Husband and I came here on Friday night for the first time. I ordered the pick 3 and the “lobster” in the “lobster bake” wasn’t real lobster and my shrimp were severely overcooked. Husband ordered the feast and it was absolutely delicious. My meal was comped which made us happy and our server was fantastic so we were definitely planning on coming back until what happened next. My husband left his sunglasses on the table when we left and realized it when after we drove out of the parking lot. We called immediately and let them know what happened and that we were on our way back to get them. We turned around and got back to the restaurant within 10 minutes. I immediately ran back to the table to find it had been cleaned off, but no one else had been sat there again. I ran into my server who went to talk to the manager. The female manager said that she would find whoever bussed the table. A male manager then came out and said that no one has seen them and we said they have to be here and someone must have taken them. He said that it could have been another customer and where the sunglasses were sitting on the table behind all the dishes no one would have seen them casually walking by I so didn’t buy it. All the high school kids working at the front looked terrified and weren’t talking. The manager didn’t offer any help trying to get the sunglasses back and I doubt he even asked his employees who took them and to give them back like a decent freaking human being. Someone STOLE my husband’s sunglasses the moment we left and everyone pretended they didn’t know anything when you could tell by the way everyone was acting they were covering for each other. It is one thing to leave a belonging there by accident and not come back and they go to whoever wants them, but seriously you allow your employees to steal peoples belongings the moment they leave?! It is appalling that this is what you allow in your establishment. I would recommend that customers watch their belongings at all times in case a server, host, or buss person likes the look of your item and steals it the moment you get up. We will never go back to this restaurant because of this and may not ever go to another Red Lobster because you can’t even trust employees in a food & customer service industry to treat you like human beings. DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, AND RUDE HUMAN BEINGS!!!

The food was awesome, the sevice was great. The only real complaint I have is Im fairly certain someone at this Red Lobster stole my credit card information. Ive been living in the local Residence Inn for the last week. Ive been going out to restaurants and shopping since I got here, yet Ive had no calls from AE. Today I go to this Red Lobster for lunch, and just an hour ago AE calls me saying Ive got a possible fradulent charge for $375 from some place called Cool Blue. Kind of makes sense because my waiter never gave me a guest reciept, I had to write down the final amount on the sales reciept, which surprisingly enough has my full card number on it, not just the last four digits. Now I have no proof it was this Red Lobster, but if someone there did steal my card information, it would make sense cause most 1st shifts end about 4pm, giving them enough time to get home and spend $375 dollars (of my money) online. The food was awesome, though Ill never be returning there again.

Updated 2-7-2016 We tried this restaurant again and they have changed the carpet and scrubbed some on the booths. It was a huge improvement. Once again the food was really good. Thanks for listening. Totally recommend this one. 7-2015 IT SMELLS SO BAD IN THIS RESTAURANT. I smells like the carpeted movie theater that has sodas spilled on them for years. They need to rip the carpet out so they can clean. The booths need to be scrubbed. There is so much accumulated dirt on the wood that you could scrape the dirt. Its too bad because the food was really good. I had to not think about the state of the surroundings because if I did I would have thought about the cleanliness of the Kitchen???? Please clean this place up, we want you to stay open.

Went May 27th 7pm....there was 4 people in our party including one child. They were not crowded, however they seated us in the bar area at a small table, we were not able to enjoy our meal at such a small table...after the waiter placed our drink order the table was full..then the food came and the table was so crowded with the small area it was not enjoyable...we felt we could not ask for another table because we had already ordered. There were several large tables...we had to ask several times for refills and food. I dont know if anything can be done about it....we spent over 100.00 dollars for a meal that was not enjoyable...we were celebrating a birthday party. We should be comped for our dinner.

We came for the 9.99 lunch special and bith ordered the crab grilled cheese sandwich, a side salad and lobster bisque. We both sent the sandwich back. Neither if us could pin point what it was about it that we didnt care for, but it wasnt tasty at all. My friend took one spoonful of her soup and decided against it as well. Our waiter, Wallace, was superb!!! He apologized that we didnt care for our sandwiches and gladly submitted our substitutions, which were satisfactory. My only other concern is the odd smell as soon as you walk in. it smells as it the lobster tank is dirty and in need of cleaning.

Horrible... Went to this Restaurant with my girlfriend for celebration, and left outraged. Firstly after we were seated, two other parties were seated afterwards and they were served before we were. Additionally the waiter avoided serving my table and focused on the other 2 parties. The same waiter slammed plates on our table and was very disrespectful. I come to these style restaurants because I expect superior service, and because of this event I am taking the time to write my first restaurant review. Red lobster I hate you now... Papadeux kicks butt

Do not go here. My co-workers and I had a terrible experience December 28,2012. We gave our debit/credit cards to a employee named Arron G. December, 29, all our credit/debits cards was charged at different places the next day. Our personal infomation was totally violated. We dont want this happen to anyonelse. Red Lobster need to take a look at who they hire. He said he was fired from Joes Crab Shack. I wonder why???????? Arron G, the nice kind young 30 year old. You deserve to work for TDC.(Texas Department of Criminal Justice)

I am currently at red lobster waiting to pay and the waiter is horrible. She has not been back to the table for about 10 minutes since placing the check. She was not attentive at all. Secondly the food was not good at all. I ordered steak and lobster. The steak was nasty and the lobster was rubbery. My boyfriend ordered the lobster potatoes that tasted like there were prepared at 10 and its currently 9:50pm. I will NEVER come back to any red lobster because of this experience. Th check was close to 70 dollars of wasted money.
