Dont go through the drive through at this Taco Bell. Service has gone from pretty good to bad. Used to be, I could go through to get food on my way to work for breakfast, ordered and was done within 3 minutes. In the past week, I went twice, once in the evening and once for breakfast. Took 30 minutes to get through the drive through on the evening visit (they claimed it was because they were short on people to prepare the food), the second time I was able to get out of the drive through line after 10 minutes of waiting. I may have to go to a different Taco Bell in the future. Wish I could give zero stars, one is more than they deserve. Edit and update: I tried again two weeks later, at 7:45pm and decided to go into the lobby this time to find the doors locked. When I called them to ask why the doors were locked, they gave the same reason as last time (shorthanded) which I found unacceptable and that they should put a sign on the door indicating why the lobby was closed (if they did, I would had seen it, and happily went elsewhere with no complaints). They were very rude as well during this. I told them they had lost my business permenantly, and their response was "There are thousands of Taco Bells in the country that you can go to instead." Unprofessional, Rude, Bad customer service. DO NOT go here, they do not deserve your business! (I dont even think they read these reviews, or something would have been done about it.)

Ive been to this Taco Bell three or four times this year for an after 10 PM urge for some Taco Bell. Service hasnt been the issue at all for me. My order has been correct every time and they always put enough hot sauce for my tastes. The drive-thru attendant has always been friendly if sometimes a little distracted. The reason I will go somewhere else next time is the food. Something is up with the taste. Last night I ordered a Been and Cheesy Burrito and two soft beef tacos. Thats my under $4 meal. I ate the burrito first and was satisfied, but my tacos were inedible. On the first bite there was a strange taste to the meat like it had gone bad weeks ago or been stored under someones sweaty armpit for days. I spit that bite out and took one more just to make sure it just wasnt my taste buds. Same result. Spit it out threw it away. Opened the 2nd taco all the way and I could smell the same awful flavor the other taco had. Threw it away and made a decision to never eat there again .

If I can give them negative stars I damn sho would. Now I see why teens are jobless. They come to work to freaking play. My order was 100% right on the screen, but 99% incorrect in my bag. I do not care who you are no matter if it walk in or drive through. At this locatiin you will wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to get over priced fast food. When I returned to get my order corrected the kid told me that I was gonna have to wait until they finished the rest of the customers (another hour). So I asked for my money back and that took time (20 minutes ). I gave this same location of Taco Bell a second chance and the same exact thing happened. I will definitely never return to the Desoto Taco Bell ( That manager tried to fight my wife over an incorrect order). I will NEVER return to another Taco Bell for the rest of this year. Maybe one day they can receive some of my hard earned dollars, but until then they will not get another dime from my pockets this year.

I honestly wouldnt even give them a star at this location. They completely sucked,took multiple times to get my order right,poor service, extremely slow and food was cold, one person was just standing around doing nothing, short on employees. And it was such a easy order. All I had is a burrito supreme ,a 7 layer and 2 cheesy gordia crunches. The last time the manger said she didnt understand why my order was wrong. The 1st time I got two tacos instead of the cheesy gordia then the 2nd time she made 2 burritos instead of making 2 cheesy gordia crunches. She ended up remaking my whole order to get it right after I described what the cheesy gordia crunch was. Next time I wont come to this location I will drive the miles away.

The guy on the register sucked. He clearly does not enjoy working there. Then again who would. The food was alright but they take a pretty long time to bring it out. I dont want to sound rude but the guy who gave me food was little slow. Either that or he just enjoys messing with people. I ask him for some fire sauce since nobody ever fills the sauce containers. He then gave me diablo sauce and insisted they were fire sauce when they clearly say diablo. The worst part was the interior of the place. It was so dirty I had trouble finding a clean place to sit. Soda machine was dirty. Tables were dirty. The floor was sticky. Theres was trash everywhere. No one seem to care about the place. This place is in need of new management

December 2 , 2016 I went to Taco Bell the worst experience ever!! The front cashier was non understanding uniform was horrible and no hair net. After she took a order it was a man with a grey beard sitting in the lobby watching her work and she would go over and talk to him instead of taking care of the customers that came in ready to order. The drive thru cashier was playing the whole time with the dishwasher girl . The dishwasher girl was spraying her with water..Unexceptionable!! My food took 26 minutes to come out and it was cold when I got it. The fat man making food kept pulling his pants up and touching our food with NO gloves. I couldnt take it ANYMORE!! Refund.

My experience at this Taco Bell location was the worst EVER!!!! The young lady working the register on Saturday night at around 9 oclock had her hair down, she was chewing gum and the most disgusting thing ever was the hair pick in her hand while she took my order. I work at a fast food restaurant myself, therefore I DO know the procedures and sanitary policies that should be enforced at any restaurant. Most of it is common sense !!! To top it all off the tables were filthy and the soft drink fountain area was filthy too. I will never go to this place again nor recommend anyone to go to this specific Taco Bell restaurant.

While I was ordering the lady randomly went to talk to her friends on break and came back, the place is dirty and sticky floors but had most problems with the cashier( the lady that ran off every time we ordered and came back with an attitude, the manager didnt seem to care. The cook just threw the nachos on the floor we took back and made us another one, not sure if it was attitude or something but just "throwing" it out there. Seems to me just very unprofessional especially for a big company like Taco Bell. The only reason this gets one star, is because I cant do any less stars
