Went here based on my girlfriends recommendation. Shed gone here before with a friend of hers and had a good experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. My girlfriend, daughter, and I went inside to find it wasnt very busy. I believe a total of 3 tables were occupied. After standing at the front for a couple of minutes and not seeing any wait staff, we decided to find our own table by the restrooms. As we sat, we still couldnt find and or see anyone to help us. We were there for a solid 10 minutes before I decided to go the register to get their paper menus for my family. A few minutes go by and someone comes out of the kitchen with food for the prior customers. Only then my girlfriend had to wave over someone to get help( a male, whom I assume his name was Alan, being that was what was on the ticket). At the same time, an additional family and a single customer come in only to get waited on immediately by a wait staff( a female, slender and seemingly tall) that had been sitting down behind a tall booth. Our server Alan, which tried his best as far as I could tell, took our orders with great care. He Also explained that the normal host was out making deliveries. Although, it didnt seem as if he knew much about the menu after asking him if a certain appetizer was spicy or not. But we took his word for it and order it for my daughter. Which, she liked rather well(for a two-year-old, thats saying something). My girlfriend ordered the Basil Chicken and I had the Drunken Noodles with duck. We tried each others dishes and I ended up liking hers more being that my duck had a burnt taste to it along with being incredibly hard at some parts as well as really chewy on others. I like crispy duck, but I think either this piece was old and or cooked/fried a little too long. Moreover, the first time my plate was brought to me, there wasnt even duck in or on it. But Alan soon came back out apologized and brought the plate back with the duck placed on top. I dont know how they usually serve duck here, but mine was still had the bone left in as well as just chopped with the bones throughout. So, when I got my plate back, my order was littered with bone pieces. I was really hungry and Im not one to waste food, so I worked my way around the bones and the chewy burnt flavor. We asked if there was a manager on duty and Alan said that at the time we asked, she went on a delivery run. Which made me a bit disappointed. Ive never asked for a manager before, but I just wanted a greater understanding of why the current service and my food was as the time so poor. All in all, it wasnt a horrible experience, but it certainly wasnt great either. I also feel, based on the service and the food I got, that the price certainly didnt reflect the quality expected. If I ever go back, itll have to be a few months later. Maybe things could get better with time. Sidenote: I noticed there wasnt a bell or noise to indicate anyone had stepped in the restaurant. Maybe that could help out service.

If you want to wait an hour and a half for your delivery and then for them to cancel your order, then order here. I feel so disrespected. I ordered through Grubhub, and originally it was going to be 50 mins. Well, when I called (after waiting 30 + mins after expected delivery time) to check on my order their number went to dial tone. This happened 3 times, so I finally called Grubhub for them to attempt to contact the restaurant . I waited about 7 minutes for them to tell me that the restaurant cancelled my order. So, why didnt the restaurant not call me to tell me this information? I dont know, but now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a hold of $25.00 to come off my account for some food I did not get. This is not the first time Ive order from this restaurant and had to wait extra long , but this is my last time. The first time I ordered carryout 20 minutes in advance, since I was going to pick it up on my lunch break, well when I got there I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for something they said would take 15 minutes. So maybe its my bad luck, but Im done here. Goodluck to the rest of you!

Been coming here for years always a great experience. Today however has me livid. First the 3 females are horsing around and singing a karaoke. We asked for chopsticks and hot oil and the curly haired female just walked off. We asked the younger girl and she did give them to us in a huff. When we asked for 3 bubble teas to go all 3 were very rude and sat just the other side of our booth to eat their dinner together. We could hear then bad mouthing our bubble tea orders and its inconvenience. The curly hair Caucasian even came back to ask what we wanted. When we asked for the check the girl couldnt respond as she had a mouth full of food.... I know owners/management recently changed but this is just poor employee training and supervision!

An unfortunate Thai food experience. The service was terrible, the food tasted bland at best, and there was extremely loud, obnoxious dubstep music playing the whole time. I get that theyre trying to be hip, but dubstep is just not fine dining music, and these guys are asking fine dining prices for mediocre food. Too expensive by far and horrifically bad service - the waitress had no clue what the ingredients in the food were and was barely able to communicate. We had green curry and massaman curry dishes, utterly flavorless. Asked for medium spicy, got zero flavor. Did we hate it? No. Would we go back? No. There are plenty of other, better options in the area. Skip this one, in my opinion.

Two Words: OVERPRICED. BLAND. Prices are, on average $3-5 higher than average for Thai in San Antonio. Ordered some basics. Panang Curry, Tom Yum, Laab. Tom Yum was bland. Not really sour at all. Panang was watery and could not taste the fish sauce or vinegar in the laab. It was very, very bland. Ive been a few times and only ever saw anglo-americans there. Never once an Asian. Which may be why the food is blander than normal. I could put up with bland Thai food if it was not so overpriced. Its a 1-2 punch of dissatisfaction.

Theres a huge BUG problem, My wife and I tried to eat there but were steered away because the fruit bugs/ nats were part of the guests flying around everywhere and into my food. When I brought this to the attention the manager she just laughed and said "well just get fruit fly catchers from walmart" Talking it over with my inlaws they said the flys were there when they went a year ago. Hands down nasiest place ever.
