Horrible service. Will make it a point to never stop here again. We went inside to break up our trip. Took 5 minutes to be helped at the counter. When I started giving the employee my order she said "oh wait" and walked away. When she came back she delivered someone else their order, went back into the back and then took our order. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard. I got something with no cookie dough and peanut butter smeared around the edge of the cup. We ordered a cherry limeade and it was delivered to the table dripping and covered in cherry syrup. Horrible experience from start to finish.

If I could give no stars I would!!!!! The staff was Rude beyond belief. Just came from the Nursing Home to grab a bite to eat and they were making jokes about someone dying at the Nursing home and laughing!!! I WILL BE calling a Manger in the morning to report their disrespectful behavior and insensitive comments from the staff!!!! We are completely disguised by their unprofessional behavior and insensitive remarks!!

Our bus stopped here on the way back to Ft. Worth. The tour leader called ahead to order our treats. They were yummy and we got in and out quick.
