Good meal, unsafe location with no effort on part of management or ownership do to ANYTHING about it. On our way to catch a flight at DFW, we decided to stop here for dinner. When we exited the restaurant around 8:30 pm and walked to the back parking lot, we witnessed our car being robbed. We were told by the policeman that this restaurant has numerous break-ins - so many that they said "hold on, another officer is on the way to the place they usually dump the stuff they dont want from the robbery". He went on to explain they had multiple break-ins over the last several weeks and said "Weve asked this restaurant to install cameras, but the refuse". Papadeauxs was kind enough to comp our meal and gave us tape and a bag to tape up our window so we could drive 2 hours back to our house now that we had no clothes to wear and our trip had been terminated by this break-in. It seems to me that if they are having this type of crime, they could hire a security officer or position a bus boy in the back lot to safeguard peoples possessions. On a side note: we went to self-serve car wash to vacuum the glass out of the car - lots of seedy people wandering around and then one random, trashy car pulled into a car wash stall and just sat there - I sound paranoid to say it, but in the context off all that happened, it seemed like they were ready to rob us a second time. Suffice it to say, this is the last time we will pull off the road to stop in Arlington - this place is unsafe.

Horrible service and over priced for mediocre food. My family arrived at the restaurant around 715 pm. We ordered shortly thereafter. My wife ordered a wedge salad only to be told that she could not have it due to it being prepared while in the same breath he told us that they did not have any iceberg lettuce due to a large party of 30 that had come before us?!?!?!? What? I also ordered a beverage from the bar at the same time we ordered our food. We got our food at approximately 830 pm. Needless to say, I never received my beverage even after reminding our waiter. The food was "okay". Good flavor but certainly not worth the cost. We had king crab legs, a shrimp trio, and a childs corn dog plate. For this it took over an hour to prepare? Oh but it did..... Save your money and go to another restaurant like Joes crab shack next door if you want seafood. Our waiter did acknowledge the long wait times for our food and the forgotten beverage from the bar. The waiter did offer to give us a dessert at no charge. So at 9 pm we order dessert. We get it at 930 pm. The kids were tired and had already gone to the car with their mother before the dessert came to the table. Offering to give us a dessert was a great gesture but not nearly enough to make up for the over 2 hour dinner and a bill over $100.00. We will never return to this location again. And Im not even sure if well ever try another pappadeaux after this ridiculous experience.

Upon arriving...Our Server, Anna took an extreamily long time for just about everything. My mother inquired several time regarding a pie. Simple enough one would think.But after 4 requests..and 4 different answers, we finally had to ask someone else!!! I get the same thing everytime we come in.(Mind you that is once a month for the past 3 years) I got the Pasta MadiGras.I had to send it back due to being toooo salty.I told them just make me a new one and I will bring it home. It already took over an hour to even get that far! When I did get it home, the pasta was the one I returned!! My daughter took a bite out of the shrimp..it was on the plate! Re-cooked my ass! My mother couldnt eat half of her bisque. Too salty as well..Then When I call to complain about this the woman on the phone has enough nerve as to laugh at the situation! It took over 2 hours of tourture to get thru with our meal.4(larger) families came in and were done before us! Anna was the WORST server I have ever had in MY LIFE!I have never seen anything like this! I was told I would get a call back..Still waiting!!!!

Fact. This was the best airport food weve ever had! Yelp recommended and totally delivered. Its situated downstairs from the terminals and requires a trip down the escalator, though it appears you can do takeout from the concourse level. Upon being seated, our server was present very quickly and did a great job going over specialties and drinks. Moderate beer and wine list and a decent number of cocktails. We shared the crab Mac n cheese and it was probably the best weve ever had. Amazingly creamy with some great cheese, a good amount of crab meat and baked to perfection. Order it! The Chilean sea bass with crab was excellent as well. Perfectly prepared and lightly baked on top, it was as good as weve had on either coast! I can honestly say Ive never sought out fish at an airport...especially in he middle of the country, but weve now got one place to do it! This was a totally unexpected find at DFW, but certainly follows the trend weve seen recently to elevate the airport food experience when desired. Well done DFW!

I would usually give this place a 4 but past few times we have visited each visit has gotten worse and worse. We visit from out of town several times a year big Cowboys and Rangers fans so we frequent this Pappadeaux for the location, where we live there is no Pappadeaux. Service is sub-par for the amount of money we spend here. The latest visit we had people come in after us and get service before we were ever approached by a server. Several servers walking around even looked right at us but no one ever approached. After about 15 minutes, (I would normally have already walked out by now, but I was patient because my wife loves this place) we have a server stop and say "Oh Ill go ahead and take your orders since it looks like no one is coming....." My thought was what the...?!?!?!? Anyway after another $120 lunch + $20 tip, my wife says to me next time we come to town lets find somewhere different to go. So happy we can try somewhere different!!!!

We went out to eat at the pappadeaux off of 30. The service was horrible to start. We sat there for 2 hours to eat hard bread. The food was not real great. I used to love this place and eat there 2 to 3 times a week. Its just going under. I can tell when our food was wrong i said its ok. No big deal. The manager came over to act like he was going to do something. We even ordered food to go and it sucked. We spent 300 and tipped 50. When i got home not real bananna fosters cheesecake. And to top it all off our lobster tails they messed up. They gave us split lobster tails like the ones ud order at fridays. Then said they would bring us new ones out. When i got home i looked in the bag and they were uncooked. I wont eat here again. Try eddie vs or nick and sams. I still tipped the horrible server 50 bucks because i know they rely on tips. Dont eat here.
