For a brand new location it is run like a joke!! I went inside it is a beautiful store and clean as can be. Unfortunately the cashier Jeff either was never trained or should not be on the front counter. After repeating myself numerous times he put my order in wrong and the order was made wrong. When I looked at my receipt the number to call to take the survey was not there because it was plain white receipt paper not the paper they are suppose to be using. So I called the store at 12:30 P.M. to speak to the manager and was told that there would not be a manager in till 6:00 P.M.. So the staff is not trained and managers do not work till 6 P.M. Yeah Taco Bell has a JOKE on their hands with this store. The owner needs to wake up and either do his job or retire because this store alone and the way it is run shows how well the owner knows how to do their job. LAZY LAZY LAZY. Never will visit this store nor will I recommend this location to anyone.

They had some learning curves when they first opened up. The staff was slow and seemed like they needed a few more people here especially late at night. I think they only had one person working the late shift and we know that time of night can get busy sometimes. It seems like that has improved though so with a few more visits, Ill change my rating up one more star. The portions are a bit smaller than some of the other taco bells around here. Its like you have less food inside the tortilla and a whole lot of tortilla left wrapping around whatever it is you ordered.

Well it was really nice inside. Clean tables and floors. There were hipsters chilling in the corner. Theres free wifi. Their slushy, airheads mystery flavor, was wonderful- no excess sugary taste. Theres the main guy: calm cool and collected. The help seems nice to. They seemed kind of distant though. I would recommend eating there but be wary, they get peoples orders wrong occasionally. And navigating their career website is a major pain. Great food though.

Ive never written a review but I had such a negative experience, I had to share. When I got to the window, the guy had such a negative face, looked so unhappy to be there. Every time I thanked him for anything, he didnt say a word. I got no napkins, didnt get asked if I wanted any sauce, it was just an overall bad experience. Disappointed.

Food continues to get worse and worse, used to get a nacho bell grande until the one time they served it mounded with beans an little meat. Just got two BEEF burritos and was served corn chips and rice burritos. I think I have learned my lesson bout this place.

Well my first opinion about this location is the hours of operation are either wrong on Google. Or this location closes when ever they feel like it. I was very happy to see one open so close to home, but very disappointed with this staff and all .

One of the best run Taco Bells in the entire metro. Employees are incredibly friendly and address you by name. Quality food every time, Ive never sent anything back. For breakfast they are quick and always nice.
