We have been pleased with our last visits to red Lobster. This past Sunday, was going well, dinner was good despite that my husband didnt get his food until everyone else was done with theirs. He only got fish and shrimp and it took abt 40min for him to get it. He still didnt get because he was hungry. I have been eating fish all my life and Im not allergic to it. Sunday I started getting a rash in my face and by Monday morning I had a swollen face and I looked like I got punched in the eyes. I found out my sister had a food allergic reaction, and so did my nephew. We all ate different things, she ate chicken, and my nephew ate Crab legs, which my conclusion is that the grill or something in the kitchen was contaminated and it gave an allergic reaction to all of us. That really sucked, because we really liked going to Red Lobster and Im pretty sure well stay away from it for a long time.

My family & I came in to celebrate my sons 9th birthday . We usually get good service at this location. We have been coming here for awhile so for the server to literally not really say anything to us like it was obvious we were celebrating a birthday never did she say are we celebrating anything? When our food came out she didnt even ask was everything good? Never again will we come to this location ever again. She had a bad attitude all the way around. People come & spend their hard earned money so to pretty much get poor service for no reason is horrible. Her name Quisha or something; she really needs to check herself. Its sad ..

When I 1st walked in the first young lady was very rude no smile no joyfulness at all. I went to the bar to take out. Before I could even get water it took 10 mins for someone to ask it. I had to wait another 20 mins just to put my order in. Then the older miserable lady at the bar got upset and sarcastic with me because I asked how much longer was this going to take I was late getting back to work because of this rude lady. In the end though as usual the manager comes thru and is very gave some extra things that I didnt care for. I just want to be treated right when I come give my money away

Understaffed but theres no excuse for such poor service and the manager did nothing to allay the situation. Its kind of sad the manager has to make the martini himself but no recourse for biscuits brought at end of meal since they ran out, water brought mid meal, the lobster forgotten off the plate when brought to the people, oh and the tartar sauce that was requested 3X was brought and found to be cole slaw. Ive been here before but Darden needs to look into these folks.

We had lunch on the 29,2016 of march about 3:30 or so. That night became very sick I do believe we have some kind of food poisoning. There were five of use two of us had the same lunch and the other three had something different. So not to sure what made us sick the only thing we can think it was is the tea. We eat there at about once every other month and never have had a problem just trying to see if any other customers had the same problem. angelinabustos1962@gmail

Been here several times. The first two times it was great . Apparently you have a bully behind the bar and she is consistent in her bullying. Today it took 30 minutes for a to go order. Not happy. I went to the bathroom still eating on my order and the first one had erased my beer. While waiting 30 minutes for my to go order claiming she thought I had left. Still waiting on a to go order. You had Happy people here. Your bullies kill it. Please hold them accountable.

Had a date night here. We both ordered the Malibu Hurricane as starter drinks & they were delicious. The lobster was pretty tasty for what it was worth. We were quite impressed! The environment was nice & the remodeling looks great! José was our waiter & he was awesome! He thought of things we needed before we asked! Talk about being a mind reader! We will definitely come to this location more often.

Really like this location. However, this visit wasnt so great. The server wasnt very friendly or attentive. It was crabfest, so we got the crab cakes and steak. The cakes were soggy, thin, and the crab was way to fishy to be anywhere near fresh. The steak was delicious though!

Food is better than the Arlington location. Waiters and Managers are awesome. They were short handed last Sunday but they were able to pull it off. Just be careful with your credit card though because we had a bad experience last December.

Ashley was our waitress and she was so knowledgeable and had the sweetest personality. I have been to several red lobsters and this is by far the best. The food was grilled perfectly but Ashley made the experience really standout.

Very over priced . If you want to eat salt water fish, dont go to red lobster. Their hamburgers maybe better than their sea food .The best thing on their menu is their Italian salad. Long John silvers maybe better ?

The food was good..but the service was horrible. Our waiter got my sons order wrong and didnt return with the correct entree until twenty minutes after everyone else at the table was finished their meal.

Basic, good red lobster. What can you say, it is what it is. The food is still real, they havnt quite gone the way of completely artificial ingredients. 3.5 stars
