This is by far the slowest fast food place in the US! And the person taking the orders is to ignorant to do that job. I know it isnt a High Skill job and it pays low wages, but with the extraordinary log wait, at least get the orders right! If you go through the drive through, CHECK your order when/if you get it! I an attempt to speed up the process, the manager has two lines to drive up to, but you first drive to the window,"Like anywhere", to pay, then, they tell you to drive up to the second line and someone will take your money??????????????! Why didnt the Window person, She only takes money for the left line?????????. This was never the problem, the problem was they dont start cooking burgers until they are ordered and that takes too long here! There are several places around What a Burger that have fast service!!! Their food is cooking or is already cooked during meal times!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is and has always been the longest wait and the food isnt that good to wait for!

I went pass McDonalds, Mama Margies and Jack in the box this morning because I thought that Whataburger was still a fast food restaurant that still cared about their customers. Its 5:30 am and I wanted some breakfast before work, I ordered a sausage platter, I drive up pay and leave. I get to work and I open the bag the only thing in the bag its the platter in its tray. No fork our spoon, no salt or pepper and no napkins. Thank God I always have some in my glove box, I skip all that and start to enjoy. Well I dont know how many people can enjoy a cold breakfast, I dont! I remember going with my parents to fast food resturants and not needing to ask for nothing when going thru a drive thru. I think its called common courtesy, politeness, oh and thank you for your business. Resturants have forgotten that the napkins, salt, pepper and everything in that place including their pay its paid by us, THE CUSTOMER! I wont ever go to Whataburger again, thanks Shertz, Tx.

I drove here for Wendys bc it said it was open til 1am, but at 12:15am they were closed, so I hopped on over to Whataburger. I was very impressed with the night shift for once. The young man taking the order was super polite and the experience has been great. I never write reviews but figured he was worth leaving feedback for bc I was so impressed. Granted Im still in line and havent actually tasted my food yet, but the comment about making sure to have fresh fries at the window leaves me feeling optimistic. ...and the food was amazing too!

Food is no better or worse than any other Fast Food pace. But, dont go through the drive through!!!! Even when there are no other cars in the drive through it takes too damn long! At lunch time you would think they would be frying bunches of burgers, no, not until they are ordered and cars are stacked up in two lines in a line lane drive!!!!!!! Unacceptable, Wont go back! if you go across the street to the brand name Barbecue Place, the lines are moving through that place fast and it is the busiest lunch time place in Schertz/Cibolo!!!

Very poorly managed. I am a Whataburger fan but I was amazed that 8-10 people working there couldnt keep the drive thru and the dining room serviced. We waited 54 minutes for a burger and chicken sandwich. There were 6-7 groups that either got refunded or just left. When customers complained, Angela said, "its fathers day and people called in." Would have been tolerated better if people werent going right thru the drive thru. Overall, poorly handled by the manager to not recognize and handle more efficiently.

Not impressed! They had an employee out in the dining room talking and laughing yet every empty table (more than 10 of them) was dirty. Trash was over flowing. He did some sweeping and had a mop out but stood talking. We waited over 15 minutes for food that was not great. The dining room had quite a few sports players after a game and they were SO loud and disrespectful! Shouting all kinds of nasty things along with cuss words and flipping people off. Not what I want or need my kids to see!

Being from tx and I love whataburger! This location is terrible. They have 3 drive thru windows and you still have to pull up and wait for your food. It took us over 15 minutes to get our food. That was the clock starting at the order speaker until our food was given to us. If you count waiting in line to place an order add another 10 minutes. Employees are then bringing food out to cars and not sure which car it goes to because theres 2 lines of cars.

The people who work the evening shift need to shadow the day shift so they can learn how to provide good service. The cashier Hector overcharged the girls who were in line in front of me. He forgot to ring up fries for another girl and completely forgot another womans order! Burger was good but the fries were old, I will only eat here before 4 pm in the future. I was going to eat in but the tables were dirty so I got my food to go.

Great place, the dining room was spacious compared to other locations weve visited. The food was excellent (Apple cranberry chicken salad). Although they need to pay more attention to the cleaning aspect. During our time there, no one came out to clean the dining room, there were napkins, rolled up straw wrappers, and tables that had not been wiped down (our table had visible water rings)

This is the best fast food hamburger you can get in town. The service here is always good and my order is almost always right. Some people complain about the time you spend waiting at Whataburger, but Id say the food quality (relative to the gigantic burger chains) is well worth it. Their specialty burgers, like the A-1 Thick and Hearty, are definitely worth a try.

Know your audience/market. Went to pick up some food after the Steele High School graduation, because they were one of the few places open. Waited over 45 minutes in the drive through. Really? The graduation happens once a year at about the same exact time. Next year, try bringing on a little more staff and youll make a lot more money and get much better reviews

Management and customer service are horrible, I never complain, but the first time here we waited for over 30 minutes and are food never came so we Left, the second time I got food poisoning, and the third time was just a horrible experience because of untrained management (Olga). I will never return to another whataburger again. For me this was the last straw.

I went November 29. It was a Sunday and I went alone inside to eat. The younger lady who took my order was so polite. I paid for my food got my drink and sat down. My food was out to me about 5 minutes later. My patty melt was fresh & hot along with my fries. She gave me extra napkins and ketchup and she even checked on me. Wonderful food and service!

I ordered my meal. I sat there 30 minutes waiting for it to arrive. They had delivered it to the wrong table behind me. I had to eat a cold meal, because of their mistake. The day before they forgot the cheese and mustard on my burger. I do not live here, but because of this service I will not want to come back to this establishment.
