the only reason for me coming over is to watch sports. today, the staff redefine customer service and all i can think of is the worst customer service ive ever experienced. the cashier said shel switch the sport channel once shes done wd other customer. after two wasted meals and a beer, ive once again requested if i can watch a sports channel. no other customer was watching anything.. then the cashier flat out told me that she couldnt find the remote.(she didnt bother to ask other staff or even look for the remote, ive been wating for her.. she proved to be the laziest person ive encountered) so i wasted $15 bucks i could have gone to buffalo wild wings and get my beer and watch my favorite sports live.. i will never go to this place or to any other location. they need to start teaching their staff how to provide better customer service. i didnt go there for theirnfood. i went there to wacth a game on tiv and that they didnt provide

Pésimo servicio siempre te dan la orden equivocada,a veces no te atienden te ven y no te hacen caso,no hay café en los recipientes, te dan la comida fria en 14 veces que he ido a este lugar las 14 veces a habido un inconveniente me parece increíble,vivo.muy cerca de ahí y me encanta Taco cabana.pero en verdad ya no regresamos ahí nunca más.

Worst time ever tables were dirty my food was not taken to me till after 5min then i got up an a work saw food an quickly brought it. Only one doing his job right was a little hispanic boy. Trying to fill everyones spot. There was ni sweet tea i had to tilt jug an still only half a cuo. While eating food i looked up an no one is on register nor in kitchen area. As im walking out to go home workrrs are gathered around a car with music loud being loud and cursing at one another. A guy with drive thur ear pz out side not inside taking orders. I love Taco Cabana but not ever going to that location ever again.

I never write reviews so this should show how pissed i was with the service i received here. i had to wait over 15mins in drive thru OCT 31 and then still did not receive the correct order. The person on drive thru could be heard laughing with the other staff and i repeated my order 3 times. This is how good businesses go down hill hiring incompetent workers who could care less on what service they deliver. Hopefully this review will matter to someone who actually can make a change.

Went through the drive thru young man there obviously didnt want to be there. I asked specifically how big rice was in case I needed to order extra he said 8 oz I get home and its obviously a 4oz. I asked for butter he said we aint got none. I told him Ive been given butter before. He didnt even bother to ask or try and find any then I said it loud enough for another employee she said we do have butter and showed him. He needs to get a job else where he has horrible customer service

I ordered my food @ 10 past the hour. It is now 40 minutes past the hour, and still no food. Regardless if I used a birthday meal coupon, this is unacceptable. Entirely too much tomfoolery going on, and I am not happy about this at all. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the way that I was treated, but I did not go off on them. I will never eat rhis location ever again. *if any Corporate/Franchise Social Media reps are listening, you Need to Mystery Shop this location.

Very bad customers service waited almost an hour for my food and the person in charge was insisting on giving me my $ back after I was waiting on them that long....I used to go there all the time now Im never goin back. ...I like the one on mesquit they are fast and polite and actually care about their customers. ..and not just that I also noticed they dont wash their black trays they pick them up from tables and just use them like that....so nasty. ..

I love the food but it is so inconvenient that I have to drive all the way on the other side of town to get my food faster. The store in balch springs is horrible long waits, cold food and horrible customer service. They have no passion for or obsession for service. The lack of leadership shows in this location and eventually will run all the guest away. Please someone look into this location and why they cant conduct business like other cabanas????

Food was great but today i had to experience my worse involving this manager named David,this incompetent guy is far most the rudest guy,to u David in balch springs uve made me not want to go back to this location,the attitude that u gave my wife over the PHONE was very unprofessional & as for Taco Cabana personal farewell i will Never spend my money at THIS location.David,go back to training you sorry ass motherf***er!!!!

This location is not very good! We ordered multiple things. Our order took a very long time to process, about 20 minutes. They were out of many ingredients, however didnt bother to tell us. Just fixed the food without the missing ingredients. Wasted our time! We told the manager about it, still no communication to the customers that were ordering about the missing ingredients.... Very unprofessional.

Horrible service. I will never ever ever visit this location again. I will drive 20 minutes farther to the next location before I ever come back to this dump. Horrible service, long long long wait, and to top it off they mess up the order. The last four visits to this location have been horrible.I hope this location closes or gets a manager that knows what his doing.

Service was friendly & prompt. I gave it a 3 because it wasnt busy but the salsa bar was dirty & remained that way the whole time we were there. I had a bowl and the beans were added with a bunch of liquid so the whole bottom was soggy. The food was good other than that. I also wished theyd had the patio open.

This Taco Cabana is dirty. When we walked in there was several tortillas on the floor where they make the tortillas. There was thrash all over the patio. The tables were dirty. The people in the back playing and doing norhing. The bathrooms are dirty. We will not come back. Its a public hazard.

Went through the Drive three and I got the flaunta plater and two steak faitas. Got home with and my flauntas were greasy, my beans where dried out and cold, and my faitas had hair in them. Not going back to this one. But on a good note the lady that took my order was really nice.

The place is clean and servers are friendly the food portions are really to small, but for those prices, what do you expect. chicken fajitas are good and also tortilla, some of the salsas are not that great but for a place to go and relax I guess is a excellent place.

I got positively surprised by this place. Its a fast food system with restaurant style. UPDATE : Feb 18. Do not come on Sundays afternoon.. Different personnel serve a totally different quality of food... I feel like I wasted my money today. Very disappointing...
