May have been an off day but my lunch experience was very poor. While ordering, one of the food expediters was questioning what food was in the window and had no idea who it went to. Should have known before I ordered it was not going to go well. After ordering, the guy who ordered before me realized we were given the same table tent number so we had to explain who ordered what to an employee just to get our food right. They still messed his up. Luckily I got the right order but the food was very disappointing. Fries were barely warm and my burger looked sad and very poorly put together. They forgot the cheese, two pieces of bacon were tiny, barely a squirt of A1 that was only on one side of the burger. While eating I watched as almost every customer had some kind of issue with their order. This place is just very poorly managed and it shows in almost every aspect of service and quality. Ill definitely never be back to this location, it gives DQ a bad name.

I have been to this DQ multiple times and not one time was my order correct on the first try. Tonight not only was my order incorrect, but it was incomplete. I ordered 4 blizzards, two I received,no issues. The other two came out the wrong size. After correcting them they said sorry and thats it. They proceeded on fixing other orders and seemed to just brush me off. Another guest came in to order blizzards and hot fudge sundaes and they forgot the fudge on one sundae, and gave them the wrong blizzards. They told the manager they received the wrong blizzards, but they took them and dealt with it because it was obvious they were incompetent. After getting stearn with what seemed like an 18 year old female manager, my order was completed. I asked for the regional managers info because the manager is obviously not doing her job. Should be Zero Stars. Went on lunch. Ordered Steak fingers and onion rings. After 25 minutes of watching the manager berate his staff for being in the way I went to the counter to ask for my order. The employee slapped an order on the counter that was wrong, so I asked for a refund. The manager was behind the grill yelling at his associates, and wouldnt come out and talk to me. I was having to yell back there to him to ask for a refund. HE NEVER CAME OUT. He made me wait for another 10 minutes, until one of the kids working the counter said, "we have a customer still waiting for a refund." The manager grumbled "Use my approval card and get the money out of the register, and pay him!" The manager never faced me. Weak. Sauce.

Bought 3 blizzards today, waited ten minutes for them to be delivered after the attendant asked us to park. When the blizzards arrived, they were already melting. On top of that, another driver that was asked to park and wait for their food nearly hit my vehicle. This is the 4th time weve gone to this DQ for blizzards, and had to park/wait for melted blizzards to be delivered. My family will NEVER go to this location again. Absolutely the worst customer service weve experienced at any DQ. And since this is the 4th time in 2 months, I figure this "is what it is". Very disappointed to have to drive further for DQ food, but we will make the trip to Keller for all future DQ needs.

What a complete waste of money this place is. Been here several times and never get food within 10 minutes in drive thru. Order grilled chicken sand combo which is more than $7 and the sandwich is the size of a junior burger else where. On top of the bad food the service is terrible. Waited again today for more than 10 minutes and when I was brought my food the girl just pushed it through my window and walked away. I was honestly shocked!!! Do not support business who treat people like this. Simply just piss poor on all levels.

When we got to Dq we ordered a small and a medium blizzard. My dad didnt get his until 10mins later. But then 30mins later we are waiting for my blizzard. My dad went up and said "were is the rest of our order." The guy said I thought you cancelled it. We were so mad. We said we want it now!! It took over 1hr later he got so mad.... He said screw it we are going to sonic. We demanded a refund and left. If you want to wait 1hr and 30mins in a school with idiots to make ice cream then I suggest you go to Keller or Sonic.

They have the worst staff. Pull up place your order and get moved up to wait for your order everytime regardless of if there are ithers in line. There is no food quality nor service delivery expectation. If you are the owner i would get rid of the mgr who was working the drive thru august 24th, 2016 @445 pm. Could not pay attention to take the order, spouted off and threatened me.

I have been sitting here for 30 minutes cuz they asked me to pull up and they will bring my food to me. After 25 min of sitting here an employee came out with a bag of food and said here ya go. I ordered 3 blizzards and told him those werent mine and gave him my order again and 10 minutes later he comes out again what did u order again. I am done worst dairy queen service ever!

I love Dairy Queen but this one is awful. The drive thru takes forever... There have been multiple times where the employees couldnt take gift cards because they couldnt figure out how to use them. Also the time they double charged us and didnt know what to do. I dont think this location is going to last very long, at least not with the current staff /management.

Only second time in drive-thru and this order included grilled food. Had to pull up and wait for my order which was about 20 minutes while I watched car after car get their order and leave the drive-thru. This was Sunday evening around 7:30pm so steady but not overly busy. The only response I received was they had to cook some chicken for my order.....

It is a bit past lunch rush, waited about 20 minutes to get my order, after having to go up to the counter, where my now cold grilled chicken salad was sitting. The bacon was extra crispy, but at least didnt look like Baccos, it also had a nearly burnt taste to it.

Paid for 2 orders of steak finger basket get all the way home and I receive 4 pieces? I was charged for 6. Call number on the receipt and no answer straight to voice mail. Poor customer service. They also charge .50 cents for one BBQ packet. Wow really DQ?

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We waited almost 30 minutes for a Dilly Bar and a small dipped cone. We finally just asked for a refund. The whole staff is in high school and is poorly managed. I highly recommend going to a different location.

Intercom girl laughing loudly the whole time Im trying to order. Made fun of what I ordered. Cashier at window did not count my money out and did not say thank you.... just closed the window after he handed me my ice cream.
