is hard to mess up.

Had me pay for my order, says here ya go no description of what items are or even if they are correct and slams window shut, gave me a different order with only half my original order and then continued to tell me they were out of what I ordered and they have nothing to exchange it for because they are out of everything. I waited in line for 28mins.

We (four people) went through the drive-thru last night. The line was a little lengthy (8 cars) so it took a while to get our order. With that being said, the customer service was awesome! They were VERY friendly! Destiny and another gentleman really made the wait worth it! You guys are awesome and, the food was great! Thanks!

So pretty much this place is crap everytime i order they get everything completely wrong and im sick of it! The employees do nothing to joke around when I go inside to actually order and its ridiculous I honestly do not recommend eating at this place its disgusting and Im a really big fan of Taco Bell

Terrible, absolutely terrible. Messed up all four of our orders, then wanted to give attitude when we brought it up to the counter. Then the faucet in the mens restroom moves so you cant wash your hands, I told the manager and she said oh well not my problem. So terrible place to come get food.

dont waste your time eating here! our order is always either completly wrong or missing food. even after the manager promised to fix our order we were denied a remake of our food due to a different manager being in charge. rude customer service as well. never returning here again!

It was awful! I stood there for about 10 minutes no one acknowledged I heard a lady in the back say Hey you have someone up in the front but no came up. I saw that the line was long outside so I thought itd be faster to go inside there was nobody in there. Very disappointed.

the employees are so nice and efficient. every time i come here the order is correct hot and fast. i wont go to any other taco bell in town. the tacos and burritos are nice and full like in the pictures unlike the store right up the street that skimps on everything.

Waited for almost 30 minutes to get food And WE Were THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE! Screwed up our order the first and second time. Beans were old and scraped from an old batch, asked for no onions and extra cheese instead got extra onions, no cheese, and hard tortilla.

Mens room lock hasnt locked for sometime now. The beans and cheese burritos value has disappeared. They have gone down to about 50% smler and the cost went up. This is forcing me to make my own at home most of the time. Thanks Lupe

Today I waited 30 minutes in the drive through. Management should know it is busy weekend evenings. I saw one person continuously bringing food to the dine in counter. Even so the people working there are courteous.

Drive through. Had to go in and get the rest of the order. Totally defeated the purpose of the drive through. And the food was just thrown together with asll the tacos broken, and tortillas ripped and smashed.

LOL at the guy who said everyone on duty is high on crack. Service was great and cashier was super friendly. Food was hot and fresh. Dining area was clean. One of the best Taco Bells I have ever eaten at.

The drive through line is always a 30 minutes pure wait. The food is usually warm not hot all the watt through. I started going to the new rittiman location. Never a long line and food is fresh and hot

Food was more than 15 minutes late and it was nearly empty. They seem to favor drive through so go that route. The staff was friendly but they are habitually slow at all hours.
