This store continues to get worse! Today the food trays were out of lo main, fried rice, teriyaki chicken and steamed veggies. So, you have to wait. Meanwhile, they favor serving drive up customers, they made a batch of lo main for the drive through and there were several walk in behind me and 3 in front of me waiting for lo mein. They used up the orange chicken for the drive though, as I waited so, I would have to wait even more if I wanted orange chicken. I was DONE, I went else where. This store is constantly and severely understaffed. Most irritating thing, severs will fill a dine-in customer order then; check out the same customer out and it doesnt matter how many people are waiting to be served. In the summer, it seems they wont run the A/C, the air blows warm so it gets hot in there. Floors, tables and bathrooms are dirty. This store is managed horribly. But today I am so DONE with this place.

I am rating this PandaExpress a One star becuase of their food.i didnt stop by the one in Garland by President Goerge Bush Turnpike.And I stopped here to get some PandaExpress I Ordered a plate .half and half.noodles and fried rice and double chicken and a little carte box of Beijing Beef.it was not all that good.i told my mom you know youre eating orange chicken because you ordered it.but it did not taste like orange chicken.everything was flavorless.Beijing beef was a lil too crispy my mom ate one and you can hear the crunching sound. and I remembered WHY i DONT go to the one in murphy.! their food sucks.staff was great.but not the food.I Will be going to the one in Garland Forever until they shutdown or it catches on fire or something and its temporarely closed.but i am sure not coming here again.

Wow so I really wanted some really dope Chinese stuff you know what I mean? So I went there with my friends and found out that they dont even have Chinese food they only have fried rice and egg rolls and orange chicken. However, I was very hungry so I decided to get some food regardless of what I truly desired so therefore I didnt follow the antithesis of the prolonged replacement of the ice age mammoths so in return I decided to eat and grow stronger and stronger to a point where they didnt have anymore food left and I left there an ancient Egyptian dinosaur that used to be one of the personal guardians of the great God neptune.

Gross! I ordered the peppered chicken and Beijing beef. The beef was kinda stringy and tough, but the chicken was horrible. The first three bites of meat were solid chunks of fat and/or skin. I then had to pull each piece of chicken apart to separate the meat from the globs of fat. The fried rice was so greasy, it was almost inedible. My coworkers that were with me left most of their food for similar reasons. The spices, I have to say, were fairly good, but I certainly wont go back. If youre close to this area, weve found that JK China Garden over on Renner is far superior food.

I went through the drive thru thinking that it would be faster. It took about 10-15 minutes for me to get my food. It looked loke one lady was doing way too many jobs: getting the orders, taking the payments, and getting the food. If you ask me saving some money by having less employees the owners of this place sacrificed the quality. The chao mein and meat was undercooked. Never going there again. Although it used to be good.

Ordered two big plates, had to wait 20 minutes for them to cook more chicken, when I brought the food home they forgot one meat in both of the plates. When I called they hung up on me. I kid at the counter needs more go hard on his hand so he can count to 6, was handed 3 mustard after I asked for 6 packets. If I could put zero stars I would have.

My wife went in to order takeout for the two of us - she was in there at least five minutes and not a single person acknowledged her. The store was understaffed, the manager was on the phone, and all attention was being paid to the drive thru. This isnt our first negative experience here, and it will likely be our last experience - period.

The past LITERALLY 5 times Ive been here I found a strand of hair if not not more in my chow mein and/or orange chicken..its very upsetting because I use to love that place. It ruined my enjoyment for Chinese food. Ive been to other locations and had no problem but this one. The food is great but I wouldnt recommend this location..

Please clean your trays. It is very off putting to grab a tray and feel something sticky... Felt this on several trays. Told first employee and she barely acknowledged it as a problem. Second employee said shed take care of it. Trays didnt move while I was there dining in.

I came 40mins before the store closed and they ran out of orange chicken and they did not want to make anymore for me. If its between the hours of operation, they should definitely be able to meet the customers needs. I probably wont ever go again

The service was good but I ordered some string bean chicken and it was more onions and green beans and 2 little pieces of chicken and the sweet and sour sauce tasted horrible. Normally the food is really good idk what happened this time.

This one is iffy.. The food is great for Chinese fast food.. Its not always fresh though and if you believe you should get the rest of the old stuff you have to ask.. They wont just do it! Overall its good though.. Nice people

This is a newer location. My family is a Panda Express aficionado so we know Panda! My son even gets gift cards to Panda for his birthday and for Christmas--thats how much we Panda!

Food is good, but dont come for lunch if you less than an hour to eat- -the last 3 times I have come at lunch time it took 20 minutes to get my order in.

Eaten here several times with my family. The food is always good and warm. The portions are healthy, they have something for everyone, and the sell Pepsi.
