So I called corporate on Monday and today is Thursday! My daughter was subject to racist remarks and treatment in this store while only workin 1 1/2 days!!!!!! Carlos the store manager is horrible needs to be retired and Julio the trainer doesnt like to do his job! Both of them are racist and I just dont understand how? They talked about my daughter African American who has never worked fast food before in Spanish as if she didnt understand. Julio the trainer wasnt willing to train as told from other employees he doesnt like to train. Why is he working? Point is she is not working at this store and its sad that grown adults arent willing to teach teens who are willing to work how to do a job because of race or pure laziness! Sick of these type of people having positions they really dont want to love!!! I wouldnt spend another black dolla in that restaurant!!!!!!!!!

A lady who is talking on drive thru was so rude. I asked her whether they have a chicken sandwich. They said "No". Then I asked whether they have a chicken po-boy. Then she said "Yes". Then she asked me what I would order for sides. I didnt know what kind of sides they have and asked them what they have. She said "There are on the board". Frankly Im not a native English speaker. Maybe my pronunciation was not clear but I still think that was not a proper answer.

I have been going to this popeyes for a year or more. I love the food, but not a visit goes by where something isnt wrong with my order. It is usually something small and fixable. Things like missing sauce, extra biscuit that was ordered and not included, sides swapped between combos, these are all common. I dont know what causes this, but it jas become part of our routine to look in the bag and see what is wrong with the order this time.

They always give me regular when i ask for spicy, forget forks, and even one time gave me fries instead of mashed potatos and my drink, and when i came back, they gave me my drink but still forgot the mashed potatos and coleslaw. Popeyes has good food, but the customer service here makes it not enjoyable.

Sucked. Went thru drive thru was told they had food available. Got to drive thru. Then told it was a 10 min wait. To pull up and park. Already more than 10 min wait. No reparations for long wait and being lied to at drive thru. Really sucked and made me late to wk. Great job.

-Took 20 minutes to get our food in drive through. -Got home. It was wrong order. -Went back to get correct order, but decided to recheck just incase before we left. -Order was still wrong. -They said sorry. Just a big friggin pain in the ass, Man.

This place is supposed to be a "FAST FOOD RESTAURANT" it takes me 20 minutes every time I come here to drive through. Management needs to be fired and a better staff needs to be hired. This is absolutely ridiculous!
