Absolutely terrible customer service for having such mediocre pizza. Ive ordered from this location twice - both times it took over an hour to get my delivery even though Im only five minutes from the store. This time I ordered two pizzas - an hour later they were delivered. Imagine my surprise when I open up my vegetarian order and its covered in meat. I managed to catch the delivery driver before he left and he told me that it was too bad and that I would have to call the store to have my order fixed. Annoyed, I called the store - they offered me credit on my next order, then gave me attitude when I told them I couldnt eat what they sent and told me it would be an hour and a half to two hours for my correct order to be delivered to me. Three hours to get my correct order?? Will never order from Pizza Hut again. If you want pizza that is actually worth the money, made correctly, and has a staff that actually understands the meaning of customer service go to Mellow Mushroom.

Im not the one to leave reviews but this Pizza Hut customer service is horrible. I placed an order online in the am before they opened. Me and my son had wanted pizza and my pizza was supposed to be delivered by 1115 am. Its now 1140 and I called to see why my pizza hadnt arrived yet. The manager answers the phone. He say oh well we called you we cancelled your order because we dont deliver there. Im mad because one I didnt receive a call nor message nor did they apologize about the inconvience. So I ask am I expected to pay for the pizza when I come and pick it up and he says well what I am saying is that we can place you another order but you will have to pay for that. I definitely understand you dont deliver here due to safety reasons but to show no customer service is ridiculous. The manager on duty on 12/10/16 Mr Tags or Taz shouldnt be a manager. I am in the service industry and he is not manager material. I will not be taking my business there

I ordered a pizza, they told me the wait time would be 64 mins, I was hesitant to order, but the lady assured me the pizza would be made close to the delivery time, and that it will be hot, the pizza came 75 mins later, the pizza was COLD. I called back to tell them about the cold pizza. A guy named KEVIN told me they can have another pizza and the wait is 75 more minutes. I asked for a credit and they wanted to credit a portion of the amount that I paid. Then told me or I can come pick one up if I want because there is more people ahead of me. The guy end up hanging up on me. Ill never order from them again

This place is ridiculous. Horrible customer service. Dont order here bc the people working here are not happy and are not making your food/money worth while. We work to hard to give our money to people who just see us as another customer.. my family an I were excited to eat Pizza Hut for dinner tonight but no longer will I spend money here.

dont deliver to 1936 division but can deliver to 1937 decision 5 different numbers 3.0 miles Ill come get it whats your cross streets " where on that road across from racetrack" can I speak to manager "road across from racetrack" The Gas station, like 711, Chevron , QT. No names of cross streets. make sure you increase min wage

We moved to Eastchase on May 13, 2016. We have ordered Pizza from the Pizza Hut here 2 times already. Pan Pepperoni for Hubby & Ham w/roasted tomatoes, bell peppers & mushrooms for myself. It truly has been the BEST we have ever gotten. ANYWHERE & ANYTIME!! Kudos to the Pizza Hut Team on Eastchase!!! YOU ROCK!!!

My 13th year old little girl call saying noting was the way she wanted it and the Store manager was yelling at her crazy saying That he made it it looked good to him and saying I dont give A...... What you think about it ur not getting a free... And they have Very terrible food it was cold and very sloppy

Should have read the reviews first and ordered from ANY other place...but at least it wasnt raw chicken or hair in the food or all the other delivery disasters..shows a total lack of customer service but hey its not their dinner there ruined. I only wish there was a negative 1 star available to use

Pizza is always cold when they deliver and they are not even 1 mile from my house. And when you go to the store its no better. Still cold pizza or it looks like its been sitting out for awhile (not fresh). And there is never anyone at the front to take your order when you go in. Would never recommend.

Incredibly poor customer service. They cant ever seem to get an order right the first time, so they want to double, sometimes triple your wait time so they can fix their mistake. It takes over an hour for delivery and we live less than 1 mile away. Very disappointed with the service here.

I ordered on-line and received an email confirmation of the delivery time that was near 30 minutes late already. I called and spoke with Zina who was the manager. She said the meal would be no charge for us. FREE PIZZA anyone???? Its hard to complain about FREE!!

Employees are really nice! For those who complain about a delivery that takes an hour for arrival, why keep asking for delivery? They do let you know how long it will take, and your not their ONLY customer, right? Its called options, "Pick up OR delivery".......

I ordered online and I asked for no crust flavor because I cannot consume dairy and they gave me garlic butter crust which contains dairy so THANK YOU FOR LETTING SOEND THIS MUCH TIME ON THE TOILET. THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE.

Horrible worst ever. It took over a hour and a half we were told 50 minutes. Pizza was cold box was oils soaked. Then to top it off I was told "sorry I forgot your drinks, just sign here".
