I went in the store to order. It took 15 minutes to get my number one order. But the drive thru was taken care of very quickly. This place is one of the biggest jokes. The management, and the owners need to really look at this place. This is not the first time I have been in this store and received lousy service. Its a shame because there is really is nothing else in Poteet for a quick run in and grab something. Maybe they are more focused on their other stores thinking that because it is the only place in Poteet they can give you garbage service. Never going back. I will drive 15 minutes because that is what I am going to wait anyways.

Went during strawberry festival weekend they where very busy but handled everything well. Customer service was amazing. Clean restrooms! Definitely will stop again next time Im In poteet! :)

Not much to say. Its like typical fast food restaurants. Everythings always kind of sticky, could always use a little cleaning. If you like Dairy Queen then this is a good place.

Make sure your order is right before you leave with it.. May take 10-15 mins to get your order as well. Horrible service. Its the only fast food in town though..
