The manager Sally is not a manager she needs additional training and a demotion till she can prove her self. I waited about 4 mins at the drive thru intercom and nobody spoke on it to take my order so i drove to window and through the window I see 3 employees one being the manager with head phones however not one took my order they could see me how at the window and still nobody opened the window to take my order. However all this took place and another car came to the intercom at drive thru. When then finally opened the window to take my order I placed my order and asked for the HQ#. At this time then the manager can to window so again I placed my order I needed 2 large mash potatoes with gravy. She went to put it in the register she then opened the window and asked me spicy or mild I looked at her and said 2 large mash potatoes with gravy. When she handed the order I ask for a number she came across like she did not understand stand me. I say this cause i am of the Latin descent if she can not speak and u understand enough English then she should not be in a managment roll. I finally got want I ordered and the vehicle thst was at the intercom guess what they left. What type of business are you doing here. I wonder how much business is lost for the unprofessional employee that do not take pride in themselves. This is the employment they have chosen so do it 100% or get another job and the HQ district manager needs to visit and take pride on his stores also

Food is still good but over the last year the service sucks worse than I have ever experienced in any restaurant (actually in any customer service oriented business). I have had to wait over 30 mins in the drive thru multiple times. The last straw happened just a few mins ago. Waited in the drive through over 20 mins (only 3 cars ahead of me). Get up to the window and they tell me they only have spicy chicken. I ordered a 9 piece half and half. I tell them my kid wont eat spicy and their only solution is basically we are sorry we are out. REALLY. I told them why didnt you tell me this before I waited 20 mins in their drive through. Could have relayed this information when I ordered it. I just said forget it and sped off. This restaurant has gone downhill since their last manager has been in place. Obviously this person has no clue how to manage a business and needs to be retrained and if they cant do it...Time to upgrade and put a new manager in place.

Do not eat at this restaurant unless you want to get sick! I did not want to give any stars, but that is not a choice. I am not writing to complain about the 25 minute wait for my food, and the slow service was the same all four times I went there. The manager was working the drive-through, and in my opinion she should have been paying attention to the whole store. While I was waiting for my food on my last visit (and I mean last), I saw a young man walk out with a serving tub full of raw chicken and he set it right on top of a pile of cooked chicken! I could not hold it back, and ended up almost yelling that he had that tub of raw chicken sitting on the cooked chicken! This is a very dangerous thing to allow in the food service business! I will never go back to this establishment again! Beware!!!

I generally like Popeyes food, however this location is terrible. I have only went once to this location and will never go again because of the bad experience I had. The wait time to order took longer than expected because the guy taking the order was just taking his time. Also I had to repeat my order five times at the drive through, and I thought the guy got the order right...however when I got my order every single thing on my order was wrong. I even asked him to fix it and he fixed the chicken but he lied about the rice, it was suppose to be red beans and rice but he gave me some other kind of dirty rice. With so many errors and the persons attitude, it seemed like he was making these mistakes on purpose.

Popeyes from HELL, put it like this I will be writing for hours to explain but take my word for it the service is by far the worst I hAve evee experienced in my life. Please dont call a manger to report bc they will give you a disconnected number and if you call the GM Salvador he lets it go to voicemail and never calls back.....Nasty and Ghetto pick one! Watch out for ARROGANT GUY GAMA AT THE WINDOW....HE IS A PLUM JERK.....along with PATREACE....I drove all the way to Frisco for better service and it was empeciable. ....

The only place worse than this place is the Popeyes in The Colony. This Popeyes may have gotten my order right but they fail in customer service. The manager was yelling at her employees with the drive thru window open. She asked me if I need anything else and shut the drive thru window before I actually said anything. Then went back to yelling at her employees.

Went through drive thru. Ordered 5 wings 2 biscuits 2 peacan pies and a drink. Later found out their "wings" were not what most people consider wings. Instead of 3 parts for a wing, it was only 1 part...the boney part! 4 of those and 1 drumette! To top that off they were very small!! The biscuits were light and buttery which was yhe best part of the meal.

Terrible service and crappy management. This location is always understaffed to the point they shut down the drive thru. When the drive thru is open the workers have extended conversations with friends and family so it takes 10 or more minutes to even get your food. I would rather drive to another city than return to this location.

My family and I love Popeyes, but over the course of this year and last year, the service started to SUCK. Has horrible customer service, and disgusting food. Disgusting meaning to give someone food poisoning right after they eat it. This is the last time that Ill ever go to this Popeyes again. Step up your game!

This location is HORRIBLE! It has always been slow, but it has become increasingly worse the last few visits. Todays visit took it to another level. We literally waited 40 minutes to get our food in drive thru and when we got it, the food was cold and the order was wrong. We will not be back.

Ordered a 16 piece FAMILY meal and when I got home I found they game me Not 1 Not 2 Not 3 Not 4 ....... But 5 wings !!!!!! They are also very slow I was the only vehicle in line and they had only 1 elderly person eating inside. Save yourself the hassle and go to KFC across 423

Its not the best Popeyes Ive been to but I get my food in a timely manner and its normally hot and really good. It hasnt been a homerun every time but not enough misses for me not to come here.
