I HAVE A CREW OF THREE 3. We work down the street all day 1day a month on June 22 we went threw the drive threw and ordered 20 tacos no lettuce .. I called as I was driving home and explained they had put lettuce on all the tacos so the man told me keep my recite and they will fix my order well tonight July 17 I went to fix my order and was told they can not replace my tacos basically told me I was lieing to them they way rude . disrespectful and have zero customer care experience Im am having to call corporate office because I basically was treated badly and called a lier ..after all this I think Jack n the box will be the last place I eat from now on ......thank you this store is located on lake june across from the Walmart

My visit was flabbergasting , great service , very friendly ; lovely and nice employees! The gentleman had the Same name as me !! Roman !! He was very nice and he put a big smile on my face , my order only took 1 min and he already had the sauce in the bag, I didnt even have to ask!!!! Will be coming back to this very well clean location ! # dont believe all the negative comments about this place ! The people who writes them are negative people and rude customers !

Terrible customer service. Went inside to order and the 3 woman working ignored me for almost 10 minutes. They looked right at me and preceded to have a conversation. Same thing happened when i ordered a coffe to go. Then i was told i can only have 4 creamers. WTF they need to get better employees. I wont go back to this location, and its right around the corner from my house.

This is the worst place every ! every day i get. off Work i go to jack at 4am or even at 5 in the morning ther always closed. I hate this place real rude as well. Who can i go through to report that there always rejecting customers saying that there closed.

Its just nasty there and I went in there one day and they where playing basket ball with the tacos I odered and the fryer as the hoop and when they miss they just throw it right back in the fryer never going back EVER

Every early morning, store signs are "open" and when I went to drive thru to order they always say, "sorry machines are down." Or "sorry we are not open..." Turn off the open sign then!!!

Normally good service gets your order right most of the time. SYSTEMS ARE ALWAYS DOWN FROM 4-5am WITHOUT FAIL. If you want to get food at that time just go down the street to Whataburger.
