The customer service call center for this Pizza Hut is atrocious. My wife and I just got home from the hospital after having our second child and decided the easiest food and quickest fix was to order a couple pies. My wife called it in and was quoted 25 - 35 mins; an hour later she called back to ensure there wasnt an issue. The service representative was rude and told her it was going to be an 1hr 45mins, when my wife explained that she was originally quoted 35 mins the representative told her NO she was quoted the 2 hr time. I then got on the phone asked to speak to manager saying 2 hours is an unreasonable time to wait for a pizza. The representative began to argue with me that it wasnt really 2 hours and in a sassy tone told me the best she could do is have a manger call me. I had to disengage with this representative and call back in order to speak with a supervisor who then transferred me to the actual store manger. The store manager explained to me that it was unprecedented to have a call go directly to the store and she apologized for the situation. I must say the store manager was very professional, however at this point there was no fix to the situation. I just wanted them to know their 3rd party cost them a consistent repeat customer. Unfortunately, a company to condone this type of customer service simply ensures that we will never order from this establishment going forward, which is sad because pizza night is every Friday since we have 2 boys.

Order was thirty minutes late at the point I contacted the store via the number listed which was a local number. That transfers you to the "call center" and they forward your message to the manager of the ordering facility. The manager calls, didnt get a name but it was a female who has all kinds of excuses for why they cannot follow through on their committments. She goes on about how they are short of drivers and when I ask one simple questions she becomes aggrumentative and fuedal. My question was "if you knew you were short drivers when the order came in, why didnt you call and explain that the time the computer generated for the delivery would be delayed?" She became more aggrumentative and stated that my recommendation was not helpful and it doesnt work that way. I am a local resident and business person who supports local business. No longer will I support this one. What a joke

Good mobile app. Quick service for my carry out order. But, maybe too quick. Unfortunately, we got home with two pizzas, got everything set up to watch a movie, took two bites and the pizzas were uncooked on the top in the middle. Called number on receipt, it was disconnected. Went online to my confirmation email, called that number which was answered by a call center who said the manager would call me. 30 minutes later and I still have not received a call from the Boerne Pizza Hut. Googled how to bake my undercooked pizza in our oven at home. We will NOT be ordering from Pizza Hut in Boerne! (By the way, I suspect the pizzas are being run through the ovens faster to met some volume per hour target which might be why the cashier who said she just cut my pizzas also bragged to her coworker that she got 25 done when he thought she couldnt do it. Hmmmm.)

UPDATE 8-29-17: Pizza Hut sent an auto reply email that I would be contacted by this location in 1-3 business days, and it has been a week without response. Just took my family to our local Boerne Pizza Hut at 8:30 pm on a Monday night, checked the closing time as we went in, and it was 10pm. I was met by Brayden (one of three employees who were sitting and chatting) who said the dining area is closed tonight because it was already cleaned for the night. What??? He went on to say that tomorrow is a busy day for them since they serve buffet for lunch on Tuesdays. That doesnt make any sense, but yeah, ok??? Um, dont you guys have a responsibility to clean your dining area after closing every single day??? By the way, there is no early closing time listed on the store front, nor the website. Very poorly done Boerne Pizza Hut.

Have ordered from this place only twice and both experiences have been awful. After the first order when i received raw chicken wings i called and was redirected to a call center. I was told that a manager would call me in 5-10 mins and 3 months later no call. This past Thursday i figured i would give this store a second chance and was disgusted by what i was delivered. Both pizzas were cold and the dough wasnt even cooked. I was so upset i called the stupid call center only to be put on hold and hung up on 5 times. I called again everyday since last Thursday and they still hang up and when i do speak to someone they say the manager has to call back if they dont wanna be fired. This store is awful and something needs to be done. IF YOU WANT FRESH HOT FOOD ORDER DOMINOS.

The WORST service. Your call lands in some other states call center. On hold for up to 30 minutes each time you call, if your call isnt dropped. We waited 2 HOURS for a pizza tonight AFTER calling to cancel at 1.5 hour mark and being on hold another 15 minutes to cancel. This is the third time for it to happen. They even tell you it will be an hour when you order, but they cant make that happen. We arent talking Super Bowl night or even a weekend. I gave the driver money for his gas and sent the pizza back. We called Dominos. They said they will be here in 20 minutes and they were!! Pizza hut in Boerne is not recommended by me.

Im sorry that I have to give it 1 star, I wish there was an option for zero stars. I placed an order online for delivery and 30 minutes after the quoted delivery time, I tried calling just to see where it was and I couldnt even reach the actual stores phone. Im pretty sure they use a call center and I was on hold 30 minutes when they tried to transfer me to the actual store (I gave up at that point). The food eventually arrived completely cold so I tried calling to complain (to the call center again). They took my information down and said a manager would have to call me back. Im still waiting on that call.

Horrible service especially for a takeout placed an hour before arrival online. I showed 5 minutes before expected "Ready" time and had to wait an additional 35 minutes. When I asked what was taking so long I was told they had a big party inside. I looked around and said you mean the table that is leaving? Should have know with the prior web rating but decided to take another chance and expectations were the same. Never again. Pizza Hut needs to management which is why they continue to get beat and lose market share. Hurry and and go out of business already..

I would not recommend this Pizza Hut if youre in a hurry, Ive been here 3 times and every time I end up waiting a really long time. The pizza is alright though just not worth a 30-45 minuet wait time. The last time I went to the restaurant it was a 45 minuet wait time just to get 2 medium 2 topping pizzas. The manager apologized for the wait time and took half off the bill since we were there for 45 minuets.
