The great free breakfast today was two plain dry pieces of toast!! They ran out of sausage. (Since it was a treat for my son, I bought him the minis-they are always yummy) My problem however was the absolute rudeness of the man at the drive through!! Terrible customer service !! They did not want to give us our dry biscuits because they thought I had already received one earlier in the morning. He even got the manager to come look at us to see if we had been inside. He was sure someone that looked like us had been inside. I always scan my card and wanted them to look at my app to prove I had not been there today. Actually I was there twice yesterday !! At breakfast and after school. They still did not act like they believed me. I am so upset at the rudeness of this store after my family goes there at least 3-4 times a week. I was almost in tears. I cannot believe they thought I was lying about a free piece of bread. I guess I will be making the trip to the friendlier Chickfila up the street!!! All over two dry pieces of bread.

Great place for kids. They have complimentary Cheerios in small cups to help your hangry little one(s) and plastic place mats that stick to table. Always pleasant staff and clean facility. Love their ice cream and chicken (of course). I just wish they would have a self serve drink dispenser for customers to get refills as it can be difficult to get drinks refilled if there is a line at the counter.

Disappointed in this location. Drive through order today.....received no napkins, waffle fries were raw-needed to be cooked longer and last but not least what happened to the chicken nuggets? Either the corporation has changed the recipe to formed rib meat with a different breading or a visit to the local grocery store was made.

Always eat here but today was the worst day the person whos brought my food to the table she dropped like i was trash bur thw worst was when i tell her i missed some food she ignored me ...im said if you not happy with you job go ahead and find another one the really you like it

This is the newest in the area, however Ive had quite a few situations where my food didnt come out to the quality level Id expect. I love chicken minis, and have gotten them from this location a few times where the bread was dried out. Ive never had this happen at the Keller parkway location.

I have been here many times for breakfast and dinners and every time the drive thru has been sufficiently quick. The servers are always nice too. Last time I dropped my iced coffee in my lap (my fault) and the guy gave me a free replacement! I will definitely return here.

Rude staff. Management gets walked all over by their staff. This place is new and so beautiful but needs lots of work. While I was in there several people were complaining about drive-thru service and management. Wont be returning.

The employees are very friendly and our order came out hot and correct. Line moved quickly and it was easy to use the app to get a discount and reward points. The play area is small and aimed at younger children, but it was clean.
