I TRIED TO ENTER MY PHONE NUMBER AND IT WONT LET ME. THEREFORE, DESPITE HAVING MADE A PURCHASE, I GET THE SHAFT. I GOT IT TWICE THEN. WHEN I ORDERED 3 CHEESY POTATOES, I GOT 1 FORK. DOES THA T MEAN 3 PEOPLE GET TO SHARE ONE FORK? OR ONE PERSON GETS TO EAT AND THE OTHER TWO DONT? ARE THEY ASSUMING THAT BECAUSE ONLY ONE PERSON WAS IN THE CAR...ONLY ONE PERSON IS GOING TO CONSUME ALLLLLLLLL 3? CMON PEOPLE...THE MURPHY ST ORE IS THE BEST THIS SIDE (EAST) OF PLANO. WYLIES STORE NEVVVVVVVVER GETS MY ORDER RIGHT AND I REFUSE TO GO TO THAT STORE. SO....NOW MURPHYS TACO BELL HAS TICKED ME OFF!!

Great menu, but quality of their food is erratic. Most of the time, its great. About 5% of time, its not. That said, the management will replace the bad items. I dont always want to drive back to Taco Bell, to replace something. I wish management could stay more on top of food prep, before it gets out to customers in the first place. They recently gave us three entire dinners, when we had one really bad item. This place could easily be Five Stars with a little tweaking. Reluctantly, Im giving them Four Stars for now.

This is the first time I have ever given a negative review online, if service is mildly bad I usually keep it to myself. The guy told me he was only accepting cash so I had to go to an atm then come back. I ordered two black bean burritos with tomatoes.The burritos had no rice, no tomatoes, no cheese. All I got was black beans and bread and to top it all off the guy was extremely rude.

I have been there twice in three months period. Both times they charged me for an extra taco that I never ordered, the problem they did not give to me. Both times I called and I was asked to come back for a Free meal. Its really not worth the trip for me. I just hope this is not a pattern in that location. That two stars are for the quality of the food it wasnt bad at all.

This place hires the dumbest people on earth..It worries me that there are these geniass types in murphy. They never get their orders right, make immature animal noises at the drive thru while ordering and ofcourse these idiots then give you the food and shut the window, without asking for money. Just buying from this location will cause your IQ to drop.

I arrived at 1.13.17 955pm and was told by the drive through associate I could not get melted cheese on my Mexican pizza. The reason was the cheese melting machine is not working. I am in the business and when closing staff shut down machines to get out earlier. This is not a common practice for closing. Its more for their convince.

I tend to rate Taco Bell locations along the same guidelines as public restrooms when traveling... 1. Is it convenient? 2. Is it clean? 3. Is it well stocked? 4. Is it better when youre drunk? This Taco Bell gets 5 stars across the board and the food is well prepared to boot!
